Multiple phones share one Icloud account. We use it to schedule jobs and crew leaders read the cloud to get the information of the job that needs to be done. However, we recently had a change of leadership and we think this person might have logged into or put our cloud on his phone to sabotage our business. I changed the password but that didn't fix the situation. I could put a job on the cloud with an old phone that was logged in with the old password and everyone with the new password would still see the job. I have since created a whole new cloud account which seems to have eliminated the "future" issue of sabotage however I would like to completely eliminate that old account...any advise?

Everyone needs to go to Settings (or System Preferences)>iCloud and click 'Delete account' or 'Sign out' as applicable (it's the same thing). Then they can sign into the new account you have created and proceed from there. You can't actually delete the old account from the server but you can just ignore it.

Deleting an iCloud account only deletes it from the Device, not from iCloud. In iOS 8, the name of this setting changed to "Sign Out" as that is a better reflection of what actually happens. Your iCloud data remains on the server, available to devices still signed into the account, but the device you sign out of the account on is disconnected from the account, and as a result, the iCloud data from that account is removed from the device. It will redownload to the device should you sign back into the account.
The only issue you'll run into when you switch between accounts is with my photo stream photos older than 30 days. When you delete (or sign out of) and account, your photo stream photos are deleted along with the other data from the account in question. However, unlike other data which remains on the server and can redownload to your device when you sign back in, my photo stream photos only remain in iCloud for 30 days. When you sign back in, you will only get back my photo stream photos added in the last 30 days (as older photos are no longer in iCloud to redownload). Like other account data, any my photo stream photos on your other devices signed into the account are unaffected by this. If you want to keep older my photo stream photos on your device as you change iCloud accounts, save them to your camera roll before deleting (signing out of) the account.

Whenever a menu choice is grayed out, that is because you have Restrictions turned on in Settings. Be sure to turn it off.
You are confusing an itunes store account with an icloud account. You two can continue using the same ID for itunes (thus sharing purchased music, apps, etc.), but you really should have separate accounts (different IDs) for icloud, since an account is intended for one user to keep his/her devices in sync.
To create a new icloud account, go to

Then go to Settings>icloud and scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete Account. (have restrictions turned off) That will disconnect the device from the account but will not delete data in icloud or other devices. Then sign in using the new ID.

Are you asking how to delete the one that is currently on the ipad and add/create a new one?
Your icloud user name is associated with your apple id, so would need to clarify.
to delete your icloud account
go to settings/icloud/delete account
then just go back and add/create a new one

So, here's the story:
I changed my Apple e-mail ID because it was hacked, and I accidentally used that e-mail for my iCloud and forgot 'cause I don't use iCloud, and forgot the password for it.
Now, I'm trying to restore my iPod but it says that I need to turn off "Find My iPod" but I can only do that after putting my password and I can't delete the account either without the password.
So, right now I'm stuck, I know that I can re-download everything manually, but I need to do something about my iCloud account sooner or later.
I really wanna delete it but I can't.

Welcome to the Apple community.
Unfortunately you cannot redownload everything later manually, this feature is designed to make devices useless once they are stolen.
You need to reset your Apple ID with Apple to use the details that you used when you turned on "find my phone", you can then turn off "find my phone", go back to the Apple ID and reconfigure it with your new details, verify it, at which point you can then turn on "find my phone" once again.

I had to change my email for my apple id, after deleting my email account. In the past few days, my phone has been promting me to login to my account, however, it prompts mme with the old email. I didn't change my password when switching emails, but it still does not recognize that password.

When attempting to delete my account, it asks me to turn off Find My iPhone, which requires my password. It then sends me back into the loop of not recognizing my password with my old iCloud email.

I went into iCloud on my iPhone 3gs (I know it's really old but had to sort this prob out as have upgraded to 5c ) and turned off Find My iPhone. I then deleted the account, making sure I backed up the photos in the photostream first. I then went back into iCloud on my iPhone 3gs and my new email address appeared. I was then able to create a new iCloud account with my new password. Hope this works for you too

If you don't want to use an alias you'll have to create a new account as you cannot change the @icloud.com address once created. You'll have to create a new ID, verify the ID, then use the ID to create the new account, and migrate your iCloud data to the new account.
If you are currently syncing data with iCloud, begin by saving any photo stream photos to your camera roll as mentioned above. If you are syncing Notes with iCloud, you'll also need to open each of them and email them to yourself so they can be recreated in the new account. Finally, if you are syncing any iWork documents with iCloud, turn off iCloud syncing in your iWork app settings.
Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, and choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted. Then in Settings>iCloud tap Get a Free Apple ID at the bottom, set up your new ID, verify the email address you use to create it by responding to Apple's verification email, then sign in with the new ID to create your new account. Turn on your iCloud sync settings and choose Merge when prompted to upload your data to the new account. When you turn Mail to On you will be prompted to create your new @icloud.com email address. With iOS 7 you have to delete the old account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. You will need the password. If you can't get it reset via http://iforgot.apple.com (if you remember the answers to the account's security questions then you should be able to reset it via them) then try contacting Support in your country, they should be able to reset it.

New iPhones don't come setup with an Apple ID/Password. What you're experiencing is called Activation Lock, & unless you know the original Apple ID/Password that was originally used to first activate this phone, you won't be able to reactivate it.
You can login to iCloud.com, from any computer, use Find My Phone to locate & erase the phone. But, you'll still need to know the original Apple ID/Password to reactivate it.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Your Apple ID and iCloud email address don't need to be the same, you can't change an iCloud email address.
Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether. You may also wish to contact your mail provider to see if their spam filters are removing the email before it gets to you.
