  • Call gets disconnected after playing the menu from CVP

    Hello,
When I make a call, the call is going to the ICM and then it is coming to the Call server then to the VXML gateway and then it goes to the VXML server and plays the promt.
The problem i am facing is that once the menu audio is played the call gets disconnected.  It doesnt let me choose any options. I feel it is not able to identify the my inputs
    I have some debug outputs

    PK

    Hi PK,
CD 26 normally indicates Resource Not available in CUCM side. please check the Jtapi gateway process logs for the failed calls. you should be able to see something similar to below
    19:08:37:896 PG1A-jgw1 Trace: ConnFailedEv CID: 27224748 Addr: 80002985 CiscoCause: CAUSE_RESOURCESNAVAIL Cause: CAUSE_RESOURCES_NOT_AVAILABLE.
if that is the case , please check from CUCM perspective as well.

  • DSP error -Calls getting disconnected

Jan 26 21:54:09.871: %DSPRM-5-SETCODEC: Configured codec 14 is not supported wit
    h this dsp image.
Jan 26 21:54:16.323: %DSPRM-5-UPDOWN: DSP 7 in slot 1, changed state to up
I have this error on Cisco3745 which is configured as voice gateway.
    Network:
Cisco 3745 is connected to PBX e1 cards using 2 Controller E1(NMHDV) QSIG.
Some of the calls made by agents are getting disconnected. This is a call center. I have huge no. of calls @ 25 calls dialed out in 10 seconds.
PBX vendor says disconnect message coming from Cisco which is connected by e1 pri.
About this error Cisco website says
""The %DSPRM-5-SETCODEC error is caused by having a high complexity codec configured on a VoIP dial-peer while still having the voice card set for the default of medium complexity""
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk652/tk701/technologies_tech_note09186a00800b6710.shtml
But my Voice Class codec is this
    voice class codec 100
codec preference 1 g729r8 bytes 40 - medium complexity only
    codec preference 2 g723r63 bytes 48
    codec preference 3 g723ar63 bytes 48
WHAT ELSE CAN BE THE PROBLEM.
    How to FIX this guys….
    Thx very much.

    Hi
    See this document:
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk652/tk701/technologies_tech_note09186a00800b6710.shtml#code_com
According to this G723 is a high-complexity codec, so you'll need to have the 'codec complexity high' command under your voice-card...
You need to clear out the config of your E1 before changing the complexity.

Sounds like you have a internal connection problem in the iPod. I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar of a local Apple store.

  • I noticed that Phone call, is getting disconnected often while on the wheel.

Any one have noticed this problem while using your iPhone:
While you are travelling (on the wheel) and attending a phone call, while your the cell phone receives signal from telecom network tower to tower, your phone call get disconnected automatically. When you look at you phone, it shows there is no network and after sometime (about 2 to 4 Seconds) phone receives signal back.
I am using iPhone 3GS model with iOS 6.1.3 (10B329). I thought this would be my phone problem but when I asked my friends and colleagues (they are using iPhone 5) and they said that even they are facing this issue.
Another issue: Today we (a group) in a club house. We kept 3 iPhones, 1 Nokia phone and a Samsung phone in a line. iPhone receives only 1 network tower (3G) while both the phones (Nokia and Samsung) receives 4 towers out of 5.  Where we all use the same network provider (Corporate connection).
Then what we 3 did is we Switched ON the Airplane Mode and after a while switched OFF this mode. After that iPhone start to receive the full signal.
What is this PROBLEM in iPhone ? What about you (iPhone users) did you face this problem ?
What is the solution ? Any answer ......

It sounds like the vibration motor on your iPhone has failed and will no longer vibrate.

  • The signal of carrier vodafone and idea fluctuates and call get intermittent disrupted voice what to do?

Call getting disconnected and voice to is disrupted why?

    Parkash,
You better rely on nokia website repair option. UPS tracking is only one sided job, and once they delivered it to nokia service centre, their job is done.
Now it is very confusing, they have 2 ware house, according to their manager. All phones which go for repair, get delivered to 1st warehouse, where it stays for couple of day, they open it and then send it to 2nd warehouse which is proper repair centre.
Once your phone is repaird, you will get e-mail from nokia that your phone is ready for pick up from local service centre (just ignore that e-mail).
This e-mail is sent to you when your phone is ready in 2nd ware house (repair centre), and it may take 3-7 days after that to get delivered to you. It has to go to first warehouse, and they dispatch it 1-3 days after that e-mail.
I think if nokia repair service is showing that it is being repaired, than its still in their repair house. Mine one took 2 weeks and 4 days before I get e-mail that it is ready for pick up.
It took another 2 weeks to track it, as they did not provide my contact number to UPS whereas UPS tried on 3 ocassions to deliver it to me and (as I live in intercom controlled flats) so they could not even leave notice.
Finally complaining to Nokia thourgh their nokia care centre helpline, speaking to their manager and getting time fram of 24-48 hours, nothing happend. Got call in 72 hours from UK to give me new tracking number and I was told that UPS tried to contact you.
Anyhow after getting in touch with UPS and get it delieved to my office I noticed that there was no phone number....
There you go, everthing get lost in the system, especially when they are big corporate giant companies.
Best of luck mate. Keep us updated with the progress.

  • Phone gets Disconnected

I have z3 dual sim. I use my main sim which is used for voice calls in sim 1 and data sim for Internet in sim 2.
The first.problem i am facing is that i cannot set sim 1 as the default sim for voice calling.each time i have to select sim.
The next issue is whenever my voice conversation exceeds more that 2 to 3 minutes, the call gets Disconnected. Sometimes in less than one minute too. I tried to disable the sim 2 or disable mobile network, at this time no issues. The calls goes on. I have faced this issue on my old Samsung dual sim too. Can i get the solution for both problems

yep. it happens to me on iPhone 5 with iOS 6.0. I have yet found a solution. If you do search in this discussion forum, you will see a lot of discussion regarding the same topic on iOS 6/6.0.1 on iPhone 4/4s/5

To use factime on your Mac, I believe you will need to use your email address to do so instead of your wireless number.  Since you can't make calls on the Mac.

  • Why I get disconnected while calling after 3 minutes?

Why I get disconnected while calling after 3 minutes?

I wish I could put 1 more quarter and solve the problem. And yes, it happens in every call that goes beyond 3 minutes, local or international. To make it worst, I bought an iPhone 4 for my wife and has exactly the same issue, we are both from the Philippines. Thinking that they might be selling us over here the over runs or defective gadgets to my surprise my sister in law who lives in Texas is experiencing the same issue. I was looking in the apple store for support and found out that there is a batch of iphones that came out with that issue and that needs some kind of fix. The problem is that apple endoreses you to your network provider and here our network provider does not know what to do.. Have you heard of this fix? Kindly advice

I had this problem too with my newly bought iPhone 4s.I went to a technician shop to ask what the problem is and they said they could fix it however they would charge £35 and I believed this was too much. I was playing around with my iPhone to see if I could fix this problem I went on setting the clicked on the music section at the music section there is the button called sound check which was off so I decided to turn it on . After I turned it on my sound came back I was ecstatic I saved myself £35 and having to return the phone.

  • Why do calls on my iPhone 5 keep getting disconnected at random intervals?

My iPhone 5 is in a cover. Most of the time when I answer a call, it gets disconnected. Once, a person had to call me back 11 times! Is there something wrong with my iPhone? Why do calls (both outgoing and incoming) keep getting disconnected at random intervals?

Hi, could be an error, if you back up your data and perform a reset to factory standard could sort it. But before doing this, explore the settings for sounds and vibration patterns see if there are different settings selected by mistake. hope this helps
