Call_form showing webutil_canvas [solved]

I'm converting from 6i to 10g. Our menu form calls a customer form which performs a call_form in the post_query trigger. When this third form opens it also opens the webutil_canvas.
What's wrong?

Yes it is. WebUtil will be used in many, if not most, of the forms.
The WebUtil_canvas doesn't show when the customer form opens, only upon opening the third.
We have a system analogous to Oracle Applications. A menu form that calls other forms which may in turn call others.
Is there a way to "shut off" the WebUtil_Canvas? I've tried setting raise-on-entry property to "No", but that didn't seem to fix the issue.
Suggestions are appreciated.

  • Pcmanfm-qt doesn't show icons[Solved]

    Hello,
    I've lxqt latest installed and
    pcmamfm-qt
doesn't show icons. It worked before. This behavior developed when I replaced git packages with packages of the Community repository. I've already reinstalled pcmanfm but this hasn't solved the issue.
Any idea what could be wrong?
    Thank you

How I solved this: I do everything like said @fish-hp14, select "tlen" icons in uset interface (there shows mi two options with tlen, i select this first). Then install lxqt-qtplugin. After that in "User Interface" in preference disappear option to select icon, but after that, when I restart computer icons are alrgiht (nothing dissapear).
Only problem I have after this is with clock. I select "show date below time on new line". Before install lxqt-qtplugin date and time was clearly visible. But now date is cut in half.

the driver seems to be failing to show the output (what the visuals do?)/do some stages of processing. It is odd that direct rendering would seem to be "true" yet not have the visuals available to show it. (the errors like (WW) AIGLX: 3D driver claims to not support visual 0x32)
previously this box had direct rendering, (using an older version of the same driver in testing)
not sure when it got broken because I wasnt using it for a while
    thanks for your input

Pretty delayed update, but this was just an error in the xorg.conf: apparently something got changed, so regenerating the config with X -configure generates one that worked well.

  • PHP installed with Apache, php pages showing nothing [SOLVED]

I've followed a couple of guides to install a LAMP stack on my Arch install, and I seem to have done everything correctly (no errors anyway...), but I still can't see anything on my basic phpinfo page.
    Viewing source shows nothing.
Is there anything commonly missed out I should be looking for, in order to get it showing properly?
If there's any more specific information I can give, please let me know. I'm new to these forums and realise I'm lacking detail, but any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Adam

Here's my httpd.conf, I've not moved those lines yet,
    # This is the main Apache HTTP server configuration file. It contains the
    # configuration directives that give the server its instructions.
    # See <URL:http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/> for detailed information.
    # In particular, see
    # <URL:http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/directives.html>

    # of the server's control files begin with "/" (or "drive:/" for Win32), the

    # with ServerRoot set to "/usr/local/apache2" will be interpreted by the
    # server as "/usr/local/apache2/logs/access_log", whereas "/logs/access_log"

    # ServerRoot: The top of the directory tree under which the server's
    # configuration, error, and log files are kept.

    # ServerRoot at a non-local disk, be sure to specify a local disk on the

    # same ServerRoot for multiple httpd daemons, you will need to change at

  • DigiKam won't show anything [SOLVED, like]

    Hi,
Just noticed (I don't use it every day) that digiKam refuses to show existing pics, neither as albums, nor in chronological order, etc. I deleted and (apparently) successfully recreated the data base, but still no show. I can't tell which update is to blame. Any ideas?

This was most likely a kioslave issue, I would assume they had to be rebuilt after updating KDE.
The console should have told you that the kioslaves could not be loaded though...

  • KDE panel not showing apps [Solved]

    Hey there
I just installed Arch Linux on my box and then KDE. But I encountered a small problem. The applications I run doesn't show in the KDE Panel. I have to alt+tab to switch between the windows instead of just clicking on the appropriate icon in the panel.
    thanks for your help..

I've installed apache + php via pacman
but when I go to localhost/index.php i see my index page, but the php portions of it still show like <? print layout7(); ?>, instead of changing to the code in layout7.
i'm not sure where I went wrong...

You probably have short tags turned off.  Try <?php ... ?>.  If that still doesnt work, make sure you have the proper modules loaded in apache.

  • Gnome 3.2 freezing before showing GDM [SOLVED]

    Hi,
I rebooted my computer last night after upgrading it multiple times without restarting it, I think my computer was running for three weeks and I remember installing Gnome 3.2, X and Intel drivers as part of the upgrade.
I was never able to reach the GDM screen after restarting it. The cursor goes to clock mode and stays there forever. My system is up and running as I can go to TTY1 or SSH and do whatever I want with it.
Did anyone have the same issue?
    Last edited by mohtasham1983 (2011-10-18 06:59:24)

Sorry for the late response. I wasn't home the whole weekend.
Anyways, I can confirm for sure that the problem is not with Gnome 3 and Gdm. I installed KDE, and tried to log in using kdm, and got the same error.
Removed both gdm and kdm from rc.conf and tried to start X using startx, but it told me module xtrap cannot be loaded. I removed it from xorg.conf and didn't get the error anymore, however, I still wasn't able to see the log in screen.
When I boot my computer it says failed when loading modules.
EDIT: Modules failed to load, because I was blacklisting them the old fashioned way in rc.conf.
I guess the problem is either with one of the necessary modules not being loaded correctly, or some configuration problems in X.
    Here is my rc.conf:

  • [SOLVED] Braid AUR "ERROR: There is no agent set up to handle file..."

    SOLUTION AT BOTTOM OF THREAD!
I have installed numerous AUR packages in the past.  However, this is the first that I am unable to figure out.
I assume I am supposed to extract the tar, copy the Braid package files (from my owned copy of Braid) to the same directory, run makepkg, then install via pacman.  The problem I am having is when I go to use makepkg I get the following error:
    # makepkg -s
==> Making package: braid 1.0.2-1 (DATE TIME)
    ==> Checking runtime dependencies...
    ==> Checking buildtime dependencies...
    ==> Retrieving Sources...
==> ERROR: There is no agent set up to handle file URLs. Check /etc/makepkg.conf.
    Aborting...
I am not finding any solutions on Google.  Please help!
Edit - Edited to show thread solved.

    SOLUTION! Provided by tdy
braid-linux-build2.run.bin from Humble Indie Bundle 2 is required!
You must edit the PKGBUILD file.
    source=("$_gamepkg"::"file://$_gamepkg"
Change the source line to this:
    source=($_gamepkg
Don't extract the braid file.  Just place it in the same directory as the PKGBUILD file.
    Run makepkg
    # makepkg -s
    Then run pacman
    pacman -U [filename].pkg.tar
    YOU ARE DONE!
    UPDATE!!!
AFTER THIS THREAD WAS SOLVED, THE AUR PACKAGE WAS UPDATED TO SOLVE THIS ERROR.  JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE braid-linux-build2.run.bin FILE IN THE SAME DIRECTORY, AND THE INSTALL WILL WORK.

  • Data sometimes not showing

    Hi All,
    I have a strange problem.
I have made a workbook with multiple sheets. Some of these sheets report on the same field from the database. I now have the strange issue that sometimes in one of the sheets the field is filled while in another sheet it isn't.
Reopening the workbook and navigating to the sheet which wasn't showing values solves the problem.
    Is this a possible bug?
    I'm using discoverer desktop 10.1.2.48.18
    Patrick

    Hi
You're right with regards to Java. Because you are using Desktop this is not applicable so we can rule that out.
You're memory looks fine, at least on the surface. Other factors could be the number of worksheets you have in the workbook and what other applications are running on the PC at the same time. If you have a lot of worksheets, greater than 5, then this could be your problem. In this case you would need to reduce the number of worksheets by splitting the workbook into two or more separate workbooks.
By the way, the version of Desktop that you have is not the most recent. The most recent is the 10.1.2.2 version which will upgrade you to 10.1.2.54.25
    Best wishes
    Michael

  • How do I select/change the status of my post/reply?

    Hello,
I'm fairly new to the forum and I'm finding it challenging to figure out how to use all the features in a straight forward manner.
For instance,  I've noticed on my recent reply to one of my post questions that the status automatically showed up as "this solved my question".  I did not select this status and I did not see any place to select the status of my reply.  I went back to edit the reply status immediately and still saw no way to change it.
The fact is, that my reply was not in relation to solving my question at all.  I replied to someone who offered a solution and I was replying as to the results of that solution, which did not solve my issues, it just created different issues.  So now my post shows as solved when my question hasn't been answered and the issue is not solved.
The probabability that my question above has been asked ad infinitum is better than good, I suspect.  But when I search the quesiton in the search communities box I don't get a clear answer.  Please do excuse me then, if I am repeating an over asked question.  I'm not even sure I'm searching the forum correctly or if there are other options to search in addtion the search box in the upper right hand corner....
Honestly, I've been on a lot of forums and am an active member of several, I'm a fairly advanced mac user, having been a mac guy for decades, and this forum doesn't appear to be very clear or easy to figure out how to use to me.  It feels as if they're almost trying to discourage you from figuring some things out...weird.  I've been searching for a clear answer for this for an hour now--trying different queries and different parts of the forum.
Any help with how to select and change post and reply staus would be much appreciated.

These buttons that you show were not on the post I replied to in my thread.
You will see the buttons only, if you are the original poster of the thread, not if you asked a question in thread, that someone else started.  Also, you will not see these buttons, if you already markes answers as solved or helpful. You can mark two answers as "Helpful" and one answer as "Solved". Afterwards the buttons will vanish, see "Answering to Questions".
Another question that comes up is, if I fail to select either button and simply reply to the post without selecting anything, what happens then?
Then the buttons will stay, until you mark an answer. You are not obliged to mark every answer. It is up to you, how you rate the answers you receive.

  • Images appearing as little blue box with a question mark

Hi, I have Safari version 3.1.1 and in the last two weeks, I've been missing data and having in it's place a small little blue box with a question mark show up in Safari and in some of my mail downloads too.
    Can anyone assist
    Thanks
    Tony
p.s. I have started a new topic because the other string relating to this topic is showing as solved with cause being devleopers.

I have exactly the same problem with safari and mail but firefox works fine. If i go to a website that requires flash in safari it will say i need to install flash 8 to view the stuff even though i have flash 9 installed. I thought it might have been a problem with flash and thought about uninstalling and reinstalling but because firefox works fine it would seem to be a safari problem. This only started happening with the latest quicktime update to, and i've tried downgrading back to an older version but my pro-apps require the latest version to run.
I did the same updates on my macbook but didn't encounter the same problems, although i lost audio playback on avi's in quicktime which i have since fixed with perian.

  • Permissions problem with External Hardrive

Sorry to drag up this old topic, but I have a situation on a friends iMac that I cannot correct following the steps here.
It has an external drive connected that is data only, no MacOS. I have followed step #3 by typing the following chmod 775/Volumes/G-DRIVE/
I get a reply in the Terminal Window that shows:
    usage: chmod [-fv] [-R [-H | -L | -P]] [-a | +a | =a [# [ n]]] mode |entry file... static-72-67-xxx-xxx :~accountname
(the x's represent the static I.P.)
but I still cannot see the drive.
Does this have to be done from the account that caused this issue, or can it be done with any account that has Admin privileges?
Sorry about dual posting. I picked up a thread that shows as solved earlier and can't delete my post there.

Thank you, it worked. I missed the space after 775.
He was trying to keep people from having access to the external drive when signed into that account.
