Call failed with airtel network

I was using Vodafone network, recently shifted to Airtel. My phone is unlocked and network is active. I am able to receive calls and use data over 3G. I am even able to receive calls. But I am not able to make any calls. Every time I try to call I get Call failed.
I visited Airtel office, they put sim in other phone and outgoing calls was working fine. But its not working in my iPhone.
I even tried resetting my network, still no help.
Please help

I had the same exact problem ,then I read in one of these discussions that the issue is with the caller id. though we cannot turn it ON or Off but somehow even checking the status of the caller ID did the trick and now I am able to make outgoing calls as well. My phone is iphone 4 with airtel( recently ported from vodafone).

  • Lync server call failed due to network issues

    hi,
    i receive an error while making a lync call to an internal user
    "call failed due to network issues"
    i have two ip's installed on My NIC but when i remove one ip of the ip's from
    my nic, everything seems to work fine.
    Kindly help

    Hello Matt,
    Hope you keeping well..!!
    We are communicating with external customers lync server through federation option setup on our corporate lync server.  We have received the federation setting from the customer with SIP address which has been setup on our corporate lync servers after
    that we were able to browse the customer contact through corporate lync account.
    We were also able to chat with external customer but however voice/video functionality are not working through same session.  Whenever we try to dial out external customer lync account it ended with error message "call ended due to network issue".
    We have checked the setting from corporate lync servers and network point of view but doesn't find any issue which cause the disconnection to voice/video over lync.  Could you pl help or guide with the way.
    Thanks

    Hi there,
    A quick search showed the result on fourm thread:
    It's related to SHarePoint foundation error & this issue occurs when the account under which SPUserCodeService is configured to run does not have the necessary permissions to access the performance counters on the server.

  • Call failed due to network issues

    call failed due to network issues lync 2010 client. even when i'm trying to do a test call from my system, same error comes.

    Please, share more details on error from logs. Also check firewall ports.
    The Media Relay Authentication Service (MRAS) is responsible for notifying the Lync client of the STUN and TURN IP address for ICE.  This service
    run on UDP port 3478.
    To check that the UDP port is open on the firewall between the Internal Lync clients and the Edge server running this service you can use the Microsoft tool PortQry

  • Decision Service calls failing with connection refused

    Hi All,
    Breifing of the bpel process - Async bpel process XX_BPEL_ASYNC_002 calls decision services and a sync bpel process XX_BPEL_SYNC_001.
    We have moved to cluster 10.1.3.5.0 from 10.1.3.3.0 and the deployement of the bpel process and the decision service done on two nodes i.e., node51 and node55.
    But the bpel process is able to call the decision service only when the node 51 is UP and running, but if node 51 is down and node 55 is up and running it is failing with connection refused error. It is also working when 55 is DOWN and 051 is UP.
    the exact error is:
    exception on JaxRpc invoke: HTTP transport error: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: java.security.PrivilegedActionException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Message send failed: Connection refused.
    We are using file based repository.
    It is failing when it tries to call particular url:
    http://loadbalancerurl:7777/orabpel/domain001/XX_BPEL_ASYNC_002/1.0/decisionservices.decs
    Can anyone please help me or advice me for finding some solution.
    Thanks

    Hi Fatsah,
    It has been a while since we resolved this problem. But these were  the basic steps that we had taken.
    The receiver was configured a File adatpter with FTP:
    Port: 10021
    Connection security : FTPS (FTP using SSL/TLS) for Control and Data Connection
    Command Order: AUTH TLS,USER,PASS,PBSZ,PROT
    Problem: The message was blocked in our firewall.
    FTPS in this case used 10021 as the control port and the firewall allowed to pass the control request.
    Once the connection was accepted at the control level, it generated a random port number  to pass data on the channel.
    This random port number was blocked in the firewall.
    We monitored the data port numbers generated at firewall. Then we configured the firewall to open any port number  between the specific IP addresses of the sender and the receiver. That resolved the problem.
    Hope this helps!
    Please give points if this is helpful.
    Thank you.

  • Fusion Apps web service call fails with error access denied (oracle.wsm.security.WSFunctionPermission)

    Hello Guru,
    I am trying to call a supplier service from SOA/OSB.
    But while calling the service it is failing with the below error message
    access denied (oracle.wsm.security.WSFunctionPermission http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/prc/poz/suppliers/supplierService/SupplierService#getSupplierVO invoke)
    As per OER cookbook i have attached the "oracle/wss_username_token_client_policy" to the Fusion  apps web service.
    I am trying to pass security credentials to the service by using all the methods... through composite ..through bpel through wsse header but in all cases i am getting similar error.
    Please let me know if some one has called the fusion apps web service to create a supplier of solution to my problem  as mentioned above.

    Hi Sai,
        Thanks for the quick and correct response. Yes, after doing the research, I'm also came to same conclusion. But what stops me here is that where exactly I need to check for this permission.
    I mean the theory what I built on this Authorization/Permission is that:
       For the resource - WebService (SupplierService), there is an assigned application role for which the Entitlement/Permission is provided.
    Pls. help me in the below items:
    a. What is the application role(in role hierarchy) assigned to this resource(Webservice). Which page I need to check(navigation) this and the required credentials..
    b. What is the Entitlement provided for this application role for this operation (getSupplierVO) invoke.. Which page I need to check(navigation) this and the required credentials..

    Hi Nadeem,
    our setup is like
                                                                vpn link
    call manager ------head office(router)----------------------------------brach router(gateway)------------------ip phone(branch)
    The call flow is
                                                                                                                  sip
    IP Phone---->brach GW-------------->call manager------------------>branch GW------------------->ITSP
    there is no subscriber at branch side, so the outbound call should travel to call manager at head office and then get exit from branch gateway to ITSP through sip line.

  • Migration Asssitant w/Disk Image - Fails with a network error?

    I'm currently trying to restore an iMac G4 with a disk image that was made before its hard drive was replaced. I've mounted the drive and it successfully copies over the user folders, but when it comes to copying the Library and Applications folders it fails after a long pause with the error indicating "There might be a problem with your network". As a disk image mounted on the desktop, I don't see this being a terribly helpful error, so I checked the console, but I don't see any errors being thrown there. Is there something that I can adjust so that it doesn't "lose contact" with the disk image?

    Sorry, I guess I made some poor word choices there. I'm not technically restoring the iMac from an image in the ASR sense. The iMac is already set up with a brand new hard drive and OS install (the old drive was failing and was recovered using Disk Warrior and then imaged before it totally failed). All I'm trying to accomplish now is migrate the user data, apps, and library stuff over to the new drive from the image of the old drive.
    The image now lives on the desktop of the new drive. There's no MBP involved (that's my computer and doesn't factor in to this issue). There's no network involved either (hence my confusion with the error message). This is all taking place on just the iMac, nothing more.
    So I mount the image on the desktop. I fire up Migration Assistant, do the admin login, select "From a Time Machine backup or other disk", select the volume mounted from the image, in this case I turn off migration of the user folders as that has already completed successfully, Then turn on all the rest (Apps, Files & Folders, Library, Network Settings, etc.) Once it hit transfer it will sit and wait for a long period of time, then produces the error "There might be a problem with your network", but as there is no network involved here, that error only suggests to me that it's having trouble reading from the image.
    However, referring to the console, there are apparently no errors reading the image (I've verified the image twice and even rebuilt it as a writable image in case it wanted to write the migration cash to the source volume), in fact I can see it cataloging all of the files that it wants to transfer. If I try to manually drag and drop any of the stuff in the Applications folder on the image of the old drive, it copies without a hitch.
    For some reason, it just appears to lose the ablility to communicate with the image even though there are no apparent problems with it.
    Any suggestions?

  • The AcquireConnection method call failed with error code 0xC0202009.

    I've seen the previous threads on this (although maybe not all of them). However, i don't think I'm getting the error for the same reason. The full error I'm getting is:

    The entire package is running on one machine. The data source is SQL Server 2005 and the destination (this happens with both of them) is Excel or Access. Either way I cannot get the package which the wizard generated to run at all. This error occurs after the first table is exported. I'm running on WinXP SP2 with 2005 Developer and ALL components installed except analysis services.
    Anyone else have this problem or know the solution?
    Jeff

    I am getting the same error. My Destination and source both are on SQL Server 2005 on the same box.
    I am using SQL- Code for Source and and table as destination. When the package runnes under Transaction- TransactionOption-Supported then the packages excuted fine but it fails when i change the Transaction- TransactionOption to Required.
    It fails with following error code.
    [OLE DB Destination [22]] Error: The AcquireConnection method call to the connection manager "FMFCLSQADB01.DWH_Rakesh" failed with error code 0xC0202009.
    [DTS.Pipeline] Error: component "OLE DB Destination" (22) failed the pre-execute phase and returned error code 0xC020801C.

    [Connection manager "FMFCLSQADB01.DWH_Rakesh"] Error: An OLE DB error has occurred. Error code: 0x8004D00A.
    When i change the source SQL query to Table or View then it works fine.
    Thanks for any suggestion.
    Regards
    Rakesh
    Now, my issues related to “SSIS Runtime has failed to enlist the OLE DB connection in a distributed transaction with error 0x8004D00A "Unable to enlist in the transaction."…..”. are fixed.
    This is one of the very common errors that comes up in SSIS (SQL Server Integration service)
    I have faced this issue for at-least two occasions. Both of them have one common setting: “TransactionOption” was set to “Required”.
    In first case, I had multiple dataflow tasks but there were no sequence given. There were no error if I ran the package with TransactionOption=Supported. But when I ran the package in TransactionOption= Required, it got failed.
    To fix the issue I have changed my package and put the entire dataflow task one after another (connected thru Constraint).
    In another case, where I was doing data transfer from one server to another, I had to configure the MSDTC.

  • RMI calls fails with IllegalArgumentException

    After searching for help several hours via google i decided to ask for help here:
    I have a serverapp, that connects vie RMI to a slave.
    Binding works fine.
    But when I want to call doTask() I get an IllegalArgumentException
    here is the Interface I call:
    package csr.metalooper.parallel;
    import csr.metalooper.ActionConfig;
    public interface MetaLooperSlaveInterface extends java.rmi.Remote {
         int doTask (ActionConfig task) throws java.rmi.RemoteException;
         int allJobsDone() throws java.rmi.RemoteException;
    }here is the part of code, where I call doTask():
            for (ActionConfig actionConfig : getChildrenToExecute()) {
                 if (actionConfig instanceof ParallelActionConfig){
                      // aquire slave
                      boolean loop = true;
                      Slave slave = null;
                      while (loop){
                           slave = MetaLooper.rmiMaster.getFreeSlave();
                           if (slave != null) loop=false;
                           try {
                                 Thread.sleep(1000);
                            } catch (InterruptedException e) {
                                 e.printStackTrace();
                      // submit child via RMI
                      try {
                           slave.setAvailable(false);
                           MetaLooperSlaveInterface mySlaveInterface = slave.getSlave()
                           System.out.println("Submitting Task");
                            int res = mySlaveInterface.doTask(actionConfig);
                            System.out.println(res);
                            System.out.println("Task submitted");
                       } catch (RemoteException e) {
                            e.printStackTrace();
                 }I get the "Submitting Task" print, but the code doesn't reach the "Task submitted" print.
    So it definitly fails at this call: int res = mySlaveInterface.doTask(actionConfig);something concerning my class hierarchy:
    ParrallelActionConfig extends ActionConfig
    ActionConfig implements an interface called Action

    int doTask (Object o) throws java.rmi.RemoteException;this call works! but when I want to cast back to ParallelActionConfig (or even only to ActionConfig) i do get a ClassCastException.
    So I tried to call o.getclass() . This call returns: class $proxy.
    If I didn't provide you enough information, just ask for more.
    Thanks in advance!

    OK, unsure what OP stands forOriginal Poster
    but if bindings are ok why would you need to re-generate stubs
    on client and server?Because the problem is exposed not during binding or lookup but when the client goes to use the stub by calling a remote method. At this point he gets an IllegalArgumentException which indicates that the argument supplied and the argument type expected differ, which in turn suggests that they have changed at some point since deployment, which indicates a need for regeneration or at least redeployment of the new stub & interface files.
    This wouldn't be exposed during binding or lookup because nobody is actually calling methods on the stub yet, just looking for a suitably named remote interface and a stub which inherits it
    If you have an alternative hypothesis, good, but it needs to conform with the facts already provided, and the OP appears to be satisified with the one supplied.
