Call objects aren't displayed consistant

hello,
in our client system, calls aren't  displayed consistantly for the same plan via IP02 and IP10, any clue about why such issue happens.

that could be possible, IP10 shows the CURRENT scheduling situation and IP02 shows the last execution of IP10. when you execute transaction IP10 system is recalculate dates, and updating entries in tables MHIS/MHIO. IP02 or IP24 reads from these tables. These tables contain the last execution of IP10.
You can also check if such plan is rescheduled or not after any TL or package changed.

    Are A and B both Avaya phones?
    So it looks like you're not seeing the alerting name/connected name getting updated then?  Do you have alerting names configured on the directory numbers?  Might need to take a look at the SIP messaging to see if the alerting name/connected name is being sent to the Avaya phones and maybe they just aren't displaying it.  Might just be something that needs to be tweaked in the 46xxsettings.txt file.

    we've got the problem that contact names from internal colleagues aren't displaying when they are calling from external (via mobile phone) - only the telephone number is shown. After you accept the call, then the name will be resolved and you see who is
    calling. 
    But this is not happening all the time, sometimes the name of the colleague is shown before you accept the call.
    Further information:
    + Mobile phone information are stored in AD (format E.164 -> example +49 (999) 99999
    + Lync Server 2010, OS Windows Server 2008 R2
    + Clients - Lync 2010 x64/ Lync 2013 x64
    Does anyone have an idea why this is happening or what the problem is?

    1. Please check the address book sync status by running the following cmdlet:
    Get-CsAddressBookConfiguration, make sure the sync of address book update to the latest status.
    2. Please delete user profile with the following path to test the issue:
    <user profile>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Communicator\
    3. Please update Lync client to the latest version.

  • Crystal Reports with images aren't displayed in the InfoView

    I have a problem with my Crystal reports and its display in the info view. If the reports include images from the repository, the reports aren't displayed when hit in the BO-InfoView.
    This errors does not occur if there are just images in the report. Only the combination of images, embedded XCelsius-SWFs and data from the defined data sources causes the problem.
    Instead of the correct report, I get a white blank screen.
    Versions:
    Business Objects XI 3.0
    Crystal Reports 12.0
    Internet Explorer 6.0.29

    Has your carrier been having issues with Call Display? Do the telephone numbers come up when people call, or does it just show 'Unknown Number' or 'Blocked' ?

    Call no . 11 was a plan date of 14.08.2009 has completion date 14.08.2009. Schedule type/status has "scheduled complete".
    Call no. 12 was called on 13.09.2009 which is in the past.
    Can someone explain why the system called the order with a starting date in the previuos month , that is , 13.09.2009.
    And how to rectify it to make it current date for the next call object?

    Flash Player 11.2.202.235, Internet Explorer 9 64-bit, Windows 7 64-bit, HP laptop - Flash objects do not display properly in browser; right-click Settings window does not display properly either; i have to scroll down and back up to see parts of the Flash object but it disappears anyway when i mouse over.
    I took video of the issue and have now linked to it.  In the video, I show two browser tabs - one from this site and one from a Bank of America (BoA) site with a flash object.  You can see how the BoA flash object disappears when I make that tab active.

    Thanks for the reply and the link.  The driver update did not work because it says I have the latest one installed - even though the driver date is 10/8/2009.  It's the Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator HD, version 8.15.10.1968.
    Can you believe that...the latest is from 2009?!  I tried to install an updated version anyway - first by going to the Intel site.  I found a driver update from Jan 2012 that matches my system, but the install aborts with the error message "A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver."
    So, I searched through the HP support site and finally found a link to my computer:

    And I downloaded and installed the "same" driver anyway:
    Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD Driver ►

    This package contains the driver for the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD in the supported notebook/laptop models.
    But it does not correct the problem.
    Maybe this problem is because of an old graphics driver - but this is apparently a dead end for me.
    Is there any possibility it is caused by something else?

    Hi,
    actually; I am facing a problem; one user is getting error message "You are not authorized to call up line item display" when he is trying to view the payment usage of document no in FB03 transaction code.
    I have checked and found that user is already having display access for the company code which he is putting under company code field.
    Also as per the SU53 screen shot; it is showing
    Authorization check failed for S_CTS_ADMI
    Field - CTS_ADMFCT
    for -  TABL
    I have not run the trace yet..
    Kindly advice on what could be the problem and solution for that...

  • IP10 IP30 Interval for Call Objects

    In our company we have a requirement. From our maintenance plans, we'd like to create new calls only for the next 30 days. We use maintenance plans with strategy.
    As far as I knew the aim of the "interval for call objects" field in IP30 was to generate new calls for objects with planned date waiting up to the number days filled in the field.
    For example, if the maintenance plan has a planned date for 28th November (the present date is 28th October) then an "interval for call objects" = 30 days wil generate a call.
    For example, if the maintenance plan has a planned date for 28th November (the present date is 28th October) then an "interval for call objects"= 29 days WON'T generate any call.
    However, it doesn't work in our SAP. SAP doesn't take into account the value in this field and it's always creating new calls.
    Could you please help us with our requirement?

    Oscar,
       You can achieve exactly this by setting the call horizon to 100 Percent. This indicates that the Call object should be generated when its due.Leaving the call horizon to 0 percent will force a Immediate call on the plan whenever that particular plan is scheduled(Thats the problem you are facing).You then control how far ahead the Order should be generated by controlling the  value on the "Interval of call objects" in IP30.
      I understand that for certain plans you want the order to be generated 30 days in advance and for certain plans the order to be generated 60 days in days. You control this through the "Interval of call objects" on IP30. Just create separate variants with IP30 for 30 days interval (With the associated Maintenance plan) and for 60 day Interval (With associated maintenance plan).
      This should get you the expected results.

  • Generating call object from Maintenance order with Fund management

    Dear All,
    we have activated the funds management and assigned the fund center as Mandatory for creation of order.
    But while using the order type in maintenance plan during scheduling ,system is not releasing the call stating incomplete account assingnment ,since there is no provision to specify the Fund center in maintenance plan.

    In my client we have activated the customer at save event to check the Fund center and settlement receiver to be same.Hence while saving the order system will check prompt an error if it was different.
    I think due to the above exit ,system is not able to release the call object.
    We cannot able to cancel the exit also.
