Call multiple fuction....

I have created two function which I attached below...
Function 1:
CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION INV_NO_F (F_NAME IN VARCHAR2)
RETURN VARCHAR2
is
inv_no VARCHAR2 (255);
BEGIN
select FILE_NAME
into inv_no
from fnd_lobs
where FILE_NAME=F_NAME;
inv_no := regexp_substr (inv_no, '[^_]+');
RETURN inv_no;
END;
It will give the Invoice number...
Function 2:
CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION SUP_NAME_F (F_NAME IN VARCHAR2)
RETURN VARCHAR2
is
S_Name VARCHAR2 (255);
BEGIN
select FILE_NAME
into S_Name
from fnd_lobs
where FILE_NAME=F_NAME;
S_Name := regexp_substr (S_Name,'[^_.]+',1,2);
RETURN S_Name;
END;
It will give the supplier name...
My requirement is, I need to write one function or procedure which will give the below query result.
select a.VENDOR_ID
from ap_invoices_all a, po_vendors b
where a.VENDOR_ID=b.VENDOR_ID
and b.VENDOR_NAME=&Function2
and a.INVOICE_NUM=&Function1
Please guide me how to achieve.

It would be a loy better not to you the User Defined Functions in SQL Queries. They impact query performance. Because, using these functions increases the Context Switches (travel from SQL to PL/SQL area and back) and consumes precious PGA.
IMHO, it would be suggested to use the table (as join to existing tables) and then fetch the File Name and Supplier name.
Something this way: (assuming Function1 refers to INV_NO_F and Function2 as SUPP_NAME_F)
select a.VENDOR_ID
from ap_invoices_all a, po_vendors b, fnd_lobs f
where a.VENDOR_ID=b.VENDOR_ID
and a.join_condition = f.join_condition --> Change this with your Join table and Column names.
and b.VENDOR_NAME=regexp_substr (file_name, '[^_]+')
and a.INVOICE_NUM=regexp_substr (file_Name,'[^_.]+',1,2) Doing it this way will enable you to create a Function Based Index(FBO) on your File Name column and be used by Optimiser during query execution, which would not be possible using a User Defined Function.
If you do not agree with this then simply this will be enough:
select a.VENDOR_ID
from ap_invoices_all a, po_vendors b
where a.VENDOR_ID=b.VENDOR_ID
and b.VENDOR_NAME=inv_no_f(file_name_column)
and a.INVOICE_NUM=supp_no_f(file_name_column)
