Call Logs Not Tracking Calls.

  I've made calls but none appear in my call log. I get a message: "No details are available for {phone #]  Any ideas how to resolve?  Thanks.

    Hey all,
    Before updating my 5800 to v30, I remember that in the call log I could get details about any particular stored call, and it would show me how long the call was.  But after the update, this is no longer there!  Am I going crazy, and that ability was *never* there (and I just imagined it), or has this really been taken away with v30? Or is there a setting that I'm just missing somewhere.?
    Note that I'm not talking about showing call durations DURING a call ... that's still available. I'm just talking about storing a call's duration in its call log entry.

    Hehe oh right, now I remember.  It's in the second tab (i guess it's the detailed log tab) in the call log app.  I'll just tell myself to do a search before posting.  Google is your friend, Ravi!

  • BB Z10 - Call Log not functional anymore

    I no longer have a list of dialed, received or missed calls on my BB Z10. No matter what I try, the call log/list will simply not come back,.  Did any one experience this problem?

    When making a phone call from the BlackBerry smartphone, the call log does not show that you have made the call. Also any new incoming calls are not logged and previous calls are unable to be deleted.

    Resolution
    To repair the Phone Call Logs database, please complete the following steps:
    Note: All previous phone call logs will be deleted from the BlackBerry smartphone. It is recommended that you perform a backup of your BlackBerry smartphone before continuing. Please see KB18556.
    Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager on your computer.
    Make sure the BlackBerry smartphone is connected to the computer.
    Click on Backup and Restore.
    Click on the Advanced button.
    On the right hand side under Device Databases select Phone Call Logs.
    Click the Clear button.

  • Call Log not functioning properly

    I recently updated my phone software to 210.21.006 and my hardware is Nokia E71-1.
    Have observed problems with the call log after that. Behaves erratically like not recording any calls (missed, dialled or received) inspite of 20 calls per category not being filled.
    Very disturbing when I can see the missed call notification on the home screen but not able to see the callers.
    Please help

    My skype call forwarding doesn't work for last couple weeks too.
    It doesn't forward calls when I'm online nor offline.

  • Bluetooth call log not synced

    Hi, I have an Experia Z and a Bluetooth Radio (Pioneer AVH-X3500DAB) and while Bluetooth works well for receiving and making calls they do not show in the call log on the radio. Using a different phone there is no problem, so it must be the phone somehow, any ideas appreciated, Thanks, Martin.

    Your BT device probably use some Bluetooth profile to gain the call log information which the Xperia Z doesn't support. Perhaps you can check the with the manufacturer of your BT device and then compare if the profile they use for this is supported by the phone.
    All supported BT profiles are listed in the phone white paper.

  • Default to Call Log after Phone Call is Ended?

    I just got the BB Curve 8330.  I had the BB 8703e.  I have noticed some new behavior with the BB Curve software  When I make a call, and then end the call, the call log automatically comes up on the screen.  I have to cancel out of this screen to get back to the home screen.  Is this by design?  I could not find anywhere to disable this behavior.  Please advise and thanks in advance.

    That is the way it works. When you end a call, if you want to do directly back to the Homescreen, press the red end call key twice.

  • Call transferring- Not transferring calls

    I use call tranferring alot but my skype does not tranfer calls to my local mobile number.
    Whenever skype is active, i get calls on skype. I started using the call transferring feature so that i can have my skype calls transferred on my local mobile numbers when internet connection is not available.
    But my calls are not been tranferred now.
    Why is this happening?

    well, Tanner has a point, it must be solved processwise.
    The company I used to work for had a customer with a large UCCE contact center and they asked for a report that would show this kind of suspicious activity. UCCE has actually a way to mark these calls, unfortunately, as far as I know, there is no such thing in UCCX. The rule was simple: you can be caught only once doing that.

  • HT201328 iPhone 4 able to receive calls but not make calls

    Hey,
    I received a carrier unlock through AT&T. I restored my phone in itunes and received the "congratulation your iphone is now unlocked" message. I am currently living in Belgium and using the Mobistar network. I have bought several sim cards, and none of the sim cards will activate. I can receive calls but not place them. According to the mobostar representative, this is not even possible. I have restored the phone several times using different sim cards.
    Is there potentially a problem with the phone itself? Everything is showing as if it should work, but I am unable to fix the problem - as well as the service provider here cannot.

    Have you tried these two:
    Toggle Airplane mode on and off. Wait five seconds between the on and off modes.
    Reset Network Settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

  • UCCE receive QtoA calls, but not QtoSG calls?

    Has anyone been faced with this problem and come up with an elegant solution?  We're looking to see if it's possible for agents to stay in a ready state and continue to receive queue to agent calls, but not receive queue to skill group calls.  We've thought about having supervisors remove their skills, but this is not scalable when you have a large number of agents.  Another solution could be to give agent reskilling access to all agents, but this also would be an adminitrative nightmare.  Anyone?

    Let's think of this example:
    I work in tech support for an ISP.  In the mornings I answer customer calls and open a case for any new calls and in the after noon I do call backs to follow up on cases I have in my CRM queue.  In the afternoons I don't take any new calls which result in new cases, just work on cases I own.  A customer calls in and enters their case number, this is a case that was opened in the past and is assigned to me.  In this scenario the agent didn't have to call the customer to follow up, the customer called the agent instead.  The problem is that if you're in a ready state and assigned to a skill group, you will get new calls not just calls that are in your queue. 
    We're trying to prevent new calls from going to that agent.  No matter how I slice this, we need some trigger which tells the system that the agent should no longer take SG calls.  Then undoing this trigger is the next tricky part.  I would love to solve this within ICM/CVP, but it's looking like custom desktop and maybe ConAPI might be the only solution.

  • Obtaining a call log of all calls incoming and out going from your website.

    I do not have paper billing at this time and I am trying to get a list of all incoming and outgoing phone calls made from my home phone number on your website.  Cannot get a hold of anyone from customer service on the phone.  What steps are needed to take to get this information.

  • Slow data speed while in calls but not off calls.

    I switched my 3GS for a 4 about 3 months ago on AT&T. I've notice recently that while I'm on a call the data speed is extremely slow compared to off call speed. I didn't notice this back on my 3GS.
    I tested my phone as well as my wifes phone several times in different locations and in a different state recently.
    Speed while not on a call is between 3.0-4.5meg down with .40-1.0 up.
    Speed on a call is always about 0.5 down with 0.2 up.
    Have others noticed this? Can others test and post their results. I don't think its AT&T since friends with android phone don't show this, but who knows.
    I feel this may be a serious issue Apple may need to address if it is affecting others.
    I use the speedtest.net speed test app with my phone sitting on the table.

    Huh, no.
    Has nothing to do with my account. If it was account related the slow speed would be consistant not only during a call and back to normal after I got off. Secondly, my wife and I don't have the same account.
    This is something that isnt happens by chance. I can recreate it over and over at will. Its not some, "oh it feels like slow speed", it is slow speed. As I've stated, those are the readings taken back to back, over and  over. Two different phones, two different accounts.
    I asked for other to test on their phones and post results. @startxxinsanity If you have the iphone 4 and don't have that issue please say so. If not stop committing on something you know nothing about.

  • Block Caller feature not blocking calls on iOS7.0.2

    I am still receiving calls from contacts I have blocked. I have an iPhone 4S using iOS 7.0.2. Does anyone know how to prevent this?

    Nothing.
    If you block a number from the iPhone you do not hear any ring. If the blocked caller leaves a voicemail it will be in your voicemail folder under blocked callers. You will not get any notification sound for these voice mails.
    The text messages you will never see. The sender will never know they were blocked.

    I have an iphone5, version 6.1.4 and when I don't answer a call, y always found my iphone freeze, crashed!.
    You can see the information about the lost call in the screen, but the iphone doesn't work, you can only restart the iphone, but it's so irritating.
    I have asked some friends about the behaivor about their iphones and all of them told me that they have the same problem, with iphone4S, IOS7, etc.
    This problems starts since IOS 5 upgrade i think.

    Restart
    Reset
    Restore in iTunes using a backup
    Restore as a new iPhone, without a backup

  • Phone List View: "Call Log" Option Not Available

    I recently upgraded from BB 8830 to BB 9630. With the 8830, I was able to display my Call Log on the phone screen, but I can't seem to make it happen with the 9630. According to the User Guide for the 9630, I should be able to change the Phone List View field to "Call Log." However, "Call Log" does not appear in the drop-down list of options on my BB. My choices are Most Recent, Most Used, and Name. What am I missing? Please help!
