Calling Reports from forms after migrating to 10g

Hi all,
I have migrated forms to 10g. Now, few of those forms have a button_block where some buttons have a WHEN_BUTTON_PRESSED trigger, and in that they are calling the reports. Now I need to change it.
I have the following logic in it.
