Internet not connecting after ios 7.0.2 update on iphone 5

    Hi there PompasJr,
I would recommend taking a look at the troubleshooting steps found in the article below.
    iPhone: Hardware troubleshooting
    http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2802
    Camera isn't functioning
If the screen shows a closed lens or black image, force quit the Camera app.
If you do not see the Camera app on the Home screen, try searching for it in Spotlight. If the camera does not show up in the search, check to make sure that Restrictions are not turned on by tappingSettings > General > Restrictions.
Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from any obstructions. Use a microfiber polishing cloth to clean the lens.
Third-party cases can interfere with the autofocus/exposure feature and the flash (iPhone 4 only); try removing the case if you have image-quality issues with photos.
Try turning iPhone off and then back on.
Tap to focus the camera on the subject. The image may pulse or briefly go in and out of focus as it adjusts.
Try to remain steady while focusing:
Still images: Remain steady while taking the picture. If you move too far in any direction, the camera automatically refocuses to the center. Note: If you take a picture with iPhone turned sideways, it is automatically saved in landscape orientation.
Video: Adjust focus before you begin recording. After recording begins, you cannot readjust focus until you stop recording. Exiting the Camera application while recording will stop recording and will save the video to the Camera Roll. Note: Video-recording features are not available on original iPhone or iPhone 3G.
If your iPhone has a front and rear camera, try switching between them to verify if the issue persists on both.
    -Griff W.

  • ISCSI initiator not connecting after upgradation

    HI,
iSCSI initiator not connecting after upgradation from windows 2003 STD to windows 2008 STD R2 server, upgradation was successfully completed, except Microsoft iSCSI initiator connectivity, the initiaor interface show it as 'reconnecting'....!!!!!
    Kindly guide on this.
    Thanks in Advance

    HI Shaon Shan,
    Thanks for the info.
While searching for the file names start with iscsi in c:\windows\system32 folder the file version is 5.2.3790.3825 in working windows 2003  server.
Recently I've downloaded (Not yet installed) iSCSI initiator for Windows 2008 from Microsoft website in that iSCSI initiator file version shown as 6.3.4.1, instead of using inbuilt Microsoft iSCSI initiator in W2K8, shall I try installing the downloaded
    version,
because when I checked in Windows 2008 (Upgraded version) the iSCSI file version remains the same as 5.2.3790.3825 which was found in windows 2003.
    Post to our previous discussion
While I'm trying to install the new iSCSI initiator for Windows 2008 downloaded from Microsoft website, it shows some error "Setupcould not find the update.inf file needed to update your system" then I've updated my server, but no luck still showing the
    same....!!!!

  • TS1538 Still not connecting after all these steps were done, what is the solution?

Still not connecting after all these steps were done, what is the solution?

Tried a different cable, this cable will now charge the ipod, but will not be recognized by the computer as even being a drive.
haven't tried a different computer because I really don't want itunes instaled on it.

  • IOS 6 Facetime not connecting after upgrade in UAE It was before on an Ipad purchased in Uk, I am miserable, I know its the carrier Etisalat, I sincerely some one finds a fix for this.

OS 6 Facetime not connecting after upgrade in UAE It was before on an Ipad purchased in Uk, I am miserable, I know its the carrier Etisalat, I sincerely some one finds a fix for this help.

I attempted to uninstall QT and reinstall- the QT 7.4 installer failed to install (it said a more up to date version was present, even though I'd trashed the old one). I downloaded and reinstalled 7.5 but itunes still did not work.
    While my solution wasn't ideal
    1) It was what Apple told me to do!
    2) It seemed preferable to A) A complete system reinstall, B) removing 264 .plist files one at a time, rebooting, and seeing which one was causing the problem.
I still have the old .plist files in another folder, and can replace them in my preferences folder if I decide I need them. Most apps will create a new .plist file on start-up if there is not one present, so unless it is a program where I have gone to great lengths to change preferences from default, I'm guessing I will not notice much difference (and if I do, I can always go to my archive of .plists, or on Time Machine for that matter...)

  • MacBook Air Camera is not connected after mac OS update

MacBook Air Camera is not connected after mac update
I have a MacBook Air OS X version - 10.9.4 . I updated my mac 1 week before but todayI check that my mac in built camera is not working Even I try to check in this thing in all the apps. Please provide  the way how to sort out this issue asap.

    Use the suggestions here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2090
The SMC reset often fixes your problem.
Be sure you follow the instructions for your particular Mac model.
If your problem continues, restart Mac.  Then download and install OS X Mavericks 10.9.4 Update (Combo).
If that does not correct the problem, reinstall Mac OS X.
If nothing else works, contact your Apple Service provider or Apple MacBook Support for help.

  • Firefox would not connect after upgrade. Did system restore (XP) and not firefox wont even start

Firefox would not connect after upgrade from verion 6 to version 7. Did system restore (XP) and now firefox wont even start

Sometimes Firefox will hang during startup or shutdown, and still be running invisibly in the background. Usually in that case, you need to "kill" it either by restarting Windows or using the Windows Task Manager. It sounds as though you are familiar with opening the Processes tab, finding firefox.exe, and using End Process.
If you use an advanced firewall or other security software that tracks which programs are permitted to use the internet, please see these articles:
    * [[Fix problems connecting to websites after updating Firefox]]
    * [[Configure firewalls so that Firefox can access the Internet]]
    A couple of other suggestions:
    (1) Can you start Firefox in its Safe Mode? Hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox. You should get a two-button dialog. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (''not'' Reset). Any difference?
    (2) In case your regular software missed something that is interfering with Firefox, try the scanning and clean-up tools listed in this article: [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware]]

IPSec VPN brings up login box but will not connect after entering password.  Have tried this on both IPAD and IPhone 4.  Can anyone help?

Uggh, it's so frustrating! I've googled every search phrase I can think of and this seems to be the only thread describing this exact issue. I'm always automatically logged into Facebook on my MBP but just to be sure I logged out and back in and it worked fine.
I gotta say, I wasn't a fan of the Droid I had preceding this iPhone, and from what I hear the iPhone app for FB is a thousand times better - not that I'd know personally because I can't log in!! - but I could always access my FB account on the droid. Just sayin...

  • 7520 photo smart not connected after update

I have registered my printer on eprint web site and entered my printer code just fine, have an eprint address, I can sign into eprint and my e print name shows but after downloading the software update it now says not connected.
I still have a problem scrolling my printer Apps on the front of my printer, it shows my wireless connection but web services says cannot connect to web services, enter a proxy server address, my server does not use a proxy server.
How can I correct this please.

Finally found out why I am having all the problems, HP called me on Tuesday and told me that the first update that downloaded to fix the problems made things worse and they are working on another fix to download
and update to correct all the problems we are all having with this printer.
They are going to call me back on the 27th to let me know how far along they are with the fix , until then we are all stuck with these problems so we are all just wasting our time trying to fix something that is out of our control.

  • MDM Repository not Connecting after Server shifting

    Hi,
Here We have SAP MDM 7.1 06 on Windows Server 2008 R2 with Oracle.
Recently we have shifted our MDM Server from 1 Data Center to Another Data Center, After this change MDM Instances started successfully.
    1st Problem:
Now the problem is, i am  not able to connect repository (Error is:  Repository connect failed, Invalid Object State).  After i mount the MDM Server in console, repository not connecting.
    2nd Problem:
when i right click on MDM Server in Console, even i am not able to connect Databse in DBMS Setting (Error is:  Unable to connect with Database server).
Need Help to fix this issue at the earliest.
Did some searches on net and sdn forums but couldn't get right solutions.
    Thanks in Advance
    Thanks
    Ahmed

    Dear All,
    Thanks For your support.
    The issue has been solved.
Problem was:  MDM Server and Repository was not connecting to DB, due to sever shifting to new location with different public IP.
Solution is:  when i check the tnsnames.ora file in the below location Old public IP was given so, now i just changed the newly assigned public IP,  (Under file path: <Drive>:\oracle\SID\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN).
After the change and update of new public IP in tnsnames.ora, we have restart the MDM instances and DB from OS Level.
After this activity, DB connection issue was solved, then now i am able to connect to existing MDM repository.
    Thanks
    Ahmed

  • Yahoo messenger does not connect after mountain lion upgrading

    Hey,
Any experts there to solve my problem!
After upgrading to mountaion lion, the yahoo messenger can not connect to the internet, all contacts are not appearing automatically in email adress box, all editing tolls gone!!
    Thanks in advance.

When I opened Yahoo Messenger for the first time, it asked to use my Contacts. I said no. It took about 3 minutes to finally connect to the internet and none of the names I typed appeared in the list, just their Yahoo IDs. I then went into Security and Privacy (System Prefs) and allowed it access to my contacts and the next time I logged in, the friends list looked exactly like it should. It didn't reduce the login time, however. It still takes about 3 minutes.
    I hope this helps some.

  • IntelMac (newest Tiger) not connecting after installing WinXP and switching

Hi Everyone. I tried searching the discussions for this, but I couldn't find a suitable answer (or anyone else having this problem). Here's the issue (and my temporary solution, but really really annoying):
I recently installed winXP on my intelMac core duo running Tiger.8. After a bit of trouble I figured out how to connect my Windows to my Airport Express (hassle). Anyway, everytime I'd switch back to Tiger, I don't connect to my network. It's a closed network, and when it starts up, Airport connects to the network (shows all 5 bars) but I cannot get online. My temporary resolution is to turn airport off then back on, and it finds (and connects) to my network so I can surf the 'net.
The question is... is there a way that I can get around this temporary solution? (It's a bit annoying as my sister who is anti-computers has to use the 'net and gets frustrated when it's not connected.)
....Yes I realize I can just tell her how to get around the issue, but >_>..... Or if there is a way I can create a script to run at startup that will turn airport off and then on, after startup, then that would be great too....
If there is someone that can help me out, that'd be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks.
iMac Intel Core Duo 2.0GHz 1.5 GB RAM   Mac OS X (10.4.8)   WinXP installed and can connect to airport express

I just recently installed it (maybe 3-4 wks ago?).... It's BootCamp 1.1.2, assuming newest drivers for the computer.
Yes I've noticed about the date-time thing being offset by the amount of hours I'm on the XP -- almost always 5h, too, for some reason.
I read in another post that XP might be stealing my IP address which is why I have to restart the Airport card (so I can get it back). But there's no viable solution. Happen to know any for the window's side? I'll have to ask my windows buddy this too.
    In the meantime....
Do you think that there are scripts out there (or is it possible to make a script) that will automatically run when the computer restarts... and have it turn the airport card on/off? ...As well as go to date and time? I'm not very familiar with Scripting, and Automator Robot is bloody confusing....
    Any help is greatly appreciated!!
    Thanks.
PS - Have you tried Parallels, if you switch back n forth so often? Aside from the drivers not existing, it's great for using regular applications. I tried to use it but, honestly, the games wouldn't load because of lack of drivers for video card (and lack of "finding" the video card to get a driver for it lol)
