  • Call Forwarding with Schedule

    I'm wondering if it's possible to set up call forwarding with schedule? For example, calls received at the Skype Number will be forwarded to phone number A from 12am to 12pm, phone number B from 12pm to 4pm, and a Skype contact from 4pm to 12am.
    Thanks!

    Hi, Jimliu, and welcome to the Community,
    Fabulous idea!  Unfortunately, the Skype Number feature does not provide such facility as you describe.

  • Call forwarding with B-ACD script on CCME?

    Hi,
    I want to do a call forward on a ephone-dn included on a hunt group that have B-ACD script activated, but B-ACD ignore de call forward via soft key.
    Is there any way to do a call forward?

    I understand that there is a one-to-one correspondence between every AA application and Queue application That is each AA application is associated with a unique Queue application. I do not think it is possible to share the Queue Application across different AA Applications

  • Activate a call forward with a Third-party SIP Device or with a analog device

    Hi,
    In a CUCMv9, how i can activate a call forward (all, busy, no anwser...) with Third-party SIP Device or with a analog device connected to a fxs?
    I want to activate a call forward like a Alcatel or Aastra PBX with a code.
    For exemple, i pick up the phone, with the code *95 followed by the destination number and hangs up the phone. And use the #95 for désactivate this call forward.
    It's possible?
    Thanks.

    No codes for 3rd party SIP phones, no way to do it. Or for that matter, not even for Cisco Phones, other than CFA.
    Anything besides CFA needs to be done via CCMadmin or CCMuser for any kind of phone.
    For FXS that's only doable if you're running SCCP

  • Call forwarding with CAD embedded browser

    Hello,
    I trying to implement call forwarding for a link in UCCX CAD browser. I can dial a 91234567 number with a link "http://#*91234567" but I need to forward a call coming from CSQ. How can I do this?
    Finally I want to initiate a outgoing calls to a sequence of numbers by clicking a link in CAD browser and when the call will be answered I need to connect incoming call to answered outgoing call. The agent should be disconnected after clicking a hyperlink. Is it possible? I have no idea how to associate hyperlink with a UCCX script. Can you suggest me where to look?
    Maxim

    Hi
    Geoff's correct - the click to dial stuff in CAD is basically click to 'start a call', not transfer. So you'd have to start a second call using that hyperlink and then complete the transfer using the Join from the handset. Which gives you two problems:
    - You're juggling two methods of controlling the phone (CAD and phone UI) which makes it very unfriendly
    - Join is an 'unsupported agent action' meaning your reports will probably go wobbly
    I have experimented with this a little and the best I could come up with for transfers was populating the CAD phone book with the user/number info for transfers so they can just use CAD, doing simple consult transfers using the phone control buttons. Still a little clunky, and probably not what you are looking for if the content you intended to supply to CAD was dynamic...

    You didn't mention what subscription you have, and the number you are trying to forward to.  If you know Skype is acknowledging your subscription, it sounds like the number you are trying to forward to may not be covered by your subscription. If you list the number in a reply to this message thread, please replace the last 4 digits of the number with XXXX.  We don't need to see the full number, but everything up to the last 4 digits would be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.
    Note that many subscriptions only cover calls to landline phones, not to mobiles or other special numbers.  Skype offers subscriptions that include calling to mobiles, but not too many of them are of the "unlimited" variety due to the costs for calling mobiles in much of the world.

  • Call Forwarding with Skype Number

    I have a skype number and a couple questions. I have searched the forums and did not see this question answered.
    I have an unlocked iphone and travel througout a different country every month or so. Each new country means a new sim card and a new number.
    My question is: Will purchasing the skype world subscription cover the costs of each country (as long as the country is covered in the plan)? It states that the subscription only covers mobiles in some countries and landlines in others. So if I purchase the unlimited world (and assuming I am in one of the countries covered) will this be all I need to receive unlimited forwarded calls to my mobile?
    I hope this isnt too confusing. Thanks!

    Hi, Salsy20 and Joeriba, and welcome to the Community,
    Please check your call forwarding settings; Skype does not determine when to activate call forwarding based upon the number of rings; it is based upon an increment of time.  For example, in the screen shot, below, the default increment is 10 seconds (circled in orange pen).  You would need to determine and then experiment with how many rings = [x] seconds, or set to 0.  Remember, if you make any changes to any settings, click Save!

  • Call forwarding with subscription

    I just bought a 3 month subscripton. Does this mean that I also have to buy additional skype credit for the forwarding to work. I am trying to ave my calls forwarded and it is not working?

    If you are forwarding an online number to a mobile phone it has to be covered by your subscription or it will cost you credit. If you have a skype app on your mobile it should ring when someone calls you on skype.  Example the other day I was away from my computer, and a friend called me from asia. My cell phone rang as I was logged on to skype through my cell phone. If I am at the computer both ring, and I can answer either one I want to. You cannot forward to a phone w/o an online number.

  • Call Forwarding with Multiple Voicemails

    I know how to use the call forwarding (*73).....but when I use this feature it uses the voicemail to the phone that I am forwarding my calls to.
    Is there anyway to use the voicemail of the original phone that I want forwarded to another phone? 2 voicemails......I have a business phone and a personal phone and want to be able to have two different voicemails.

  • Call forwarding with N900

    Hello,
    I have tried to forward my calls to another phone number via Settings -> Phone -> by ticking option Call forwarding and giving a new phone number. After that of course "Save", but next time I opened Settings there was now tick on "Call forwarding" so calls were not forwarded. Why is that? Has anybody experienced that?
    Thank you

    Hello,

After at least 2 updates the problem is still there and actually option is activated that if there is no asnwer or it is unavailable, then calles are forwarde to a number I have never inserted my self and I have no idea whos number it is. And it can not be removed either, since if I open these settings again, it is there again.
    I appriciate any response.

  • Call Forwarding with Online Number

    Can I get skype online number and forward call to my phone in India?
    As if someone calls skype online number his call can be answered at my India Mobile or Phone.
    Is this possible?

    I contacted Skype some months ago about this issue they said if you have a Subscription if it's covered under your subscription (for example calls to the US & Canada unlimited) and make a call on skype it will be covered.
    I don't have the email or lost it somewhere as it's months old but basically that's what it says.

  • Support Line - Call Forward All through Hunt Pilot to cell phone

    I know I may be beating a dead horse, but I've found so much help in these forums that I figured I'd give it a shot.
    We have a Cisco Unified Communications Manager Business Edition and we are running into a configuration issue. What we would like to do is to create an emergency support line for our IT staff. The way we would like this to function is that a caller dials a number, CM accepts the call and dials out to our IT staff's cell phone numbers in a round-robin fashion. To avoid the caller getting dumped into the IT staff's voice mail on their cells, we would like the staff member to have to dial a number to accept the call. If there is no answer, the call rolls to the next cell number. If no one is available, the caller should be directed to Unity Connection to leave a message. Unity then will send out text and email messages to the support staff.
    I know that we can use Unity to perform an assisted transfer, which will require the user to press "1" to accept the call, and we are able to get Unity to send out the notifications (text and email) when a voice message is left. The issue is with Call Manager making the outbound calls to the cell phones.
    What we have attempted is to setup DNs that call forward all to the users cell numbers. These DNs have been added to a Line Group, which has a Hunt Pilot attached to it. Any time this pilot is called, we get a reorder. Using the DNA, we see that "no device is associated with the DN", which is under the DN for the first users cell forward. If we add that DN as a second line to that users IP Phone (7940), then the call into the Hunt Pilot rings that line on the IP phone, not the CFA to the cell phone.
    After weeks of digging around, it seems as though CFA in a Hunt is just not possible. My boss wants official word from Cisco about this, but TAC doesn't seem to want to help due to service contract issues (which blows my mind, as we have opened several cases in the past two months for configuration related issues). Our Business Edition came with Contact Center Xpress, although we do not have the resources available to install it. If CCX will carry out this task, that might be enough to push management into getting another server to support this, but without being able to play around with it, I don't know.
    If anyone has any suggestions on how to make this work, I would GREATLY appreciate the help!
    Thanks in advance,
    -Geoff

    Hi Geoff,
    Always interesting isn't it :)
    Call Forward settings on individual Hunt member phones are ignored when presented a call via the Hunt feature. Here is a clip;
    The concept of hunting differs from that of call forwarding. Hunting allows Cisco CallManager to extend a call to one or more lists of numbers, where each such list can specify a hunting order that is chosen from a fixed set of algorithms. When a call extends to a hunt party from these lists and the party fails to answer or is busy, hunting resumes with the next hunt party. (The next hunt party varies depending on the current hunt algorithm.) Hunting thus ignores the Call Forward No Answer (CFNA) or Call Forward Busy (CFB) settings for the attempted party. This also applies to CFWD ALL settings.
    From this doc;
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_administration_guide_chapter09186a00803edabe.html#wp107892
    So, any Forwarding settings have to be done on the Hunt Pilot itself. These Destination settings (on the Hunt Pilot) need to be configured to go to the Unity Voicemail Pilot # or perhaps this is where you Forward out to the Cell #;
    Hunt Forward Settings
    Forward Hunt No Answer - When the call that is distributed through the hunt list is not answered in a specific time, this field specifies how to forward the call.
    Destination This setting indicates the directory number to which calls are forwarded. (This can be the Directory Number of the Unity VM Pilot)
    Forward Hunt Busy - When the call that is distributed through the hunt list is busy in a specific time, this field specifies how to forward the call.
    Destination This setting indicates the directory number to which calls are forwarded. (This can be the Directory Number of the Unity VM Pilot)
    Maximum Hunt Timer - Enter a value (in seconds) that specifies the maximum time for hunting.(Used in conjunction with Forward Hunt Busy)
    Maybe you could leverage these Unity Connection configs to achieve your desired results. These will ensure that the Message is not left unattended;
    Cascading Message Notification
    Cascading message notification allows you to send notifications to a widening circle of recipients. Cisco Unity Connection continues to send notifications according to the devices you selected until the message has been saved or deleted by a recipient.
    For example, to create a cascade of message notifications for your Technical Support department,
    Chaining Message Notification
    Message notification can be set to "chain" to a series of notification devices if an attempt to send notification to the first selected device fails. The definition of failure to a notification device is based on the options you select for retrying a device that is not answered or is busy.

  • HUnt Pilot Forward

    Hello,
    I have setup a hunt pilot number for a team but they are now asking how they can forward the hunt pilot number to a mobile number if all team members are out of the office.
    I am using CUCM7
    Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi Andrew,
    I'll add another option to the good tips from Greg (+5 G-man! )
    My vote is to use a phone that actually has the "Listed" Hunt DN as the
    primary line. And use Call Forward All to control the forward when all line group
    member's are out of the office request. Here's why;
    The next set of questions/requests from the users will inevitably be as follows;
    - my Mobile rings during the day for Hunt calls...I don't want that!
    - we want to change the "after hours" Mobile number every week.
    - Jane's Mobile was lost at the club ....can we change the Mobile #
    - everyone is off sick today can we forward to another number all together.
    - we just want forward the calls to voicemail this weekend cause everyone is going camping.
    - we want to be able to change the forward "after hours" number remotely.
    - my Mobile was ringing at 2:00AM ...how to we turn off the forwarding really late at night.
    Hahahahahahaha you see where I'm going with this.
    Just let the users control all these things via accessing ccmuser and changing
    the Call Forward All on the Hunt DN and you won't have to manage these requests
    some of which you won't be able to accomplish without this type of set up.
    If the Hunt Pilot was 6000 for example, just change the Hunt Pilot to some other number like 4422
    and set up 6000 on the phone. Set the Forward No Answer (internal/external) to 4422 with a RNA timer
    of 1 second so whenever there is no Call Forward All set the calls will route to the Hunt group @ 4422.
    And when they want to set the Call Forward all they could use the phone or ccmuser
    Cheers!
