Had a Collections with Calvary in 2011 Settled in Jan 2014 (Credit Card Bill) Had a Collection with LJ Ross in 2011 Paid in full Jan 2014 (Medical) *This one is so irritating. I had a small copay of 50.00 and I never received the bill. But I was not as educated as I am now and didn't know I could dispute the charge since I was not notified. I am trying desperately to clean up my Credit. Things are going slow, but good so far. I want to send GW letters to both of these Collection Agencies in hopes they will delete the collections off my CR. I have heard the best way to send GW's is via email but I don't know how to get any contact information for the Managers or Executives? Does anyone know how I find that information???? Or can give that to me?

In transferring a video from iPhone 4s to a flash drive then to a Axer FHD-45 pocket projector the image is upside down. It is right side up in the computor and the flash drive. Any help?
Have you tried transferringing the videos via usb (sinc you're having trouble transferring them with PhotoSync) as described here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083 and just transferring the photos with PhotoSync?

Once firefox 4.o was installed, when switching to full screen while watching any internet video produced a white screen but audio still playing. Switching back to small screen has a still video but audio still going. Had to exit and and restart video or open a blank new new tab then delete it and then small screen video would play. Using a mac os 10.5. Disabling hardware acceleration did not fix. went back to firefox 3.6 and all is ok. Any help would be appreciated.
Your hardware was never designed to run that old a version of OS X, it's best to update the application or find another application that is more up to date. Installing Leopard simply will not work on your system.

I have Photoshop CS5 Extended and it says updates available but when i download the updates it says updates failed please try again later, i have tried a few times and get the same message any help would be great i am running 64bit on windows 8.
I am running Windows 7 64 bit ultimate and have the same problem. My hard drive crashed, installed a new one and then reinstalled CS5 extended. Installation went fine, but can no longer open my camera RAW files from Photoshop (camera is a Canon EOS T2i. The message also tells me I am not eligible for the update. I am... and I cannot open my files and I could before. I can find nowhere to contact Adobe to tell me how to proceed. My daughter is all a registered user of the same product and she had no problems upgrading... we purchased ours each at the same time. I do know the difference is that I had to reinstall and she did not. If that means anything.

I bought a new Panasonic camcorder to edit in iMovie 10.0.3. I need to choose between the AVCHD choices and the ALL MP4/iframe choices. I don't have a clue as to which to use. I just want to burn video to DVD to have and share. Thanks for any help.
It sounds like you have assigned the primary click on the trackpad to something else, perhaps a gesture.
Use your mouse, login and then open the Trackpad preference pane and see how you have the interface configured.
Oh and you can have both the Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpad powered up and working at the same time. No need to keep moving batteries around.

If you want to create at the time of invoicing, then you have to enhance event R402.
If you want to create at the time of payment, the you have to enhance event 0032.

I am having problems loading sampler patches into the exs24 sampler, when i got into edit menu and load multiple samples all the samples r greyed out and i cannot slect them, any help with this would be much appreciated
It is very difficult to offer troubleshooting suggestions when the "os version" you are using is unknown as each os has their own troubleshooting solutions.
How large is your hard drive and how much hard drive space do you have left? -
When i use google earth or somebody sends me a message or just simply opening a new tab, it crashes and it takes about 30 seconds to start working again, its not my computer as it is new and it has high spec, any help? thanks
I figured it out!
I read a solution for something that sounded similar.
Anyone in similar position:
Open iTunes app on iPhone, and pick an option from bottom, such as music. Then scroll down to bottom of page and where your iTunes ID is, press on it, and pick sign out.
Then return to home screen, and double press home button and press and hold on first icon showing, until a minus symbol appears in the top left of icons present. Press on each minus symbol on each app in turn, until all app icons have disappeared. Then Restart the phone by pressing and hold the home button and the on/off/standby button at top of phone, until the apple symbol appears in centre of blank screen.
Swipe to turn phone fully on and open settings and scroll down to iTunes and apps option and tap that. Pick sign in and put in your apple ID, it will accept it and then return to home screen and open iTunes a you'll find it works fine

My mid 2010 macbook pro keeps freezing/crashing every time I try and play a game. Any help?
Every time I try and play either WoW or The Sims, my mac goes to black screen, or black screen and repeating last second of noise it was playing. I have attempted to upgrade os4 to os7. At the end, it threw an error that i had to turn off "Find my iphone" on my phone, which seems to be impossible at that stage as i could not access beyond the upgrade screen.
I thin chose to set up as new iphone, but icloud has taken an old expired email address for which i do not know the password. icloud will not recognise my current itunes email and password, so i now have os7 but am unable to restore from my itunes back up.
Desperately need help please... Any help appreciated
