Calling stored procedure remotely

Question

This is my first time i connect 2 oracle databases, so normally i am stuck at the most simplest thing.
I see examples on the net, but i guess i miss something and i hope u can show me what.
In PL/SQL i made a link between the 2 databases and tested it( select * from dual@link_oracle) so it works.
but when i write:
DECLARE
OptValue NUMBER;
BEGIN
povikajbroj@link_oracle(10,OptValue);
DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('Value Returned Is : '||OptValue) ;
END;
( this is the stored procedure definition:
create or replace procedure povikajbroj(vlez in number,izlez out number) is
begin
izlez := 100;
end povikajbroj;
it gives me an error :
ORA-06550: line 4, column 1:
PLS-00201: identifier 'POVIKAJBROJ@LINK_ORACLE' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 4, column 1:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
What am i doing wrong?

What am i doing wrong?I suppose you've created db-link to connect as sys?
That's why you can make queries to dual. But sys doesn't know about user to which the called procedure (POVIKAJBROJ) belongs.
Add schema name and you'll be able to execute it.
