Call for past 2 weeks.
How do I find calls/numbers for past 2 weeks of usage. I can find the calls that were listed on my last bill but I need more recent information due to a non-functioning phone.
Hi community!
When you first login to My Verizon (www.vzw.com) you will need to make sure to login with the "Account Owner" registered number for the site. On the main page that loads after login, you will see "Usage Details" under the section it displays the number of minutes, messages and data. Click that link and you will see graphs for all the different usage sections. Click "View Detail" under minutes and the calls for the current cycle will load. I'm confident everyone will succeed in viewing these calls.
Thank you,

Harassing Verizon customer service phone calls for past due under 30 days!!
Ok, this is ridiculous!! I switched from ATT 6 months ago, who has way better customer service by the way because I just couldn't get as good of cell service in my office building as Verizon so I had to switch!
I have never had so many calls over 3 - 5 times a day to have a partial past due balance that is still 10 days away from being 30 days late!
This is horrible on a customer service level and I want to complain that other companies are not this RUDE!! Sorry if you are broke trying to build too many cell towers and infrastructure and one time that you can't afford carrying people's past due balances for another few days but this will make me switch back to ATT.Ok, this is ridiculous!! The crash of Mozilla Firefox occurs after I have accessed one or two Job Boards, such as TheLadders.co.uk and then it states "You must close Firefox before you can open it or re-start your system." The latter is the only real option. I have just had NINE automatic Windows XP Security Updates and I'm hoping those wil fix the problem.
Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?
Did you try a clean reinstall and made sure to delete the Firefox program folder?
*(32 bit Windows) C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\
*(64 bit Windows) C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
*Firefox 18.0.x: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
*It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by an uninstall and (re)install, but make sure that "remove personal data" is NOT selected when you uninstall Firefox.
If you keep having problems then also create a new profile.

Bt phone 2.1 all call lists empty for past 10 days...
I have no record of any calls for past 10 days -all calls etc message says "all call list empty" yet i know people have called.I am told it is a software problem-my current software version is v1935i006f007 Type A.What is going on
I have had this happen twice - the main screen shows missed calls but when you look at calls list it is empty. Same software version as you. The only way I have found to get it back to normal is to reset the phone.

Hello,
I have had my MacBook Pro since February/March of this year. It has been working fine, up until this past week.
It froze on me one day, and I couldn't not do a force quit or anything so my only option was to hold the power button until it shut off.
It then reboots and it stays on the apple load up screen for hours. I then read the manual and tried the disk utility and it couldn't verify or repair my disk until after the sixth try.
Once I did repair it, I rebooted and once again I had the start up screen for like a day, until I just finally resulted in an erase install.
The erase install failed the first two times, and finally worked the third. My computer was doing fine for a day, I was reinstalling apps that came with the Applications disk.
Upon using software update to get the latest Snow Leopard Update 10.6.8 that is used to prepare for the Lion OS X Update, it downloaded, but after about two hours, the install failed, and none of the updates installed.
It told me to restart, and once I restarted my computer yesterday evening, it is STILL currently sitting at the apple load up screen. STILL.
I do have the Apple Care for four years, and I was trying to see what all could happen before I have to ship it off. I am a college student, and this resulted in me losing all my papers, work, and things that I've done so far, because I was unable to back up files.
I thought buying a Mac was a great choice because things like this usually don't happen! But I guess not!
Can anyone PLEASE help find a solution to this? Thanks for that information!
I'm sure I will be calling AppleCare, but the problem is, they charge for the phone calls don't they? Because I don't have money to be spending to be on the phone with a support service.
In other things, it seemed like the only time my MacBook was working was when I had Snow Leopard without the 10.6.8 update download that was supposed to be done to prepare for OS X Lion.
When I look at the information of my HD it says that I have 10.6.8 but that was the install that it claimed to have failed and caused me to restart resulting in all of the repeated problems.
Also, because my computer is currently down, and I've lost all files how would that effect the use of my iPhone? Because if it doesn't get fixed by the time OS 5 is released, how would I be able to upgrade?! -

I have two laptops, a Powerbook G4 and a MacBook.
Here's the ways that iChat video chat works for me:
Connecting via AIM buddy list while both laptops are connected to the internet via the same router (ie. they are in the same location).
Connecting via AIM buddy list from either computer to a test computer (appleutest03) over the internet.
Connecting via AIM buddy list from either computer to a friends computer over the internet.
[I do not use Bonjour]
Here's the way that it doesn't work:
Connecting via AIM buddy list from one laptop to the other laptop over the internet. My comment in the previous post referred to the phenomenon where both computers could video chat if they were on the same router, connected to the internet, connecting through the AIM buddy list, but not if each computer was connected to the internet through a separate router at a separate location (ie. next door). In other words, if both laptops are at my apartment, and connected through that apartment's router to the internet, they can video chat. If both laptops are at the apartment next door, connected through that apartment's router to the internet, they can video chat. If one laptop is at apartment A, using apartment A's router to connect to the internet, and one laptop is at apartment B, using apartment B's router to connect to the internet, they cannot video chat, and the -8 error results.
Thanks for sticking with me on this one. -
Very slow broadband for past few weeks?
Hi for past few weeks my broadband speeds and ping been all other the place rasied a fault with bt, and the woman on the phone said interleaving with on, thats why my ping times up and down and it would take upto 48hrs to turn off.
I got the bt home hub 2 and also got a spare dlink router but the problem is well worse with the homehub ping times 30 to 50 ms higher with the homehub and speeds around 380kbs that not even 0.5mb.
Anyways to cut a long story short i dont see any where on the hub that tells me about if the interleaving is on or not, i have been with bt since last aug and i never asked for interleaving to be on.
On my dlink that says its on fast so i no interleaving aint on, 2 weeks later and its even worse now its slow all the time no matter what time of day or night and i phoned bt the other day to say to them, and was told they would phone back today but no call, my profile is 7150 my connection never drops unless i reboot the router or disconnects its self heres a tracert i just done :

Have you checked the link out here this will take you through a step by step guide to ensure the problem is not in your premises, as the fault could be in your own wiring or a faulty ADSL filter.
Although looking at your speed test results it looks like you have a good speed, what time of the day did you do the ping test? It maybe worth tring it to a number of sites and you can then maybe get an avarege, also avoid the internet peak period.

I have a question. For the past week I have not been able to access my iTunes app it always kicks me out. I've turned it off and on and still nothing. I was wondering how can I get it to work or what should I do. Thank you
You need a computer with iTunes and an internet connection
Try:
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Has something changed in the iPad 3? I Go to the Comcast Help Forums daily as a Volunteer Moderator and for the past week or so when I open a post in the Forum and attempt to reply to the post, ai no longer have a toolbar which contains different options that should be
available to me. Such as quote, font. Font size, inserting a link or image, etc.
Now- I do not have a toolbar at all! I already contacted Lithium who is the company that creates and maintains the Comcat Help F or umps.
What has happened and how do I resolve this? I would not be at all happy if Apple has done something that is now preventing me access.
I use my iPsd 3 daily for monitoring and helping in the Comcast Help Forums.
Thank you,
CCC.If this is what you are used to seeing in the Comcast forum, you need a browser that can identify as a desktop browser. Safari does not do this. I am using iCab Mobile and this is what the forum looks like when I sign in.

My laptop is stolen and hasn't showed up in my cloud for the past week but the name of it is changed. How do I get it's last known location?
That"s part of my problem, I dont get that option.
I get iTunes store and that's about it.
I've thought about "erasing/resetting" all settings but I'm afraid to do it. Or am I
missing something in iTunes?
Help please!

I have used Image Capture to scan images/documents and then saved them as either PDFs or PNG files. For some reason, just this past week, Image Capture will no longer save the file. It scans, and the Scan Results window pops up, but it won't save file.
The file name has no special character in it, just letters and no spaces.
I have done this in the past and it has worked, but now it will not.
I have not upgraded any software, that I am aware of.
After scanning, the Image Capture pops up the Scan Results with the file name in the window, but neither the Scan Results nor the Image Capture window responds to inputs. The Image Capture window is frozen, with only the "Overview" and "Cancel" buttons active (but non-responsive).
Is this a software issue or a scanner hardware issue? I am using a HP Photosmart C6200 series printer/scanner on a network using a Time Capsule airport.
Thanks.I had the same problem.
Got a 90% fix. Apparently the Mavericks preferences won't work with Yosemite, so I just deleted the Image Capture preferences.
Unfortunately, the "Scan to" folder seems to be permanently set to the Pictures folder.
1. Quit Image Capture
2. Go to Finder > Go > Home, which opens up your home folder (named after your user name)
3. Open Library > Preferences > com.apple.ImageCapture.plist - Drag this file to the Trash
4. Start "Image Capture", click "Details" and change all your settings as you prefer
5. Quit and restart "Image Capture". Notice it remembers all your settings except "Scan to" folder. It insists on saving to "Pictures".
That's as far as I was successful. I tried changing the "Scan to" folder to "Desktop", but on launch, Image Capture always sets it back to "Pictures".
This is what I tried:
6. Download and install "Pref Setter" from http://www.nightproductions.net/prefsetter.html
7. Quit "Image Capture". Right-click on "com.apple.ImageCapture.plist" and open with Pref Setter.
8. Search for "Pictures", which finds "~/Pictures" (the tilde character at the start means your home directory).
9. Double-click on "~/Pictures" and change it to the folder you prefer. I like "~/Desktop"
10. Choose File > Save then Quit from Pref Setter. Note that re-opening the plist file still shows "~/Desktop"
11. Start up "Image Capture" -- on startup, "Image Capture" sets "Scan to" folder to "Pictures"

My daughter is going to Canada for a week and i would like to know if it will cost extra for her to text and/or call someone in the United States?
http://businessportals.verizonwireless.com/international/traveling_to/North_America/Canada.html
69 cents a minute for calls, texts covered under an existing texting plan or the standard pay per text rate if you don't have one.
If you're traveling in Canada, contact Customer Service at 800-922-0204 from any landline phone.
Global Picture and Video Messages are billed at the same per-message rate as though they were sent from the U.S. Accordingly, you can send/receive Picture and Video Messages with customers of:
Verizon Wireless (domestic rates/bundles apply)
Other domestic carriers (domestic rates/bundles apply)
Canadian, Mexican and Puerto Rican carriers (domestic rates/bundles apply)
Select International carriers (global rates apply)
When sending or receiving there's an additional data transport charge billed at the destination's Data Pay per Use Rate multiplied by the size of the Picture or Video, which can vary greatly.
A data network is required to send picture or video outside the U.S. See the Data Roaming List for eligible destinations.
Attempts to send Pictures or Videos are charged, even if the delivery fails.
Text Messages sent or received while in Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are billed as though you were in the U.S.
Check out our Nationwide plus Canada plans if you frequently call or travel to Canada. -
For the past week I have not been able to send both simple and attached messages through my icloud e-mail.
The error reads: this message cannot be sent at this time. i have the latest version of Firefox, I have even changed my password in hopes that this would resolve the issue, but alas, it hasn't worked. HELP!This is a terrible customer experience for Apple users. I have been dealing with this same issue since April 2012; all used to work just fine and then suddenly -- "Cannot send message" error appears.
When is Apple going to fix this? I have two iPads and an iPhone but often need to access files from my PC (next time, it'll be a Mac),
Very frustrating.
