Calendar Recent Invitee Short cuts 'Tags' not functioning

Since the most recent OS update (10.1.0.273, STL100-3, Rogers) I can no longer tap the most recent invited contacts to add to a new calendar appointment. When I press a contact 'tag', they disappear and the Invite field resets with nothing in it. I can only hit the '+' button in the lower right and then have to search for a contact to add. The other functionality is so much more convenient but is lost! Is this a known issue? I have rebooted, but this has not corrected the problem. Anybody?

As contacts are associated with specific email accounts, due to the wireless synchronization, you won't be able to add certain contacts to calendar events made with a different calendar.
For example:
Lets say I have an ActiveSync account and Calendar as well as a Gmail account and calendar on my BlackBerry Z10. If I create a calendar entry using the ActiveSync Calendar, I will not be allowed to invite my Gmail contacts and Vice Versa. This will affect the shortcut tags as well. If a tag isn't associated with the account you are creating the calendar in, you won't be able to add it.

As for the notification issue, the calendar notifications appear as Reminders in the settings menu.

and I test with other adobe product photoshop bridge works fine, in the premiere interface i go under edit/ keyborad shortcuts on the selection tool razor tools slip tool etc none of them had the shortcut mark on the side

I'm the only person that needs to save the Titles?
I do it sometimes when I want to reuse a title in more than one project.
When you export out the Titles, what happens then?
Only then does it become a separate file, suitable for importing into other projects. This is NOT necessary to export your finished video, it's only necessary if you want to reuse the title in other projects.
The Titles are photos and scrolling words, that are used together as a memoriam in different projects. So having the Titles as separate files on the HD is pretty much essential.
That's more than just a title, which in PP usually contains only text. For something this complex, it might be better to create a base project or template that contains all the elements you want to reuse, and then start new projects with that, renaming to a new project name immediately after opening the template.
For example, I have an HD Wedding project that contains all my sequences, graphics and titles ready to go in organized bins. I start by opening that project and do a Save As... using the couple's last name. That way each new project starts with the elements I need and I don't have to recreate them all the time.

Mavericks update, MacBook Pro, short cut buttons not functioning to

After recently installing the OSX mavericks 10.9.3 the shortcut buttons at the top of my keyboard are either not working or are not functioning with the correct button. I checked through the system preferences and found nothing to help me. What can I do to get the short cut buttons to work?

Did you try syst prefes/keyboard restore defailts?

Release the keys.
Try a sfe boot:
Power off, power on holding the SHIFT key, continue to hold till you see the progress BAR, then release and allow to finish booting (this will take longer than a regular boot) after it boots shut down and boot normal.

Open the Mac App Store on your MacBook Pro
Hold the Option key and click on “Purchases”
Hold the Option key and click on “OS X Lion” from the purchased app list
“Installed’ should now say “Install” which allows you to download OS X Lion.
This assumes you are using the same Apple ID on both computers.
Lion does not get installed on an iPad. It runs iOS.

P2055dn short cut settings not working under windows 7

Short cuts worked fine under xp, and all the latest drivers have been installed. Multiple pages doesn't work, although duplex does (but only on the basis of one page per side). User-specific shortcuts aren't displayed, although trying to re-set them generates a message that they already exist.

This seems to be a commercial product. For the best chance at finding a solution I would suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support!

Tags not functioning in Dreamweaver-created mail templates

Greetings!
I have created a couple of different templates in Dreamweaver for use in a Business Catalyst (BC) store, and everything is working except the tags from BC...
I am trying to use the {tag_unsubscribe}, (tag_viewinbrowser} and {tag_recipientemail} in our email but the only thing that comes out are those characters in text, not the functions that we had used in earlier email campaigns...
I'm not seeing why they are not working. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Well, I did read these, and I copied the html from previous campaigns that did work. I'm enclosing the top and bottom code - maybe see something amiss?

vtml_speed tag not functioning correctly in 5.5

A colleague of mine has Captivate 5.5, and when she tries to change the speed using <vtml_speed value="85">, it doesn't work correctly. It just reads the tag itself. It works fine for me in Captivate 5.
I saw that a couple of people mentioned in the Comments section on this blog entry about VTML tags that they were having the same trouble with 5.5. Is anybody else also experiencing this? Is there a fix for it or an alternative way to slow down speech? Thanks!

The Z and B keys are the * and # keys. That is why they are not in the speed dial list. Hmmm... while it might be a "bug" at this time your the only person having this issue as far as I can tell. Since the issue moved to another phone it could be that its related to your Palm Profile. I unfortunately cannot replicate this issue but would like to test something. Can you do a Partial erase on your device and create a new Palm profile? This will see if the issue is still on the device.
If it is not then the issue is within your Palm Profile. If that is the case I can help you from there. Please post back when you tried this step.

N95 SHORT CUT KEY NOT WORKING

Anyone had any problems with there N95 top left shortcut key not working,mine won't do anything when pressed then suddenly has a mind of it's own and keep pressing it's self and sending blank text messages to my first contact in my address book...

Keyboard short cuts functionality problems in MSS

Hi,
We have discovered that the keyboard short cuts does not function in the Portal (Manager Self Service) when setting up SAP R/3 transactions Iviews. I.e. in R/3 its possible to use "Ctrlshiftarrow-down" to select multiple entries in an table (program: approval of time recordings in cats). After having implemented the transaction iview we don't have this functionality anymore. Does anyone know what functions?

Just to clarify - you want keyboard shortcuts to the menu?
If so, I'm assuming you have JMenus containing JMenuItems - using the method
JMenuItem.setMnemonic(char c);will enable a shortcut.
Example:
JMenuItem menuItem = new JMenuItem("this is a menu item");
menuItem.setMnemonic('t');This will set the shortcut to be 't'.

Type size short cut not working in CS6

Hello everyone.
I've recently upgraded to CS6 and the up and down arrows in the type size box are greyed out and unclickable.

Here's the thing. Obviously I use FB a lot, but this short cut issues never happens in text messages, Whatsapp, or email. Always with FB.
In fact I noticed that I get sluggish typing performance typing using the FB app whether I use the keyboard short cuts or not.
Just wondering if this common among iPhone 4 users.

Keyboard short cut not working in iOS 6 on iPhone

I just tried adding a new keyboard short cut on my iPhone 4S with iOS 6 and the short cut will not stay on the phone. I can enter it and it is added to the list of short cuts until I go back one screen, then the shor cut disappears. This worked fine under iOS 5 and still works fine on my iOS5 iPod Touch. Any ideas how to fix this?

After syncing Firefox with my Android phone, Google calendar is not functional. It hangs on "Loading" and will not allow updates or edits. Calendar works in IE, just not Firefox on any computer. Clearing cookies and cache no help.

I synced Firefox with my Droid Razr Maxx Firefox. Now Google Calendar hangs on "Loading" and will not function. Clearing cache and cookies does not help. Works the same on any computer Firefox. But Gmail works fine and Calendar is okay under other browsers.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. 
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. 
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

Safari Screen Short Cuts not working in OS4

Since updating to OS4 on my 3Gs my safari short cuts that I added to my home screen won't open. I tried adding a new one and that won't open either. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? I like having them at my finger tips.

Mail webwite address not function?

firefox got a capable allow user click the choice " mail website address", I use it often but recently around a month it not function while i click same item, t tried many tme and almost everyday still same.

Although the Envelope Index mentioned can become corrupt and cause problems, I don't think it would normally cause this. Before rebuild the index, try holding down the Shift key while clicking on the Mail Icon to launch Mail. This allows Mail to skip trying to open any one mailbox or message.

Space bar short cut

Anybody know why a document sometimes lets me move around the page with hand tool using space bar short cut and sometimes the space bar short cut does not work?

Do you have FireFox or specifically, GMail running in FireFox? Try quitting FireFox and it will probably go away. I've posted the same problem on CS4 Illustrator. It also happens InDesign, probably Photoshop too. Speculation is it is Flash causeing the problem, I agree with those who link it to FireFox or Google or GMail and Flash. After quitting FireFox the space + command zoom and space bar hand tool and all space bar related quick keys came back. I relaunch FireFox and it worked for a while, but logging into my GMail account brings the problem back.
