CalDAV not showing any events or todos
Dear all,
I have a CalDAV account and can access it with both iCal and Thunderbird Lightning (an open source CalDAV client).
I added it to my iPod Touch (running 3.1.2) and the iPod is able to connect to the server and pull down the list of calendars available to me. However, they are all empty. What could be wrong?
Spent more and more time trying to figure out a solution and finally came across a simple fix! If the start day is changed to Monday from Sunday it will fix this issue! (However, if changed back to Sunday the issue will persist)

I have installed the Skillbuilder calendar plugin and added it to a page. The actual calendar renders fine, however it does not show any events despite the fact that I know events are there to be shown.

JeremyI don't use that plugin, but I believe the problem could be this line
to_char(start_date,'YYYY-MM-DD "T" HH24:MI:SS') as start_date
Have you tried selecting start_date instead? Is start_date a date column?
Also, I believe you should specify both start and end date; I don't see how else is your event supposed to show on the calendar.
Like I said, I don't use that plugin, so I'm quite possibly wrong, but if you recreate the problem on apex.oracle.com, I'll be happy to look at it. -
ICal not showing any events on certain dates.
Preface: I'm an intermediate computer user and I have never experienced an issue that I was not able to resolve with some troubleshooting, until now. Starting yesterday, iCal would not allow me to view/create events on dates March 13th - March 17th in Month View. I am able to create and view events on every other day of March, as well as other months in 2012. It is most peculiar because I am able to see the "new events" created on those dates when I switch to Day view.
Steps I've taken thus far: I've disabled iCloud, deleted all calendars from computer, quit the app, cleared ALL possible content (cache, icom, metadata, app support, etc) - Rebooted, reopened iCal (with icloud disabled) and was still experiencing the same issue.
I then ran a terminal command to completely wipe the iCal application, cleared all the data once again, rebooted, then migrated a fresh copy of iCal from another computer (running same OS) and the issue still persists.
Any thoughts? It's not an iCloud issue (which I immediately assumed), it's not an issue with the copy of the App I have, it's not an issue with my OS (I recently reformatted from clean slate and have not had a single other issue than this)....

OS X Server Calendar Service not showing any events after upgrade
Hello,
I recently upgraded my Late 2012 Mac Mini Server that was running Mountain Lion and Server 3.2 to OS X Yosemite and Server 4.0. After the upgrade I got a lot of calls from users who state that all of their calendar items have been erased from their iPhones and iPads. I also noticed the same thing on my calendar. Does anyone know how I would restore those times? Has anyone noticed the same thing after an upgrade?

My Library (History/Show All History) does not show ANY History - only Tags & "All Bookmarks". What settings do I need to adjust to have this show. Nothing in the Options/Privacy seems to be relevant in English
Lightning is a problem for you because it hooks into Thunderbird at a low level and you need a version compiled for the platform Thunderbird is running on. So you can't do the preferred solution, which is to put your whole profile in a shared folder and have both instances of Thunderbird reference the same profile. (Ditto for Enigmail). Lightning may become an integral part of Thunderbird in an upcoming release, at which point this limitation due to Lightning should disappear.
And if you can't use a shared profile, you can't set your Lightning, or your Address Book, to share a common set of files. Put another way, the linkage from Thunderbird to its address book files and calendar data is hard-coded, and not exposed where we can adjust it. :-(
The halfway house is to place your mail stores in a shared place, and use the Local Directory setting in each account's settings to connect to it. They don't need to be in the profile; what's more important in your case is that they are in a folder accessible to both operating systems.
Look in your profile; everything under Mail and ImapMail needs to be moved out to a shared folder. Note the entries in Thunderbird under Local Directory before you do this, and reconstruct those pathnames in Thunderbird, but adjusted to suit their new locations.
(You can see here that you need to make many adjustments, one per account, in each instance of Thunderbird, so it's a high-maintenance solution and this is why we don't recommend it when the alternative, moving the whole profile, is possible.)
I share address books and calendars between Thunderbirds on various computers (and my phone and tablet) by syncing to something in the cloud; Google Contacts and Google Calendar are my choices, using gContactSync and CalDav.
Having made the break myself some years ago, I'd recommend you break away from Windows. ;-) -

There is a hardware problem. Whether it's worth it to you to have no working phone for 2 months until you can update vs paying for replacement/repair now is a question only you can answer.

Sync tests completed successfully.I have found a fix after doing additional research through this forum. Tech Note #328730 addresses this problem and it works for Photoshop Album 3.2 even though it was written for release 1.0.

When using this fix the Tech Note indicates:
"Imported image data and tags are lost when you re-create the My Catalog.psa file, so you need to reimport images and reapply any tags"

It's a download. You will get an email containing a redemption code that you then use at the Mac App Store to download Lion. Save a copy of that installer to your Downloads folder because the installer deletes itself at the end of the installation.

It started about a week ago. The "From" drop-dow is now missing in Mac Mail. It should appear beneath the subject line. I was working with MobileMe Chat support for about 3 hours. They cannot solve the problem and have now escalated it to the "Senior Advisor Team."

I have a requirement to add a new criteria to the existing Advanced Search region of 'My Employee Information' in Manager Self Service responsibility. I substituted the AdvancedSearchVO to include the new column. Using personalization i did the below steps to show the new column in the page,
1) Created a 'Message Styled Text' item under Table Layout region to display the result. I associated the View Instance (AdvancedSearchVO1) and View Attribute (AttrColumn).
2) In Advanced Search Panel created a new CriteriaRow and set the 'Search Allowed' property to True.
3) In Advanced Search Mappings i tried to create the new mapping but the Search Item drop-down does not show any of the CriteriaRow item. But Results Item shows the 'Message Styled Text' item created in step 1 above.
Any idea what i would be missing becasue of which 'Search Item' property does not show any data?
I am using OAF version 12.1.1.

But when i tried to create a new custom page with advanced table and created a new LOV column via personalization. i was able to create new search mapping.. but this is not happening in the seeded page case :(.

I really need someone to help me. I have been trying to figure out how to select a PDF document to convert to a Word doc. When I go to select a PDF file, all that shows up is the WORD docs. does not show ANY of my PDF files... Please help me figure out what is going on? We have it set on auto renewal so I know its not that we haven't renewed this subscription, because we pay automatically.
