Calls, Messages, Facetime going to wrong Iphone?

Me and my mum both have an Iphone 4. Recently she has been recieving my calls, messages and facetimes? Any Ideas?
I have recently just downloaded IOS 7 but it seems to be working fine.

Settings>iMessage>uncheck your phoen number and email from her iphone

In out SLD we have many servers like PD1(development) , PQ1, PQ2 etc.. somedays back basis team want to install some patch . so we moved to standbox for someday.. Pleaes note that we did client copy of PD1.. so all interface and we developed will point to PD1. now we have strange issue like when triggering the msg it getting appear in sandbox issue.. we chekced the ADM it was pointing the PD1 server. in the business systems too assigned to the PD1 integration server.. But how come the sandbox IS receiving the msg.. when we changed the related integration server to Sandbox server.. still the interface is working.. how come it is possible??

Issue when calling with Facetime video from iphone 6 to iphone 4

Hello,
I am trying to call with facetime video from my iphone 6 (ios 8.0.2) to an iphone 4 (ios 7.1.2) but it doesn't work. It works when I use facetime audio but not the video. I have tried to use my ipad 2 (ios 8.0.2) instead of the iphone 6 and I am experiencing the same problem. Can you please help me out here?

The iPhone 4 would have to be on wifi for the video to come through, I think. Is the person with the iPhone 4 on wifi?
Can that person receive calls from anyone else using Facetime?

Use the sim tool that came with your phone or a safety pin and just insert it into the hole at the side of the sim tray and push it in and then pull it out. It is no more difficult than that and then just close it again.

Try unchecking your phone number and email address (if present) under You can be reached by FaceTime (iMessage) at in Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime on their devices. Also uncheck their email address (if present) on your phone.
Otherwise have them use separate Apple IDs for these services (tap the ID, sign out, sign back in with a different ID). You can do this and still share the same ID for other services such as iTunes.

I have been experiencing this issue for the last few weeks and it is extremely annoying. I've called Verizon 7 times and have gotten nothing but the run around. What's even more annoying is hearing them say there will be a software coming out to correct the problem but they don't know when. I'm very disappointed in Verizon. I've been with them for many years. They were my first and only carrier. I will definitely not be taking this lying down. I'm going to get a resolution, and if that means leaving Verizon, then so be it. And if anyone from Verizon is reading this, PLEASE DO NOT offer up another apology. You most likely ran a defective third-party "utility" such as "CleanMyMac" or "MacCleanse" that purports to "clean up" "junk" files. What it really does is to corrupt the operating system and many applications.
The first thing you need to do is remove that software according to the developer's instructions. Never install it, or anything like it, again. Then see below.

Why do I keep getting a "your phone is already on a call" message in FaceTime on Mavericks?

My iPhone is on iOS 8.02, the mid-2009 MacBookPro is on Mavericks. I'm trying to get the new feature, of initiating a cellular call from the Mac, but I keep getting an error message, that reads: "your phone is already on a call" in FaceTime. the iPhone 5s and the MBpro are right next to each other, signed in with the same Apple ID and on the same wifi network....

No answer, I'm afraid, but I'm experiencing the same problem. Mid 2012 MacBook Pro, iPhone 4s, both fully up to date.

You can use another email to send and receive messages and FaceTime. When you change email, your contacts will get a message so you can keep in touch.
In settings
Messages/FaceTime
Send and receive
Uncheck Apple ID and check your email

I realized that I gave you wrong information based on an older trial version of Facetime that I had. The new updated version does what you suggested. On top of the FT window, it will display (Name is Unavailable for FT.
This message will also appear if the contact you chose does not even use FT, or if the contact is out of wi fi range.
