Calendar and new notification screen - missing appointments?

Hello,
When I open the notification screen by swiping my finger from the top to the bottom of the screen i get calendar info in the middle. But the calendar info is missing a lot of my appointments.
Does anyone know what criterias the notification screen uses to display appointments? The screen is useless to me as long as it does not show all the appointments that I have in my calendar.

Thanks, it did help some, but it did not solve the problem.
Today I have three appointments. If i check the notification screen it shows two of them. There seems to be a maximum number per day.
I increased the number of appointments to ten, but the problem seems to be a maximum number per day.
Sadly this still makes the screen useless. It`s much more important for me to know what`s happening today than knowing what appointments i have in one week from now.....

If the menu bar is hidden then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key, that should make the menu bar appear.

VL10 and new selection-screen fields

Hi experts.
My requirement is to add new selection-screen field to second tab in VL10.
After analyse many topics the solution was to copy VL10 to ZVL10.
Also V50R_USEREXIT_TRANSF was copyed and there was added specific code.
Furthemore note:524424 was implemented (header in form definition in V50R_USEREXIT_TRANSF ), and the SHP_VL10_SELECT_OPTIONS was enhanced. As I understood from this stage we have selection-criteria in repeort.
The problem is that I don't know how to transfer this data to ALV.
Any tips ?

Jws JDK6 and new splash screen functionality

Houdy,
We are running jdk6 remote clients using Mustang Beta 2 . Everything works fine excepts that we cannot run our new custom splash screen .
The splash screen perfectly works launching the jar "out of the box" thanks to the SplashScreen-Image declaration in the MANIFEST. But when downloaded from server using je jws command line, nothin' happens.
Does anyone has an idea ? Thanks by advance

I hope to be following in the same footsteps as the original poster, splash screen and deployed through Java Web Start. To learn, I tried the sample code found here: http://java.sun.com/developer/technicalArticles/J2SE/Desktop/javase6/splashscreen/
I copied the SplashTest.java text from the above technical article and copied splash.gif to the same folder. I did a simple "javac SplashTest.java". When I run it from the command prompt "java -splash:splash.gif SplashTest" it works fine. I then made a mymanifest.mf file containing:

I then created a jar file: "jar cmf mymanifest.mf SplashTest.jar SplashTest.class splash.gif"
I did a 'jar xf SplashTest.jar' and looked at META-INF\MANIFEST.MF file. The SplashScreen-Image line is there and the Created By is 1.6.0_01.
When I run the jar (java -jar SplashTest.jar) the "SplashScreen.getSplashScreen() returned null" is output.
QUESTION: What do I need to make the jar file work?
For convenience, below is the SplashTest.java that I copied from the website noted above.
I hope someone can offer some comments or a solution.

HT3576 How do I see anything other than my calendar in the Notification pull-down screen with the new iOS7?

Just updated to iOS7. Pulled-down new Notification screen and all it contains is a summary of my calendar for today and tomorrow.and stocks I want to be able to see the weather but it is not visible on this screen. Can't I do this anymore?

Older ipod touch and new mobile me calendar

I have an older touch that can only run IOS 3.xx. I just updated my mobileMe calendar and it won't synch appointments. It says I need IOS4. Is there any way besides 'hand' synching using iTunes to keep appointments synched?

You might be able to do it if you can generate/sync you calendar with a Google calender and set up the iPod to use an exchange account for Google. Google exchange account syncs via wifi and is supported by iOS 3 and later. See:

Calendar and Contact tab missing

Hi, I am trying to Sync my contacts and calendars to my 5g iPod but the Calendar and Contact tabs are missing.
I'm using iTunes version 6.0.1 (3)
and also version 1.0 of the iPod video software.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry about me not making it more clear, I was in a hurry. but the tabs are missing from the iPod settings menu in iTunes. (iTunes-->preferences-->iPod)
I've tried re-installing iTunes many times. Nothing has ever changed though. I've also tried reformatted my mac since then and it's the same problem everytime.
Hopefully that information helps.

My notification screen is permanently black.

My iphone4s Parallax effect is on but my Control Centre is a flat grey whereas it should share the same colour scheme as my home screen. Regardless of what colour my home screen is (pink, green, blue etc), the control centre is a non-see-through flat grey colour. And my notification screen is permanently black.

Tap on any give date in the monthly view and you will be taken a list of event, the default position being the date you tapped.
The icon just to the left of the search icon provides a master list view of events.

I have tried to limit calendar to only one item on notifications screen (ios 8), and even to turn it off, no joy.

The Calendar seems to show on the notifications screen, with room for 3 entries, regardless of settings. Any way to limit it to one, or get it off the notifications screen?

You're talking about two different things: notifications and widgets. The lock screen will only show notifications that you've enabled to show there. When you open notification center, there are two views: "Today" and "Notifications." Today shows widgets. That is where you see the calendar with room for events. It is basically a preview of your upcoming calendar. Under notifications is where you will get notifications if upcoming appointments that have reminders. The settings for each screen are different.
To control your calendar notifications, go to settings--notifications--calendar.
To control the widget, pull down notification center and select edit.
You can turn off the widget but still receive notifications in notification center and on your lock screen or vice versa.

Bug report: Calendar on iOS 5 Notification screen consumes constant CPU and decreases battery life

After upgrading an iPod Touch 3 and 4 to iOS 5 and customizing the notification screen to include the Calendar (synced to an Exchange account), the battery life of both devices seems significantly worse. Removing Calendar from Notifications returns things to normal. I suspect a CPU issue because of the following observed behavior: when the Notification screen is visible, the calendar items are observed to be re-ordering themselves near-constantly (the first item keeps getting added and removed indefinitely) and the smooth scrolling of the stocks notification at the top of the screen is extremely slow and stuttery. Removing Calendar restores the scrolling to normal; adding it back leads to the slow/stutter behavior.
I don't know if this is contributing to the overall battery problems with the iPhone 4S, but it definitely seems to be an issue for upgraded iPod Touches.
I hope this is helpful.

Similar issue on a 3GS with iOS5. I found that this issue was related to an Exchange event that had been cancelled. Removing the event stabilized the notifications screen. Waiting to see if it improves the abominable battery life - I am recharging twice a day.

I cant set Appointments in calendar on new 4s

I cant set Appointments in calendar on new 4s. Tried turning off then on several times. Siri is not able to add appt. on the monthly view the + is not on the top right and the calender button is missing from the top left of the top bar.

IOS 7 Notifications, Calendar and Reminders ?

Trying to learn the ropes with the new ios 7 but can't seem to figure out the calendar and reminders within the notifications drop down.
At 23:00 when I was trying to work through this my calendar on notifications showed 1 line with 23:00 that was blank (pointless?) I have things on my calendar for the morning, is there a way to just display actual entries from my calendar rather than a blank 5 hours ?
Just as an extra here it's now past midnight and my clock says 00:03, my summary says 'The first thing on your calendar is xxx at 9:00am: in 25 minutes ? Where on earth is it getting 25 minutes from ?
As for reminders, I have them inside the reminders app but I'd like them to show on the swipe down notifications too... in settings I have the switch to green for reminders, not sure what else I can do re settings to get these to show up ?
One last thing in my notifications - All and Missed are blank, I assume missed is for calls which is fine but All ? Surely something should be showing in there ?

I have the same problem too. When I add an event on my mac it syncs with my iCloud account but the changes never reach my iPhone. If I make a change on my iPhone it could sync with my mac without any problem. I tried some solutions from this page (iCloud: Troubleshooting iCloud Reminders and Tasks) and it didn't work. And now, after i disabled iCloud sync on my iPhone and enabled it again, not only it doesn't sync but also I can't even add a new event or new reminder.

N9, missing SMS and chat notifications during musi...

Hope somebody can help, as I've spent many hours Googling for the solution. Just got a new N9 64Gb, learning to find my way around.
I have a huge problem with notifications. Basically my phone is my MP3 player for my lifestyle. I'm trying out free Sigma player since it plays by the folder. With incoming phone calls, music stops and a ringtone comes through. Not the case with SMS and chat notifications. As long as music is paused, I hear SMS/chat notifications. Nokia music player does the same thing. N9 earbuds or 5800 earbuds, no difference. Unless I'm staring at the screen, I miss SMS and chats.
With 5800, I was able to listen to music/audio books all day (used FolderPlay), and SMS and chat notification interrupted the playback no problem. I don't seem to be able to do the same with N9. Is there a solution to this? Am I missing something in the settings?
I'm getting desperate. Help?

2. Update the application. If there's an available update.
