9/5/14 all of my appointments/meetings disappeared from calendar. The emails and contacts were not impacted.

What is the account type? Exchange or Outlook.com via Exchange ActiveSync? Please logon the OWA or the Webmail to see if the calendars are still available.
In case the Calendar items are not visible due to the View Settings, I suggest you perform the following:
Open the Calendar in Outlook, click View -> Current View -> Define Views -> Reset Current View.
Or we can also start Outlook with the switch "/cleanviews", which will reset default views, all custom views you created will be lost:
Press Win + R, type "outlook.exe /cleanviews" in the blank box, press Enter.

When the iPad is connected to your computer's iTunes, then on the device's Info tab you should be able to select where to sycn a calendar from - from the iPad manual :
You can sync calendars from applications such as iCal on a Mac, or from Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, or 2010 on a PC. (On a Mac, you can sync calendars with multiple applications. On a PC, you can sync calendars with only one application at a time.)

Exporting Palm Tungsten E2 contacts and Calendar to Microsoft Outlook 2010

How do I export Palm Tungsten E2 contacts and Calendar to Microsoft Outlook 2010. The normal suggested methods do not seem to work. I have part of the contact list in the Address Book area of Outlook, but have been unable to open the window.
I would appreciate any suggestions you might have.

If you sync with Palm Desktop, you should be able to do it directly on your computer:
Start Button > All Programs > Palm > PIM Conduit Sync > Sync with Outlook
On my Windows 8 installation, when I have the Start screen show all programs, there is an icon for Sync with Outlook. I haven't tried it, because I don't like Outlook.

Export contacts and calendar to microsoft outlook

How do I export contacts and calendar to microsoft outlook? Everything is correct on icloud and my phone but outlook calendar and contacts got wiped out. Perhaps during a retore of the phone? I've tried all sorts of setting changes with the help of IT but nothing works. Using an export function from icloud only exports one contact at a time even thought I select all. When I use the icloud control panel to write a file, it bombs out regardless of whether I select all contacts and calendars or selected ones. At one point I accidentally merged contacts and calendar entries (double and quadruple contacts). I've manually corrected both contacts and calendar entries on icloud so that it and my phone are now correct, but the outlook contacts and calendar are remain empty and will not sync. I've spent days on this debarkle.

you are asking about Microsoft products and using a laptop, not a workstation Mac Pro.
The Numbers and Pages Apple Communities. or MS Community if you want those.
Importing and Exporting, but Numbers and Pages will not do a SAVE into other formats by default, and therefore have to keep using Export which is messy.
Changing your own thread midstream may not be ['thread hijack'] but it is like having the rug pulled out by changing the subject on us.

Hi Just purchsed an Ipad 2 and would like to sync my desk top calendar Microwsoft Outlook 2003 to my Ipad 2 is there an easy way of doing it for some one with limited experience!!

Presuming you sync to the computer that that calendar is on:
Hook your iPad up to your computer and open iTunes.
CLick on the name of your iPad (if you don't see the sidebar, the windows shortcut of 'control S' will bring that sidebar up.
Navigate to the Info tab in iTUnes
Scroll down to see the outlook syncing options. One of them will be to sync the calendar.
Click that and then sync and your calendar should sync over.
If your situation is like mine, where I want to put my work calendar on mypersonal iPad, I will export that calendar from my work computer, import it into my personal computer then do the syncing.

Synching calendar with microsoft outlook (Vista) - errors

When synching with my iPhone some of the dates seem to have moved eg: Holiday April 23rd to 28th, is shown correctly on my PC, but shows as Holiday April 22nd to 27th on the iphone... how do I rectify this?

At this time with the latest update of the Blackberry Link software it is possible to sync Outlook back to the Z10. The sync going to Outlook is supposed to come in another update from what I have been told.
There are work arounds to get the contacts between Outlook and the phone in both directions. This can be done using Hotmail ( http://www.outlook.com or http://www.hotmail.com ) with the sync option. A software called Outlook Connector is required to make this work with Outlook and Hotmail sync. This software can be downloaded from Microsoft. The Z10 can be synced with Hotmail. I tried this, and it works well.
Take note in Outlook the Hotmail contacts list will appear in its own sub folder inside of the Contacts Option area. I have used this feature with Outlook 2010 only. I did not try it with earlier versions, but I think it should work. Outlooks is updated with the Send/Recieve action.
Syncing with Hotmail has its advantages. This allows remote PC access to the Contacts list through Hotmail. Corrections can be made in Hotmail and they should reflect in the phone. Corrections made in the phone should reflect in Hotmail. When setting up Hotmail in the phone, the sync feature must be allowed.

Calendar Sync Microsoft Outlook

I got the iPhone when it first came out and easily sync'd it to my Outlook calendar at work every single day for over a year. Now, all of a sudden it wont pick up new appointments. I reset the settings to factory default and was successful last night and this morning. Now, once again this evening, it wont pick up new appointments.

Try resetting the sync history on your computer.
On a Windows PC, this is done with iTunes but I'm not sure where.
Check preferences.
After selecting reset sync history, restart your computer and test if this resolves it.

Moving contacts and calendar from microsoft outlook

I am leaving a job and the email address associated with the job. My contacts from my iphone sync to this account thru outlook. My calendar syncs to this account thru outlook. I don't want to leave these behind on the work email and I don't want to lose the information. I have a gmail account I'd like to use as default if that will work. I'm not very IT familiar but am hoping for help to figure this out.
