Call Center Agent's Need to See Sent Mails in Their Inbox

Hi Gurus
I am looking for a way to allow the sent mails to be seen and viewed in the Call center agents inbox on the Web UI.
We are using EHP1 is the above mention possible for us?
Many Thanks in Advance
Vikas

What about sending them to himself as BCC automatically? That would be a small change.
Best regards,
Thomas Wagner

  • How to stop Call Center Agents from Moving Headsets around

We are call center with about 200 agents at a time in the building. We go thru headsets like they are candy. But we just got told to no longer use cheap headsets. So we are slowly cycling in the new headsets. So any Ideas on how to keep headsets from moving stations. Our agents destroy headsets anyway, so I don't know how well these new ones are gonna last. They also move keyboards, mice as well. They have very little respect for the equipment and think breaking them is going to give them a new one faster. Let me know what you guys think.

I think you are seeing what is called the Ken Burns Effect. You can change this setting using the Rotate, Crop, Ken Burns Tool on the middle toolbar. You can select Fit, Crop, or Ken Burns. Fit will make your photo fit by letterboxing. Crop will make your photo fit by cropping the top and bottom off. Ken Burns allows you to Pan around. You can set the starting and ending rectangles for the pan.
Also, if you go to File/Project Properties you can set the default action for "Initial Photo Placement" to Fint, Crop, or Ken Burns.

  • Can't see sent mail using little arrow icon

Not sure when this started but when I click next to a mail message to see what I replied, the little icon with the arrow now fails to bring up the sent mail. This is on my mac laptop. It works fine on my MacPro. I have deleted the plist for mail and set everything up again but that didn't do the trick. I rebuilt the mail box and that didn't work either. I went to a fairly recent backup and replaced the plist, but again, nothing. I've seen other threads about this problem, but no solutions. Anyone have any good ideas?
    Thanks

  • Why can't I see sent mail / outbox?

In my business, it is important to verify that I have sent a mail message. I just switched from MS Outlook, where it was easy to check the outbox. I can't seem to find the outbox in the Macbook version of Mail. How can I set this program up with a button that will automatically take me to my sent mail folder? What I've been doing is using my gmail account until I can figure out how to make this mail program work.
    Thanks much!

Under normal conditions there should be a Sent-folder after sending the first mail out. If not, try creating a folder named "Sent", quit Mail and start again.
Is the account requiring the Sent-folder of type IMAP or POP3?

  • Sent mail going to inbox, all replies as separate emails

downloaded thunderbird to new computer. three big problems: 1 - address book has been lost 2 - all sent mail is going both to sent mail folder ans also to inbox 3 - all replies and conversations are showing up as separate emails instead of being part of one email thread. i.e., it is a total mess. I have configured the settings correctly I believe. what is going on?

Hmmmm...... perhaps if you took the time to read instructions.
Did you save the add-on XPI file and install it in Thunderbird like the instructions said. Or try and install it in Firefox, get the inevitable failure and complain here that it is not compatible. The web site offers instructions. Perhaps if you read these. http://chrisramsden.vfast.co.uk/3_How_to_install_Add-ons_in_Thunderbird.html That add-on works with the current version.
"You don't recall any read only" Right click any file you copied off the DVD. Select properties and there you have a read only flag.
Do you have anti virus software running? Disable any part of it involving SPAM, TRASH Phishing and email.

  • How to see sent mail on iMac

For some reason, all of a sudden I cannot see any sent emails I have sent.  How do I reconfigure this so I can see what emails I've sent?  Many thanks!

Check and see if you can locate them manully by going to User/yourname/Library/Mail/POPyourname/Sent Messages  to be sure they are still on your computer.  Not sure what you can do after that but at least you will know they haven't disappeared.  If you have Mountain Lion..  The Library is now hidden so you will have to hold down the Option key and go to your drop down box  under 'Go'.  You will then see the Library and can click on it to open it there and then follow the appove steps I've mentioned.  Sorry I can't give you more then that..

  • Can't see sent mail in Sent Mailbox

I'm getting the message " the e-mail has not been read from the server" when I try to look at the e-mails that I have sent. This is driving me crazy!!!!
Please, someone help me with this!
Very Grateful for a speedy reply
    Nina

    Nina,
There is a script that will split these overstuffed mailboxes of the structure used in Mail 1.3.11 and earlier, so we have a fall back solution. Don't fail to keep a copy for possible use with the script, or assure the original is preserved.
How large is the mbox file in the Package of the Sent Messages.mbox?
How long did you wait for Rebuild to try and finish -- this can take quite a long time? It is normal for everything to disappear during Rebuild, but it should come back if successful. Regardless, it does not erase anything, assuming you have plenty of free space on the hard drive, and that is not a limitation?
If you cannot get Rebuild to work, click on my name to the left of this post, and look in the bio line of my resulting Profile for my email address. Send me an email, and it would be good to provide a screenshot of the Package of this Sent Messages.mbox. I can then send you the Script and instructions for using, if nothing else works.
Btw, did you remove the Sent Messages.mbox from the Account folder, so new messages you send can be properly accessed?

  • Loosing Sent Mail

    Hi,
I get this message once and a while when I look in my Sent mail folder:
The message from Peter Carry <[email protected]> concerning “Speedline Tech- Electrovert quote and rental” has not been downloaded from the server. You need to take this account online in order to download it.
Mail does not say its "Working Offline" when this occurs. The usual fix is for me to exit Mail and re-strat, then I can see Sent mail just fine.
Can someone tell me what the problem is?
Also, related to this, which happened today and caused me great anguish, has to do with deleting sent mail. I typically retain about 3 months worth of sent mail. I just went to delete November's mail. I went into Sent and seleted all the November mail and deleteled. I exited the program and a message came up "Compaction Error, Mail will set back to pre compaction", something like that. Then when I ran Mail again the Sent folder was empty. Holy Cow !!!
This happened before about 5 months ago.
Thanks in advance for your help.

    Pete,
On your initial post to start this Topic, your Profile said 10.4.2 -- I took my lead from that. If running 10.3.9 and Mail 1.3.11, then it is a different problem, and is a truly Overstuffed Mailbox. See:

  • Nokia E75 - sent mail

    Hi there
I have an E75 and it is syncing nicely with two separate work e mail addresses. One syncs with Outlook via Mail for Exchange and updates calendar, tasks, contacts etc perfectly.
The other is not through Mail for Exchange - it syncs with a company server over the web.
My problem is with this second account - and the problem is that when I send an e mail using the phone, the e mail itself does NOT end up in my "Sent Items" box on my PC. It just disappears. It obviously goes into "sent items" on the phone....but not on the PC.
Can anyone help me to make it so my sent e mails end up in my "sent items" box on my PC please?
And just to repeat, this account does NOT not use Mail for Exchange to connect.
    Thanks
    Ian

well i'm here to dissapoint you, but your sent messages will not be synced, but there is a way to get them on your computer.
    you have following options:
when you sent your mail enter in BCC field your email address this way you will receive your sent mail into your inbox.
i prefer this way - all my mails sent or received are kept in same box. it is also makes it easy for viewing -on my computer i have email client setup for threaded viewing and it gives "conversation" feel to email.
you go to your sent box on you mobile and manually move message to inbox - in "sent items" press options-> actions -> and you can choose inbox. then you will see your message in your inbox, but still not in sent folder unless of course you will then again manually move this email to sent folder on you computer.

  • Sent mail not getting saved on server

I have an IMAP email account that I am accessing using Mail. I have the preference set to save a copy of the sent mail on the server. When I check my email at work (not on this mac), I do not see any sent mails that were sent from the mac. Is there something else I must do? I do see sent mails from my work pc showing up in the sent mail folder of the IMAP account (not under the Mailboxes -> sent mail folder).

Figured it out. Select the sent mail folder on the server and do Mailbox->Use this mailbox for->Sent
