Call Minder Notifications never arrive on Orange M...

Call Minder notifications of waiting messages on the home phone fail to arrive on my Orange Mobile phone.  Orange claim it is a BT problem .  When I redirect my notifications to another mobile carrier the notifications arrive almost immediately.  Have others experienced this problem and found a solution other than moving mobile carrier.

I have heard of this before and from memory it is due to Oranges network working in a different way that makes it incompatible with BT

  • Gift certificate with email notification never arrived

I purchased a gift certificate for my nephew and chose to have him notified by email. Unfortunately, his notification never arrived. I have tried to contact Apple, but thus far have not penetrated past the computer voice on the phone or the automated support online which does not help. The purchase does not show up under my order history. Does that mean it was never made? Or has my credit card been charged even though there is no record of the purchase in the history? Not sure what to do next. Has anyone else ever had this problem? I wanted the gift certificate to arrive in time for Christmas. Help?! ~Jaeni

Sorry, but you cannot give iTunes gifts, whether via gift certificate or a prepaid card, to someone outside of the US. Gifts purchased in the US are valid only in the US iTunes Store which cannot be used outside of the country. If you find that you have been charged for the gift, the easiest thing to do will be to resend the gift, this time choosing someone in the US. Otherwise, you can contact the iTunes Store and ask if they will grant a refund.
I have tried to contact Apple, but thus far have not penetrated past the computer voice on the phone or the automated support online which does not help.
Just for future reference, the iTunes Store has no telephone support. They can be contacted only by using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find either an "Express Lane" button - just follow the instructions to get to the contact form - or an "Email Us" button)

    Hi scoop1979,
Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.
If you are not receiving calls and text messages reliably on your iPhone, I would start with the troubleshooting guide found at this page:
iPhone: Troubleshooting issues making or receiving calls
The steps mentioned there can resolve many issues with cellular service.
    Best Regards,

  • 12" battery replacment program--battery never arrived

Does anyone know how I can contact apple's battery replacement program to let them know my replacement battery never arrived? I am overseas and cannot use the 800 contact numbers.
    Thank you

Go to the main Apple site, and use the drop down menu at the bottom of the page to change the country to the one you are currently residing in. Then click "Contact Us" and you should find a number to call.
Out of curiosity, how long did you wait? It took mine forever to reach me-maybe a month and a half.

  • How can I get my iTunes:FeedID - My email notification never came

How can I get my iTunes:FeedID to use with my podcasts if my notification email never arrived (it may have been sent, but I've never seen it)? I don't see a place to look for it and it's not listed in my profile or my account on Apple.com. And surely there must be another way to get this number without relying on the vagaries of email.
My podcast was submitted a few weeks ago and just to double check, I tried to submit it again and was told that it had already been submitted, so I know iTunes has it.
I can't update my WordPress podcast blog to say I've created more podcasts if I don't have this number.
Can someone tell me how I can find what this number is?
    Thanks so much.

  • Password recovery mail never arrives

    Hey,
I had now multiple issues with recovering the passwords for multiple apple id accounts.
    Those emails never arrive.
I requested a password recovery mail for about 10 times since yesterday evening. Nothing happens.
Other mails like the one you get after changing your apple id are coming through just fine, but password recovery emails are never!!!
It seems like this is an on purpose somehow, because it is broke for months if not years now.
    What is wrong there?
An NO, I do not want to call anyone. If something is offered to me, it should work.
Thanks for reading. I am looking forward to your answers.

We are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know why you aren't getting the emails.
If you have a rescue email address on your account(s) then you've checked the inbox and spam folder on that account as well ?
If not then do you remember your answers to your security questions - if you do then you should be able to reset your password by answering them : http://iforgot.apple.com
Otherwise you will have to contact Support in your country if you want your passwords resetting : Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security

Well, that unformatted and unindented code is hard to read, so I may be wrong, but I don't see where you call the Transport.send() method.

  • Apple ID reset password email never arrives.

It is several years old and I forgot.  It is [email protected]  email never arrives.  Apple address is not blocked and junk mail folder is empty.
It is also a valid ID because if I try to create a new Apple ID using the same [email protected] I get a message that that ID is taken.  The email account is valid as I send and receive emails everyday from it.  I want to use the ID on a new iPhone I just got.  I only used the ID on an old iPod several years ago briefly.
I have tried the email reset several times and never get an email sent to me.
Also I can not get a password reset via the 'answer questions' methood because I completely forgot how I answered them.  Also that was a time before there was password rules and I'm not sure any questions were even needed to be answered.

Thank you so much for the answer.  I don't have a rescue email.  I'll call the number and see if they can help.  If they could at least change the rescue address to the AppleID address that would probably work.   I'll report back after the call, I hope they will help.  Thank's for the number.

  • Trade-in Shipping Never Arrived

    Hi,
I went through all steps. I submitted a trade-in request for my iPhone 4 on 9/29. I received a Submission ID and I received an e-mail on 9/29 confirming that I will receive shipping material within 5 business days. It is now the 14th business day and I still have not received any shipping material. My pre-ordered iPhone 6 arrived at the store yesterday (10/15/14) and I now have it in hand. I am ready to send my iPhone 4, but the packaging never arrived. I attempt to resubmit for a new trade-in (as I saw suggested on other discussion boards here), I will not get the $200 promotion as I have on 9/29 though, so that doesn't make sense to go that route. With all the rules, I don't want to think that I did not send the iPhone 4 in time. The shipping material not arriving is delaying the process. What do I do from here?
    Nanda

I'm in the same boat as you, I put in my request for trade in October 15th. I even took my phone to a verizon store to have it looked over to ensure I would get the FULL $200 for my perfect condition iPhone 4s, which the CSR confirmed. After reviewing some facts I decided that I would go ahead and get the iPhone 6, which I had been holding out because I have/had unlimited data (I have been with Verizon since they took over Alltell).
I received an an e-mail last night that my order for iPhone 6 had been cancelled. I didn't cancel it, CSR at Verizon said they didn't cancel it. So not only have I not received my shipping materials to return my iPhone, I had to REORER the iPhone 6, which I was previously told i would be getting this weekend (yea f'in right, that won't happen now). She said she would try and see if I could get it sooner but the way this is going I would be surprise if I ever get it.
Funny though because as soon as I put in for a new iPhone 6 my unlimited data was taken away from me THAT very second. I am seriously regretting my decision to stay with this company and have been thoroughly researching joining my fiancés AT&T plan if this issue isn't resolved within the next week. I haven't been a loyal customer for 10+ years to be treated like this and be given the runaround.
And as the OP said above, don't bother calling 877-835-2024 or any other number because no one will pick up. I was on hold with them today while I cleaned my house for 2 hours before I decided I couldn't take listening to that god awful background music a second longer.

  • ICloud emails sent from apple mail or iPhone 3gs never arrives, works fine when sent from iCloud website

The ony place I have been able to send and receive email since the launch of iCloud has been the icloud website. I wasn't able to send email from my iphone 3gs or apple mail at all until today, now it finally appears to let me send email but it never arrives to its destination.
I can send an email from the icloud website without issue, and email sent from my icloud account using my iphone 3gs and apple mail seems to send fine and without error but who knows where it goes.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
    Thanks!
    Charles

I figured out how to fix it... if anyone else has this problem, go to Outlook > Preferences > Accounts > select the IMAP account > Advanced > Folders and for "Store Sent Messages in this Folder:" select "Sent Messages (Server)."

  • I upgraded my wife's iMac to Mountain Lion. When I try to set up her cloud connection to sync with her iPad and iPhone, it says it is sending a verification email, but it never arrives. Any way around this. Her phone and iPad seem to already be in sync .

When I try to set up my wife's Cloud account after upgrading to Mountain Lion, I click on the "send verification email" box, but the email never arrives. Her iPad and iPhone already seem to sync up in the Cloud, but no storage is being used. Any suggestions on how to get the account on her iMac?

  • Emails never arrive to BT inbox

Sorry in advance as this may be a bit long winded, a couple of weeks ago one of my clients who is with BT and has a BT email address phoned to ask why I had not emailed him as promised.  I had, so sent it again but it didn't arrive, tried with a different email account still the same so tried a hotmail account and still the same.  All these emails where being sent from Apple mail running 10.9 so tried from my iPad, iPhone still no joy.  Sent one from Outlook 2011 on the same computer and same internet connection so same external IP address which is my own personal account not my work one and it arrived.
My brother is with BT so started doing some testing and at 1st it appeared that an email sent from any account from any version of Apple mail never arrives.  I tried several computers running various versions of Mac OS, tried iPads and Iphones.   I then set the same work account up in Outlook and it arrived so I started thinking it was an Apple mail issue.
So I configured the work email in Outlook with my work signature and all of a sudden the mails stopped arriving to any BT address.  More testing and it seems that with any email account with any type of signature sent to any BT email address my mails never arrive but remove the signature from outlook or Apple Mail and they arrive.  It is only BT clients having this issue everyone else seems to be getting my emails.
We checked the spam folders etc. and no sign of my email, if I enter my email address in the safe senders in webmail then they arrive but I can't ask every client with BT to do this.
It all used to work fine but this has suddenly started to happen, I have spent ages working out why the emails don't arrive.  I get no bounce back message, no error message and if other people are copied in they get the email just BT users don't.
I have tried a plain text signature but get the same result, I have tried pasting a signature in at the end and get the same result.  I am baffled.

BT's new email partner Openwave/Critical Path seem to be overly agressive with their anti-spam measures. There's not much anybody here can do to remedy that unfortunately except keep complaining and hope that something eventually gets done.

  • Declined call, does not appear as missed call in Notification center

When I receive a call in Lock screen in iOS7, with two quick clicks of the Sleep button declines the call, but does not appear as missed call in Notification center. It's a "new feature" or it's a bug?
