Callback number in text received

Blackberry 8330
When I bring up the text screen to type a text it appears as it should
Compose text
Name of recipient (Mobile)
Then blank space where I type text.
When it is received it has the following at the top of the message,
Date
Callback number: Name (mobile)
And that information on the receiving end of the text is not on one line, it is on several and the letters in my name go down in a vertical line on the receiving phone. When the person who received the text hits reply, all that information that was automatically put on my text comes back to me. It is most annoying to have so much unnecessary text in the message. The writing above that is highlighted should not be in the text message when it is received.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to make this stop.

Alll I can say is try to reset your iphone like, taking out the sims card. ALso try loging out of your Facetime and your email on your phone, telll me if that works, and did you try connecting Apple Support Team?

Is there an APP to monitor call usage (in minutes) and number of texts sent etc so I can ensure I am keeping within my contract? I am getting my 3GS on Thursday so do not know if the phone has this facility already inbuilt or whether there is an app I can buy to do this for me?

Unless O2 has an app available via the iTunes app store that provides for this as AT&T does for the iPhone sold in the U.S., I don't believe so.
The iPhone includes a usage indicator for Call Time and Cellular Network Data usage, which can be reset on a monthly basis based on your billing cycle, but there is no usage indicator for the number of messages sent or received.

Missing Features BB 10 + BB Passport = 'Forward as' of: texts received ; MemoPad Memo's

Would like to know If the 'FORWARD AS' function of TEXTS received and the 'FORWARD AS' of MEMOPAD Memo's featured on for example Torch, the 9720 and the 9900 exists on the BB Passport?
The 'FORWARD AS' feature enables me to:
1. forward TEXTS I received, complete with number of the sender of the text as well as the 'timestamp' (the time and date text was received), in order to store them on the computer
2. forward MEMOPAD memo's in order to store them on the computer
To my knowledge this feature does not exist on the BB Passport (or on Q10) and stops me from getting one.
If the 'FORWARD AS' feature does exist on the BB Passport please do let me know and I will go out and buy one.
If not please add the 'FORWARD AS' feature to the BB Passport, it exists on the Torch, the 9720 and the 9900, how hard can it be to add this feature?

First, there is app "Memos" on #BlackBerry10 & #BlackBerryPassport devices. The app Remember replaces it.
From all that I know, SMS text messages on #BlackBerry10 models forwarded with the Forward command do not include the sender's phone number nor timestamp. Sorry.

CVP Opsconsole: Patterns for RNA timeout on outbound SIP calls - Dialed Number (DN) text box does not take any input

Hi there,
I'm having problems modifying the 'Dialed Number (DN)' text box under 'Advanced Configuration->Patterns for RNA timeout on outbound SIP calls' of the SIP tab in the Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal 8.5(1) opsconsole. In a nut shell, I need to change the RNA timeout but some reason when typing into the Dialed Number text box, the input is not taken. The reason I want to change this settings is because my ICM Rona is not working with CVP:

Hello Dale,
CVP doesn't allow you to exceed the RNA more than 60 Seconds. If you want to configure the timer for DN Patterns you should do it via OPS console, It would update the sip.properties files in correct way, the above way is incorrect.

Uploading a text file with unknown number of texts

Hi ,
i have a flat file with around 10,000 record's.
each material number followed by different lengths & unknown number of text's separated by delimiter '$',
that need to be saved using save_text function module.
the file is as follows,
record 1 :     material1$text1$text2$text3
record 2 :     material2$text1$text2$text3$text4$text5$text6$.....
record 3 :     material3$text1$text2$text3$text4$text5
record 4:      material3$text1
- - - - - - - - - - - - so on ....
i created the following structure , to split and save each text separated by '$' , to save in TLINE of save_text function module.
types : begin of ty_file,
              matnr type mara-matnr,
              text1 type string,
              text2 type string,
              text3 type string,
              text4 type string,
              text20 type string,
           end of ty_file.
i have uploaded the file and saved in table it_file type ty_file.
loop it_file into wa_file.
   split wa_file at '$' in to matnr text1 text2 text3 text4 ....... so on.
endloop.
please, suggest me an alternate way to reduce the code, instead of creating a structure like above, so that each splitted text
stores in a single variable and is passed to TLINE of corresponding material, in save_text function module

The flat file contains , material No. followed by it's text , each text sepearted by '$' symbol.
For each material i have to get all lines of text, and passed to tables paramter of save_text.
The Number of text' for each material is varying.
Please kindly suggest me , how many variables i need to create to hold each splitted text and store it in Tline

Not sure where you find, "LOG_MESSSAGE_ADD". I don't actually find this option in the documentation.
The domains that mails are coming from and being sent to are certainly logged in the normal mail.log, so why mess with additional logging options? If you're talking about "LOG_CONNECTION", I actually see no additional data that is useful to you.
If you decide to change the option.dat, you do indeed need to
imsimta cnbuild (note, it's not cnrebuild)
imsimta restart
If I were facing the same issue, I'd be looking at the log parsing perl script, and simply modifying it to do what I wanted.

I need to find out Number of messages received, successful, unsuccessful per trading partner. How do i know on B2B 10g console or is there any database query ?

Hi Sam,
You may gather these statistics from console itself. In reports, there is advanced option of filtering. You can filter reports on various basis like Trading Partner, Message Status, Agreement name, Configuration, Timeings etc. You may use these filters one by one or altogether.
You may query database as well (however Oracle does not recommend that). Two tables, tip_businessmessage_rt and tip_wiremessage_rt holds all report data.
I will suggest you to go for console report option as you may export these reports as well and no extra effort is required to preapre and to export.

What is the maximum number of text characters

Probably has been asked before, but what is the maximum number of text characters that can be used in a song title and still be burned to a disk. TIA

Are the files tucked away in some deeply nested folder. I've not used Toast (being a PC) but my experience of other burning software suggests that it is usually designed to truncate the filenames to meet the specification of the format it is using. Also I believe "Red Book" is the audio standard so the output will simply be a number of audio tracks with the accompanying index. Filenames on the output end should be irrelevant, unless you've enabled CD Text which is not Red Book standard, and again Toast should enforce any field limits. Perhaps Toast is having trouble reading the files rather than a problem writing them. I assume the files are on an internal drive and you are not trying to burn DRM'd files.
Use a rewritable disc and clone a small audio file multiple times, giving them filenames of 40,45,50,55 etc. characters then try to burn them in a list of increasing length of filename - see which one Toast hangs on.

Texts Received During Restore?

If I were to restore my iPhone to a backup, after the restore would all the texts I received during the restore period show up

Most carriers will hold texts for some short period of time (24 hours?). So, if you turn your phone off for a couple of hours, when you turn it back on, you'll get texts received during that time. It should work pretty much the same way if you're restoring the phone.
