whts the practical diff b/.w call screen and set screen in module pool?

Call Screen: Calling a single screen can be used for embedding a screen sequence. If you want to prevent the called screen from covering the current screen completely (say u want 2 display both screen) you can use the CALL SCREEN statement with the STARTING AT and ENDING AT
CALL SCREEN 500
If we write this statement in screen 100 ,it will goto screen 500 and it will retain screen 100(ie u can come back)
and moreover u have options using this
CALL SCREEN 200 STARTING AT x1 y1 ENDING AT x2 y2
If we use set screen first the processing blocks in the present screen will be executed and control goes to the screen which is called.
in this control remains in that calling screen only, it doesnt come back to our screen.
In screen 100,we call screen 500.The PBO and PAI of screen 500 is processed.Now in screen 500,if we use leave to screen 100,the processing starts from screen 100 after the call screen 500 statement.The PBO and the PAI of screen 100 need not be processed again from the beginning in this case.
That is if we use leave to screen,the control goes back to the screen from which the present screen was called and continues with the processing.
SET SCREEN 500
With the above statement , it will goto screen 500 and screen 100 no more remains
Screen No 0 : This special screen number causes the screen to jump back to the calling screen.
set screen 0 used to go back to the previous screen.

With SET SCREEN the current screen simply specifies the next screen in the chain , control branches to this next screen as sonn as th e current screen has been processed .Return from next screen to current screen is not automatic .It does not interrupt processing of the current screen.If we want to branch to the next screen without finishing the current one ,use LEAVE SCREEN.

Now,I am developing a dypro. when I create a modal screen ,I found no difference between normal screen and modal screen.
eg. If I use the statement "call screen" , whatever which type of screen you use, the results look like the same. The same to the statement "call screen start at end at".

CALL SCREEN STARTING AT <top left>

Couple of clarifications, the rotation lock is not set. The controls are visible for video and other apps. Only the music screen does not rotate or show the controls.

Can Motion 5 replace a green screen and blue screen in the same shot? I would like to replace a green screen with one image, and a blue screen with another.

Fox gives a good example for keying green & blue (or any other color) from the same shot. I'd suggest doing a few things to get better accuracy.
First, the motion keyer always removes the color it detects the most of by default (blue/green). You can override this by setting the Strength parameter to zero, then use the Color sample tool to select the color you want. The advantage is motion will do a good job of targeting only the hue (color) that you want to remove and set an appropriate starting softness. It also will remove spill based on this color. Looking at Fox's example movie and the shot, I'd approach the same shot this way:
Remove the Blue
1. Apply the keyer and set the strength to zero.
2. Use the Sample Color tool and select the blue (or other color) to be removed.
3. Decrease the spill level (if needed). In Fox's example the spill from the blue glasses is going to be minimal, especially compared to the green screen, your shot may need different adjustments. Only de-spilling what you need to will give you more accurate color right away and minimize additional color correction that might be needed later.
4. Use the Color selection tools (Chroma wheel/Luma bar) to fine tune. Ideally you want a minimal tolerance, the inner selection, with a nice fall off, the outer selection. Try with the Scrub boxes setting first, then switch to manual if you need more control. Again see Fox's example.
Remove Green
It's the same as the blue, you could apply the keyed to the same clip or a parent group, at this point it's many user preference.
With these techniques you can remove any color from a shot or create a mask based on a color. BTW, as you are learning to use the keyer I'd highly recommend having the Color Selection open so you can see the graphs. These give you real time feedback as you make selections and changes with the Strength, Refine and Color selection tools. Watch what happens as you make selection or changes, sometimes the problem area is actually in the brightness not the color, or the softness may change more than the tolerance selection. Observing what is happening in these graphs will help you figure out wha to change and speed things up.

20" imac won't start up-flashes between blank grey screen and black screen

2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Was running system 10.5.8 just fine. Worked great.
But then I wanted to give the imac to a relative. And so, I tried to boot from the original grey mac install dvd to wipe the hardrive and set the imac back to factory specs.
But it wouldn't boot off the dvd. All It would do at restart was to flash slowly back and forth between blank grey screen and black screen. So, I tried the Leopard update dvd. Same results. So I zapped the pram and tried again. Same results.
If I just pushed the start button tho.. the imac would start right up and run fine. However, I didn't want to give it to someone else with all our information on it.
I finally restarted it and held the "T" key to turn it into a giant firewire drive, hooked it up to our other 20" imac, and used the disk utility from the second imac to erase the drive of the first imac. Then I inserted the grey install dvd into the second imac and selected the drive of the first imac and ran the install process.
Now, the first imac won't start up at all. Just a continual grey screen for a bit, than a couple of buzz sounds in the machine and then the black screen... than back again.
It ran great before I erased the drive and re-installed OS 10.5
What's wrong? How do I get the machine to either boot off the install cd?

So, I've figured out a little more on the first machine. It's a 20" 2.6 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo running 10.5.8.
It ran great. But, I wanted to erase the hard drive and reinstall the OS system before giving it to a relative.
I found that although the optical drive would read and write to normal cds and dvds, the machine would NOT boot from the grey start-up disks I had on hand. ( I have two imacs, and I tried both sets of dvds without success.)
I zapped the PRAM, and used disk utilities via firewire connection from my other 20" imac to check the hardrive and make repairs. Disk Utilities couldn't find any problems. So, using disk utilities from the other imac, I erased the first imac's harddrive and then used the install dvds on the second imac to install the original OS to the hard drive of the first imac.
(looking on the hard drive of the first imac, I can see all the contents)
However, the first machine will not start up. It just switches from grey....to black..... then grey..... and then black again.... over and over
Why won't it boot from the newly installed OS on it's own hard drive?
And Why won't it boot from the original install dvds?
How can I get it to start up again?

Let the battery fully darain. After charging for an least an hour try a reset and restore. Use Recovery mode if necessary.
If not successful, then time for an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

Try to reset your device:
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.

Depends on the damage. The battery came loose in my iPhone. When Apple opened the phone to redo the glue they discovered the speakers were also loose. Apple replaced the phone.
If the glue was properly bonded or had some other flaw Apple will replace the device if the device is still under warranty.

Hello i want to tell you my problems and what i did until now.
I have hp pavilion dv3 4150st. I was using win7 64 bit . and i was geting an error that says "display driver amd driver stopped responding and has successfully recovered".I started to get this eror often . And a few days later my pc startet to get blue screen errcor after a few second later than display driver error. . And after 2-3 blue screen error i lost my screen. It was blank black . when i restart pc the screen was blank black. there was no image. When i started to fix another monitor, i saw screen . And i installed the win 7 with another external monitor. Bu i had still black screen after install the windows.. Itand was still black after i remove the ectgernal monitor. I installed bios again but i had still black screen. And i tried the install ati display driver after installing windows . But after i installed the display driver, i had the blue screen error again. And now i have still both blank black screen and blue screen problem.
I cleaned the motherboard. I resetted bios. I installed bios. i installed windows again. i installed ati display driver.But these couldnt solve the problems. Please can you tell me what can i do now ?

Can you not now set a silent ringtone for an individual contact? I can by opening the contact and changing the ringtone. Only prerequisite is to download or make a silent ringtone (Google should provide any information you need) and sync it to your iPhone.

we apple users are worried about the lock and home screen of iphone, people breakjail or try to breakjail their iphone because it lacks some features of high-tech of android phones,please apple dont let us drop apple for android,work on the lock screen and home screen whereby it can look like jailbreaking...thanks.

Android isn't high-tech. Android is nothing but a poor copy of Apple's UI as with Windows being a poor copy of Apple's computer GUI.
As with Windows on a computer, Android is a swiss cheese for security mobile OS not to mention being a fragmented mess that will only get worse when Apple's patents are enforced. Jailbreaking or hacking iOS removes all the built-in security making it as insecure as Android.
