Calendar stuck in Spanish on my iPhone 4S

Hi everyone!
When I first got my iPhone 4S, I set the language to Spanish. After a while, I decided to change it to English. Everything changed, except the calendar and the weather app. My phone says today is jueves, 12 de deciembre and all of the days of the week are in Spanish in the weather app. While set in English however, my phone says things like "partly cloudy" but still maintained the Spanish days of the week and spanish date in the lock screen.
But now, I am learning Portuguese, so I am making a third change to the iPhone language. It worked, except the calendar and weather are now partially in Spanish and Portuguese which you can imagine is confusing.
For example, in the calendar, Hoje (Portuguese for today) is Jueves (Spanish for Thursday).
Also, agora (Portuguese for now) it is predominantemente ensolarado (partly sunny in Portuguese) but it is still Jueves (Spanish). So there is something wrong with just the days it seems like. All of the other vocabulary has changed to Portuguese.
Can someone please help my iPhone learn the days of the week in other languages? (I have already set my iCloud to English)

My iphone somehow got stuck in Spanish

Hello,
I noticed that my iphone4 running 4.3.5 suddenly thinks I am Spanish. The autocorrect and all of the keyboard buttons have Spanish language on them.
If I go to the International control panel, it still says "English", though. I have tried setting it to French, and it changes to French. I try changing it back to "English" or even "British English", and instead it shows me Spanish. Actually, the control panel language does show up in English but the keyboard and autocorrect are the things stuck in Spanish.
How do I fix this?

If you bring up your keyboard, did you try to tip on the little globe icon? You can switch the languages using this icon while typing and is does not change your general language settings.

my Calendar wont sync from pc to iphone 4 I've spent a lot of time with Apple Support and still not working, We reloaded icloud we've checked only icloud calendar ticked etc., and still no connection. Anyone else had this problem

He can select the pictures and share them with himself, which will put them in his shared album on his computer under pictures and icloud pictures. So they will then be in the shared folder under Pictures<iCloud Photos on his computer.

Exchange calendar not sync on 3.1 (iPhone 2G)

For some strange reason our Exchange 2007 (latest SP) does not sync the calendar on one of our 2G iPhones setup with Exchange.
Strangely, both the Address Book and the Mail app syncs perfectly.
Anyone else experienced this?

I have the same problem since IOS 8.0.2 on an IPHONE 5 , my Exchange account updates fine on Email, as do other Email services. But the Calendar does not, I've also tried Push or Fetch but it does not seem to matter. Gmail Calendar does not have the same problem and updates fine.
My alternative is, within Calendar select "CALENDARS" (botom center), with al options checked , pull the screen down for a refresh and missing Exchange Appointments will apear.
I hope a permanent solution will be available soon though.

What should I do when my iPhone is in recovery mode, I'm trying to restore, and it's stuck at the "Waiting For iPhone" stage??

I dropped my iPhone on the ground, and as I went to pick it up, I started to swear under my breath as I realized my iPhone was in recovery mode. I'm like "how would an iPhone be this sensitive -_-," and so as my iPhone's docked unto my laptop, and with relentless attempts to restore my iPhone, I always find iTunes stuck at the "Waiting For iPhone" stage and I honestly have no clue what to do at this point. What should I do to bypass this or fix this problem? Or do I just wait? -_-

Nothing except that when I turn it on, there's a USB cable and an iTunes logo above it, indicating that it's in recovery mode.

Has anyone started having trouble with google calendar syncing / showing up on their iPhone 4s or iPad? As of today my google calendar not longer appears on either device.

Let me re-qualify my issue. Under my Google Calendar account I have the main calendar I originally set up when setting up my account. I then set up several other calendars under this same account such as events, work, family and so on. All the calendars showed up on my iPhone and iPad with no problem and worked great for a year and a half now until yesterday. My main calendar does still show up but the others no longer appear on my devices. Going on line to look at my Google calendar/calendars everything is fine with all of them. Any thoughts as to why they no longer show up on my iPhone or iPad? Thanks again.

If it is already in iCloud just go to Settings/iCloud and turn on Calendar. It will then remain in sync with your Mac calendar and any other devices that are connected to the same iCloud account.

I think it's iOS7. My wife and I share calendars in Google (she's on iPhone and I was on Android). It worked on her iPhone 5. I recently bought a 5S (iOS7) and she recently upgraded her 5 to iOS7. Now we can't see each other's calendars. It worked before. Is there a hidden setting we missed?

ok after some googling i found my answer. just visit https://www.google.com/calendar/syncselect with your device's browser. you may have to log in. afterwards, you should see a list of your calendars along with shared calendars. just check off the ones you want to see. on the next sync, you should see the calendar(s).

it's weird, my iPad running iOS 7 didn't have the issue. only my new iPhone 5S and my wife's iPhone 5.

Syncing 2 calendars on two laptops with 2 iPhones

I have a rather complex iCal setup on two laptops and two iPhones. My partner and I both have a laptop and an iPhone. We keep separate calendars on our laptops and subscribe to each others calendars. Also he syncs his iPhone to his laptop through the cradle. However, I recently set my iPhone up to sync to Mobileme. So now, he has both calendars on his iPhone, but I only have my own calendar on iPhone. He also does not now use Mobileme. So is there a solution to this problem, or do I need to go back to syncing my iPhone through a cradle to get both calendars on it?

Maybe try using the mobileme account as a joint account at least as far as the ical goes, if you both login to the same mobileme account you can pull the same ical data to both phones and even to both laptops.

You cannot delete it.
It is likely i a folder, or on another page.
If you do not find it, then you can reset the home screen layout.
This can be found in the manual.

My iPhone has two lists of calendars. One is On My iPhone, the other On MobileMe

My iPhone has two lists of calendars. One is On My iPhone, which has a list of "plain" calendars (e.g. Business) and not-so-plain calendars (e.g. Business[[email protected]@calendar]. (I think the last word is calendar. All I can see on the phone is... @ca)
Then I also have a list of MobileMe calendars. Both lists are identical with iCal, except for the bracketed items. They also are the same with the bracketed info added. Don't know where the bracketed items came from. Don't know which, if any I can/should delete.
And MobileMe doesn't seem to sync properly, probably because I'm using the wrong calendar (the On MobileMe list). This all has developed over the last weekend when my MobileMe account was closed and I had to create a new account and sync set-up--with the help of Apple staff.

You can uncheck multiple songs by selecting all the songs you want to uncheck, then right-click and choose "uncheck selection". Also, make sure that you have checked "Sync only checked songs and videos" on the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings or the sync process will ignore your selections.
You can remove all the photos from your camera roll using Preview on your Mac. Connect your phone to your Mac, open Preview, go to File>Import from iPhone. When your photos appear in Preview, select the photos you want to delete, then click on the icon at the bottom showing the red circle with the diagonal line through it (see image below), then click Delete.
To remove photos from the Photo Stream album on your phone you'll have to either reset Photo Stream (deleting all the photos from iCloud) or turn off Photo Stream on your phone.
