Calender Payload not working

We have a Mountain Lion Server with profiles.
When i install a profile with Adressbook or/and Calender payload this is not working on iOS 7.1.
Is there a work around ?

try restarting your device. Hold down the home and sleep key, past when you see the red power off slider and until you see the silver apple. Let it restart and then check your calendar again. resetting often fixes glitches.

How do you contact Apple by email to report one of their pre-installed iPad Apps (ie Calender) is not working properly?
On trying to open month of March 2013 the pre-installed calendar just shuts down and closes.  Have tried restarting iPad but this didn't help and because its a pre-installed App am unable to re-install it.   Is this a universal problem or just affecting me?  Tried searching for support in both App Store and on Apple site and can't see how to report this.

  • Calender does not work between IOS5 and IOS4.3 iPad

We have two iPads. One is unfortunately on IOS5 and the other is on IOS4.3. When i activate the calender on both devices the shared calender is seen on the IOS4.3 iPad but not on the IOS5 iPad. Whatever i try using google accounts or iCloud it only works one way. Seems like another bug in IOS5? The CalDav fucntion that is proposed on multiple answers does not seem to work at all on the IOS5 iPad, it simply does not accept the password. Is there a simple way out? Or would i need to upgrade the second iPad also to IOS5 as i cannot downgrade the first iPad back to IOS4.3?
    help...

The iOS 4 device will not be able to use iCloud, of course.
As to Google calendars, I found that there's something different about how Calendar works in iOS 5.  I had a couple Google calendars that I was subscribed to in iOS 4, but when I upgraded, those calendars stopped updating, and I could not figure out for the life of me where those calendars were defined.  I ultimately had to remove them and then re-add them in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.  Click Add Account, and if you only want a calendar, click Other, then Add CalDAV Account or Add Subscribed Calendar.

  • Calender & Mail not working together anymore?

I have MULTIPLE alerts set up in my Calendar to email me reminders for specific tasks on specific days (vacuum the living room, pay the cable bill, etc.).  I've been using this system for YEARS, flawlessly... until a couple weeks ago.
The emails stopped coming.  I checked all my settings-- they're all set up correctly (which makes sense, because it was working for YEARS).
Here's the mind-bender.  I keyword searched the heading of one of the reminder emails... and it's in my Sent folder on iCloud.  I just never received it.
So I tested the rest.  Same thing.
They're all being sent.  Just never received.  And they're not in my "Junk" or "Trash" folders either.
Any starting points on solving this?
Just an FYI-- I was complaining about this to my Mom (who is also using Mavericks) and she ran a test and found the same exact thing.

My mom ended up going for an appointment at the Apple store and they couldn't find a solution, said that it was a bug, and that Apple was aware of it and "working on it."  So... not sure if that's helpful or not.  We've both submitted bug reports on the feedback site.  Hope it's fixed soon, I remember NOTHING unless it's in my email inbox.

  • Calender not working in 4s after upgrading to IOS 8 and and after synching with my new iphone 6  , calender not working in 6  as well. Please help.

Hi my old phone 4s after upgrading to IOS 8, Calender is not working. Just a blank page and it quits automatically. I bought a new iphone 6+ and after synching , it also showing the same issue.

There's no way a software update causes a hardware issue.  This is just coincidental.  Bring your phone to Apple for evaluation and possible replacement.

  • Payload variables not working

    Hi all,
I've been trying to use Profile Manager to specify user e-mail accounts on Mac devices (eg, MacBooks) but I've been encountering a couple of problems. I've tried searching around and didn't find any answers.
First of all I'm running the latest Mountain Lion Sever. All clients have up-to-date Mountain Lion too.
Problem 1: Payload variables not working
I'd like to automatically setup Gmails on the MacBooks. Now the users' email addresses are already set to their gmail accounts. So all I have to be able to do is use the %email% payload variable as the username when I go set up the (IMAP) mail accounts in the Profile Manager. However, when I download the profile to the device, it does not convert the payload variable; ie, it tries to log into gmail with the username '%email%'. Other payload variables do not work either.
Oddly enough, the payload variables work as they should with iOS devices...
Problem 2: Profiles stuck on 'Sending'
After enrolling the devices, it seems a hit and miss whether the MacBook downloads the correct profiles from the server... Is there a way to force on the MacBook to update/refresh its profiles? Also, when I update profiles within Profile Manager, the changes are pushed to iOS devices fine but not to MacBooks. Those tasks are all stuck on Sending... Logging in, restarting etc. sometimes helps but not always... Is there a reason why?
    Thanks in advance.
P.S. Sorry I posted in the wrong forum first...

Same problem here. Some profiles are being sent, some are stuck on the server. I have no idea why this difference.
    Any luck solving the issue?

  • Wireless sync not working for calender?

I’m not really sure what else to say about this problem other than everyone else in my office has no problems with their blackberrys syncing with their outlooks calenders ect.  I get my e-mail but my calendar doesn’t update.  My work e-mail isn’t my default calendar, don’t know if that’s the problem (even though I went to advanced options à default services, and it says that it is), I deleted my other e-mail off my phone to try to resolve the issue but nothing.  Also when I go into options under my calendar under wireless sync the option says No, but when I click it to change it all it does is bring up the menu to save or exit? Hopefully this info helps, I would really appreciate any input, my calendar not syncing is a big downside for me as I use my outlook calendar and my phone calendar a lot, and would like them together.
    Regards,Ryan

Well I must be on a BES because everyone else in my office has no problems with this feature.  And my only option for default calender is my work e-mail.
    Anyone?

  • HT1296 When syncing Outlook on my computer w/my iphone, new events put into my iphone calender did not show up on my computer in Outlook. Is this the only way it works, Outlook to iphone and not both ways?

When syncing my Outlook calender with my iphone calender, only items from Outlook synced. Events I added to my iphone calender did NOT show up on my Outlook calender. Is this the way it works, only one way?

Go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Calendar and just confirm that you haven't selected a calendar such as the one listed under On My iPhone (if that's listed), and that your have selected your Outlook calendar here as your default.  Assuming you have, if you are syncing your calendar using iTunes (rather than iCloud), you may need to reset your sync history in iTunes.  Follow the troubleshooting steps here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1692.

  • Iphone 5 and calender not working with Outlook Exchange, "Marriott"

I have a new iPhone 5.  I have Outlook Exchange 2010 with Office 7.  When I book airlines or car rentals both calenders sync the correct dates.  When I book Marriott, I can make 4 differnet reservations and Outlook calender accpets the correct dates with my 4 resevations.  The iPhone will only accpet one reservation in calender.  Sometimes the date will be off by one day.  I can paste the details in the calender and they appear ok but if US AIr works and Hetrz works why does Marriott not work?
    Thanks, beachman220

Actually, as an update, mine is now working (the BlueTooth Audio part, Siri still cannot place calls).
I have done this on my first (now smashed) iPhone 5 and my new iPhone 5.  It takes a lot of trial and error, but you can get it to work.
First thing is with the iPhone 4, all I had to do was connect the phone in the phone connect screen and it just worked for both.  Not so with the 5.  With the 5, I have to register it both in the Audo Settings> Bluetooth Audio Settings menus as well as the phone settings on the radio.  I didnt know there were two different connections with two different pins.  (0000 and 1212).  I forget which one you have to connect first, but again, I tried it so many times both installs and it eventually worked.  It may be easier to change the name of either the Phone or Bluetooh Audio name from Car Multimedia, so the iPhone can easily connect to one or the other, but I left them both with the same name.  I can now play music, and when the phone rings, automatically swaps over to that one.
Play with it and you will get it to work.  If I have time, i will remove it and do it again and write down the steps.

  • Calender not working

Calender is not resnpoding, nothing happends.

Have you tried quitting the app and restarting? It sounds like the app is frozen.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

  • Fork is not working - BPM

I have done 2 samples using fork and in both the cases it is not working. For each message new BPM is triggered and only one step (branch) gets completed and other branch steps remain in ready state forever.
    1) I have tested standard BPM pattern BpmPatternCollectMultiIf
    2) Simple process using fork - two branches using different inetrfaces (having different message types)
Integration process return code is 0 - runtime cache
I am testing on local sandbox (XI 3.0) with SP17.
Under SAP help only brief description available about fork. Please share if you have good references/samples about fork (BPM).

    Jai,
1)I expect following result in case of standard BPM pattern "BpmPatternCollectMultiIf"
Note: Here same message type for all 3 interfaces ( branches), no end condition, no of branches = 3
As all message types are same when I send first message only one branch will be executed and outbound status under sxmb_moni with be clock (Message being sent). When I send 2 message, second branch will be completed and status will be clock again. And when I send 3 rd message all branches will be completed and outbound status will be success flag (Message successful on outbound side). Under one process id three messages will be displayed
Actual result is every time status as clock. and for each message new fork instance is created. below are the processids for 3 messages
    133721
    133726 -
    unexpected
    133731 -
    unexpected
Ideally when you send 3 messages all should be process under process ids 133721 to 133725
    2) I have tried fork with 3 branches with different message types. When I send 3 messages ( here each payload is different as per message type ) I expect success flag after 3rd message. But in this case also always the status as clock. and every time new fork instance.
Is anybody  successful to test BPM pattern -> BpmPatternCollectMultiIf?

  • OS 7.0.4 Calenders do not work - they tell the date and THAT IS IT - Nothing else works in them.

Thanks James Ward4 for YOUR informative and completely unhelpful reply! Maybe think about what your replied with in your post and next time before you start having a go other people mate have a good look at yourself! Really sad mate!
Anyway, as I stated before but obviously not clearly enough and yes, sadly with a whine due to the ongoing frustration of these iPhones not working, I'll spell it all out in simple terms. (My apologies for the whine, except to you Wardy for your disgraceful reply and oversensitivity!).
Our calenders in OS 7.0.4 on multiple iPhone 4s' and iPhone 5's (plural of iPhone 5) will not allow any events, dates, reminders or alarms to be set or entered so that things like appointments cannot be entered so that the calender / alarm(s) no longer remind you that you have an appointment. This is with multiple iPhone 4s and iPhone 5........
We have tried resetting the phones, recovering through iTunes, iCloud recovery and re-syncing, have checked all the settings and they seem to be as they should be, time is set correctly, etc...  But none of the calenders will work as a calender should. The iPhones were all updated to OS7.0.4 on different internet locations and a couple of different IP's so it seems unlikely to be multiple corrupt downloads or multiple bad installs.
    Thanks for any constructive replies,
    C

Hi, I hope you are well? Thank you for your reply. Just using the standard iPhone calender. I reset my phone again and now my calendar works ok but now when typing I'm getting quite a lag between typed characters and them showing on the screen I.e as I type this message. My iPhone 4S doesn't use iCloud, my parther's iPhone 5 uses the iCLoud and reset hasn't changed anything..... Her calendar still doesn't work yet she can sync to iCLoud ok on her phone and iPad without problems. Assume it may be a sync issue? We have other iPhones (business ones) that have same problems as above - some using iCloud some not and calendars that don't work
    Thanks again,
    Cam
