CAllback with ISA and C3745
I´ve got the errormessage
Se1/0:30 MCB: Callback not authorized for this user malsol,
But the User have the rights, defined in the AD Usermanagement.
Who can help and can give me a short overview about the necessary configuration, or send me a link for the necessary configuration. Thanks
This URL link may be of some help.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk713/tk507/technologies_configuration_example09186a00800946ff.shtml
It discusses using tacacs and radius, though the debug commands are geared towards tacacs.
How is the 3745 viewing the ISA host? As a radius or a tacacs server? If it is radius, take note of the radius attributes needed in the link.
Let me know if you need more help.

I would like to know the standard way ISA is integrated into Portal in a B2C scenario where a customer self registers himself on the Portal and then SSOs to ISA. Will the Portal User ID <b>have to</b> be something cryptic like the SU01 User ID ISA creates on the backend CRM server or is there anyway we can use the friendly alias? The biggest problem we are facing is figuring out how to authenticate SAP Portal using the Alias field of SU01 ISA user instead of the SU01 User ID and still be able to perform SSO to ISA.
Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
I would really love to hear from people who have worked on integrating SAP Portal with ISA (Internet Sales).
Thanks,
KrishnaHello All
I was just tasked with ISA and Portal integration and I do not know where to start. We are not running any SSO yet.
I would like to configure if possible without this. Any directions would help.
Thanks -
I have a remote procedure and I can call it using http over rpc. I pass trough an rpc proxy server for arriving to my rpc server.
But I cannot call a callback function to my client inside the server function.
Is it possible using callback function with ncacn_http and rpcproxy server ?
We are using IIS on windows server 2008 R2 and the server rpc and the client on the same PC with rpc rpoxy.
If I use ncan_ip_tcp all works fine.
Thanks

Sever issue with Xorg and Nvidia Drivers
I run a 2.6.20 kernel with Xorg and Nvidia drivers all from arch rep on a Asus NV6200. Everything works fine, except one thing. When I exit X, the monitor shuts down imediatly. It wont start up at all, not even by manual startup. I cant understand what happens. The configuration is correct, is done with the correct settings for my video-card and monitor taken directly from the documentation. I cant use my X server at all since several days ... I checked the logs and there are no EE's. Anyway ... here is the log. Help anyone can help, I cant use X at all.

FreeFontPath: FPE "/usr/share/fonts/misc" refcount is 2, should be 1; fixing. No ... the problem is in the kernel that comes precompiled.
I did this test.
The first time I installed the kernel I unloaded nvidiafb since I dont like it.
When I install nvidiafb back something strange happends. Nvidia module fails to load.
The modprobe sais it cannot find the device nvidia.ko ... but it is there!
So my best guess is, there is something with the kernel. Any ideas?
Problem resolved, installed older driver

Problem with IE and pubblishedIntoWall
Hi to all,
i have a problem with InternetExplorer and CallBack
In my flex code i have :
flash.external.ExternalInterface.addCallback("pubblishedIntoWall", pubblishedIntoWall);
The javascript code:
function pubblishedIntoWallCarrello() {
document.getElementById("composer").pubblishedIntoWall(1)
In both Firefox and Chrome the javascript works in the right way.
In internet explorer the function pubblishedIntoWall is not called.
Have some one got an idea of this problem?
Thanks for your timeFirst of all, thank for your reply

Issues with mobility and autodiscovery with Lync 2013 and IIS/ARR
Hi all,
this is my last resort after days and days searching a solution for this problem... unsuccessfully.
All works fine unless the autodiscovery service with external users and the mobility service for both internal and external ones.
I deployed a Standard Edition Lync Server 2013 with:
a consolidated Frontend server in LAN
an Archiving and Monitoring server in LAN
an Edge server in DMZ with 2 NICs (one in DMZ network and one in LAN)
a IIS/ARR 2.5 reverse proxy in DMZ with 2 NICs (one in DMZ network and one in LAN)
All these roles are on Windows Server 2012 R2.
No split-DNS is deployed since I have different domains for internal and external. In any case I used the pinpoint DNS tip to resolve some records internally (I followed this guide http://tsoorad.blogspot.ch/2012/10/lync-server-dns-pinpoint-zones.html)
Here DNS records into internal domain:
A-record for meet.domain-ext.com points to Frontend server local IP
A-record for dialin.domain-ext.com points to Frontend server local IP
A-record for lyncdiscoverinternal.domain-ext.com points to Frontend server IP
A-record for lyncwebexternal.domain-ext.com points to Frontend sever local IP
A-record for autodiscover.domain-ext.com points to Exchange server local IP
Here DNS records into external domain:
CNAME-record for lyncdiscover.domain-ext.com points to lyncwebexternal.domain-ext.com
CNAME-record for sipexternal.domain-ext.com points to lyncwebexternal.domain-ext.com
A-record for meet.domain-ext.com points to Reverse Proxy public IP
A-record for dialin.domain-ext.com points to Reverse Proxy public IP
A-record for lyncwebexternal.domain-ext.com points to Reverse Proxy public IP
I installed and configured IIS/ARR 2.5 with KB2732764 and KB2785586 on Reverse Proxy following the NextHop guide. The local IP address of external NIC on Reverse Proxy is NATTED by a Cisco ASA firewall with public IP address and only 80/443
ports are permitted.
The problems occurs when I try to connect whit my Lync 2013 APP on iPad using autodiscovery service, both internally and externally. After some seconds the APP shows the message “Cannot connect to the server because it could be busy or
temporarily unavailable. Retry.” When I used the IIS/ARR 3.0 the problem looked like an authentication issue, then I came back to ISS/ARR 2.5 version with its KB. Now I cannot understand what is the cause about logfail.
The same behavior occurs with Android Lync 2013 APP and Windows Phone 8 APP.
Moreover my Lync 2013 client on Windows 7 can connect internally with autodiscovery settings but it cannot do it externally.
I'm a bit confused because I cannot understand if the problem is about external webservice of Frontend server or about Reverse Proxy configuration or about Lync Control Panel configuration.
Here is an extracted of iPad Lync 2013 log (sorry if it’s a bit long).
Any helps are very appreciated, thansk a lot!

is ‘Cannot connect to the server because it could be busy or temporarily
unavailable. Retry.’Hi Kent,
thanks a lot for your reply!
I created _sip._tls.domain-ext.com SRV record in the external DNS and now autodiscovery works fine. At the beginning I had not created it because I thought lyncdiscover.domain-ext.com A record was enough for autodiscovery. I still cannot understand
why lyncdiscover.domain-ext.com points to reverse proxy, while _sip._tls.domain-ext.com points to Edge server. It's strange because both are part of the research order of Lync 2013 desktop clients.
By the way, mobility still does not work. I tried to insert bot the https URLs as manual configuration but Lync 2013 for iPad was not be able to login. I tried to paste both the URLs in the web browser and:
with https://<ExtwebFQDN>/Autodiscover/autodiscoverservice.svc/Root appears the "Root.json" file to be downloaded;
with https://<IntwebFQDN>/AutoDiscover/AutoDiscover.svc/Root
the message "500-Internal error of server" appears.
Any suggests from you about how to check the configuration of ISS/ARR 2.5?
Thanks again! -
[SOLVED]Asus UX32VD, problems with ACPI and Intel video driver
1. The bigger problem seems to be Intel video driver:
When xf86-video-intel is installed, screen stays black after booting. By adding "nomodeset" to grub doesn't help. If I don't start gdm while booting, I can boot to command line with "nomodeset". From command line I tried "startx", but X doesn't start, probably because "nomodeset" has disabled KMS and I've understood that Intel driver needs KMS for GNOME.
When xf86-video-vesa is installed instead of intel driver, screen is still black. By adding "nomodeset" to grub, I can see only mouse at gdm. If rebooting computer without gdm, I can start gnome from command line with startx and it works nice.
In both setups I can connect to laptop with ssh when screen is black. With ssh I checked screen brightness, but it was maximum.
Intel driver version: xf86-video-intel 2.20.1-3
2. The problem with ACPI is found from dmesg, I don't think this effects to graphics problem, because with vesa driver and "acpi=off" set to grub I can start Gnome with startx. I don't even know if it effects at all on my system, dmesg shows error which effects to displayport( intel_dp_i2c_aux_ch error) these maybe related to each others:
[ 2.588023] ACPI Error: Needed [Buffer/String/Package], found [Integer] ffff8801271a6000 (20120320/exresop-590)

There is log files while booting with Intel driver and gdm set to start at boot in rc.conf, the screen is black, but got logs with ssh:

Hi all,
We're delivering MOSS (SharePoint 2007) externally via ISA 2006 and authenticating against internal Active Directory.
What we're interested in doing is using a sector LDAP authentication scheme based entirely on Sun's AM for our external users for our external users instead. Is there any way to use the AM Agent on ISA or do we need another IIS box with the AM Agent in front of ISA to authorise users before putting them through ISA and AD governing the actual application permissions ?
Any ideas or tips would be welcome.
Thanks in advance,
Raj.Hi,
I am also looking for something similar. I have an MS ISA 2006 acting as a proxy for Outlook Web Access and Sharepoint. I would like to implement Sun Access Manager's Authentication for better security.
Any guidence would be helpful

Where do i get ISA and ICSS information for sytem definition (:
Where do i get ISA and ICSS information for sytem definition inside portal? I will really appreciate if somebody could post a sample definition for ISA and ICSS.

Message was edited by: Prakash SinghHi,
I'm currently working as a developer on an ISA and Portal implementation. We too are using the CRM ISA BP too integrate into the portal. I've not been too close to this aspect of the project but we have been having lots of problems...
Couple of important things I am aware of:-
Make sure your SAP J2EE is at the latest version/patch - we were having issues with logon and session time outs (there is an OSS note relating to this issue)
Make sure you user creation methods are set up correctly - we had automatic creation of user IDs on the CRM system which caused a nightmare getting single sign on working between the Portal, CRM and ISA.
Hope this is of some help. -
Hello! Is there any manual how to setup Microsoft ISA and MARS in order to view a full ISA logs..I try with SNARE for isa....and i can not view nated connections on ISA in MARS......
We have one but It's not talking to MARS at present. My guess is that you would want the logs in the W3C format and that you'd have to write your own parser for it.
I've never used SNARE so I can't comment on how it would help in this situation. Their web page says it's for event log data and I'm unsure if txt files written in a directory count as this type of data. -
Hello all,
I am starting a project to implement ISA and ICSS and wondering if anyone has any good documentation regarding this for me to start with? Also, if anyone could recommend me a class from SAP for ISA and ICSS, that would be great. The only class that I saw is CRM30 Internet Sales but we are on CRM4.0.
Thank you,
-- Jamie.Hi Muhammad,
Which version of CRM and ISA you are into?
NWDI is manadatory for ISA 5.0/ICSS 5.0, but not for ISA 4.0

ThanksWhat you are looking for is an inbound contact workflow, and not an outbound one. The outbound subsystem/campaigns are too limited to dynamically build outbound contact lists, and dynamically run on demand.
Technically, there are only two ways to trigger a script externally from an inbound perspective:
A phone call to the JTAPI trigger (CTI Route Point)
An HTTP GET or POST to the HTTP trigger (A URL)
With that said, only the HTTP trigger requires premium, the phonecall option works on all licensing models.
And with that said, placing a phone call into UCCX from anything other than a phone is very challenging. Your talking CTI toolkit programming stuff right there. I wouldn't touch it if I didn't have to. It could be costly. For illustrative purposes, let's just say it would cost X.
The HTTP triggered application is easier to deploy, but requires premium. And if you upgrade your licensing to premium, you pay for the ports (2 ports for every 1 agent you buy). As an example, say you have 50 Agents today, and you're using 300 ports on your server. Recall that you don't pay for standard or enhanced ports. You would need to purchase 50 enhance to premium upgrade licenses and 100 full premium licenses in order to keep your port count the same. That could be cost Y. But don't forget that you woulnd't just count the HTTP trigger benefit in the cost, you also get the email subsystem, databse subsystem, custom java capabilities (if from STD to PRE), etc.
If cost X is less than cost Y, then you might take the challenge of placing a JTAPI phone call to your trigger programmatically from the web server.
If cost Y is less then cost X, then you might upgrade to premium and go the HTTP trigger route.
If cost is not an issue, then I would suggest the premium upgrade route. It's easier, and you enhance your system more than just the HTTP trigger thing.
I really do hope that helps you understand your options. How you would go about building all of this is a different subject. I would first start with understanding HTTP triggers, then managing Contacts within a script, and finally the ACD subsystem. With just those three things you could implement what you are looking for. I should also mention that you do not need the UCCX platform to handle the UI on the web page. Instead, have your web developers perform something called an AJAX call to your http trigger, where you simply return a pass or fail, so they can tell the user if it worked or not.
Good luck and happy researching.

SBS 2003 R2 premium (with ISA 2004) Exchange ActiveSync not working
A client has a SBS 2003 R2 premium (with ISA 2004) and wants to sync iPhones and Android phones.
When using the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer and selecting 'Exchange ActiveSync' we get 'The test of the FolderSync command failed. Exchange ActiveSync returned an HTTP
500 response.'
We tried every solution we could find on the internet, without success.
This is what we tried and checked so far:
- fixed IP, DNS, trusted SSL (comodo) seem all OK
- Exchange 2003 SP2 and ISA 2004 SP3 installed.
- RWW and OWA working fine.
- tests with iPhone and Android -> 'cannot get mail. The connection to the server failed'.
- event viewer reveals no further clues.
- ran CEICW several times enabling and disabling most remote options (OWA OMA,...)
- manually checked all vDir settings in IIS6
- tested with different accounts, created a testaccount without any administrative privileges in Active Directory.
- surfing to servername/microsoft-server-activesync from local network and to domain/microsoft-server-ActiveSync from external computer both give: HTTP 501/HTTP 505 error as expected.
- reset the default virtual directories
- on ISA a query by dest port (443) shows traffic reaching the ISA server ending in:
Log type:
Web Proxy (Reverse)
Status:
500 Internal Server Error
Rule:
SBS OMA Web Publishing Rule
Source:
External ( XX.XX.XX.XX:0)
Destination:
( XX.XX.XX.XX:443)
Request:
POST
Filter information:
Req ID: 1c6d0bea

Could anyone give me any pointers on what I need to do to get this working please?
Many thanks in advance for your assistance.

ARCOM BVBAI used to have a SBS2003 on ISA running activesync with no issues so I'll try and give you guidance although it's been a while. I gather this is the first time use of this feature on this SBS? If so make sure you follow the instructions here:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc182239.aspx
Also make sure you've enabled all mobile services in exchange features and updated your users with the Mobile User profile (I think they need to be members of the Mobile and Remote Web Workplace groups in Manage Users IIRC). Anything in the event logs?
Also, for some phones you need to manually download the certificate if you use a self-signed type.
Note that in the end it may be time to replace this soon to be unsupported ISA with a separate firewall (or a "free" Untangle box) and go to a one NIC solution. It simplifies things and you need to do that anyway to transition off SBS2003 when it is
unsupported next year.

Is there a way to create a year at a glance with detail and print?
To do what Dave indicated you need to do, it depends on what version of Acrobat you have:
Acrobat 8: Advanced > Enable Usage Rights in Adobe Reader
Acrobat 9: Advanced > Extend Features in Adobe Reader
Acrobat 10: File > Save As > Reader Extended PDF > Enable Additional Features
Acrobat 11: File > Save as Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable More Tools (includes form fill-in & save)
I wonder what it will be next time?
