Cambodia (Khmer) font on iPod nano?

Hi everybody here, i would like to know if it is possible to add a additional font into an iPod? Since there is no official Khmer font for Mac, iPod and iPhone. In iPhone and iPod touch, in order to display this font we have to install a package.
Windows 7 officially able to display Khmer font without the need of third party software.

No, you cannot add anything at all to an iPod except what you find in the iTunes app store, and no fonts are available there.

Huge font in iTunes when syncing iPod nano

Whenever I try to sync my iPod nano 2nd gen. the font in iTunes gets huge, and I can't figure out how to get it normal. It does not do it with my iPhone. Anybody else experience this and figure out how to get the font back to normal? Oh, and it's not the font for the whole page, just the top and left side, and when I click on the device and go to my information everything is huge there, too.
I have the most updated version of iTunes also.

Have you tried restoring your iPod? Restoring will erase the iPod's hard drive, reload the software and put it back to default settings. Once the restore is complete follow the on screen instructions to name the iPod and automatically sync your songs and videos onto the fresh installation. Press Done and the iPod will appear in iTunes and start to sync. If you want to update manually or using selected playlists uncheck the box beside the sync automatically instruction and press Done, it will default to manual mode and you can choose whatever setting you like: Restoring iPod to factory settings with iTunes

ITunes/iPod nano & chinese song names [please help]

i own an iPod nano 4gb.
first question is is there a setting i can choose (either in iTunes or the iPod nano itself) to make the on-screen iPod nano text appear larger than the default? anyone that has chinese songs with chinese characters will notice that the font as compared to english text is relatively lighter (not as bold). hence, it is harder to read.
second question concerns chinese music. all my songs are chinese and the song names, artist names, album names etc are in chinese characters. those files that appear with chinese characters by default on Windows appear fine on the iPod nano as well. however, most of my songs require a program called NJStar Communicator (www.njstar.com) to display the chinese characters - those that have chinese music should know what i'm talking about. without NJStar, the names just appear as random symbols in Windows. the problem is, all of the songs that require NJStar appear on the iPod nano as symbols despite the fact that they appear as chinese characters on iTunes when NJStar is turned ON. when NJStar is turned OFF, the names are just displayed as symbols on iTunes. irregardless of whether i update my iPod nano when NJStar is on or off, the names remain as symbols on the iPod nano and i was just wondering if anyone knows how i can fix this or perhaps it's just tough cookies XD

characters -
I think NJStar uses an encoding which is not compatible with iTunes or iPod. You need to convert the ID3 tags of the songs that require NJStar to display correctly to Unicode. I have heard that ConvertZ is a program that might help do this.

Installing 2 Ipod Nano's to 1 computer

I just inherited a Ipod Nano, this is my 2nd (I've owned another one for about a year)and would like to be able to connect both but use separte accounts/playlists (so I could use one and the kids can use the other). I plugged it into the computer but it is not recognized, nor do any auto options appear to guide me through setting this Nano up on the same computer. Can anyone offer advise?

Help w/ Ipod Nano Installation

I just received a new ipod nano. My pc isn't recognizing it. I have iTunes downloaded and a lot of songs on it. I didn't get an installation cd w/ the ipod. Could someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong????!!!!??? ty

All iPods are now supplied Windows formatted.
Turn the iPod on and choose a language from the list. Now you should see the "main menu" where you can configure your iPod.
When you first connect the iPod, you should see the set up assistant/licensing agreement and of course you must click "agree" in order to proceed.
Then you'll be prompted to name the iPod and choose a method of auto syncing your iPod. If you want to manually mange the content of your iPod, remove the check mark from the auto sync option. Click "done" and that takes you to the registration screen. Then your done, and you can begin transferring music from your iTunes library.

IPod nano 2nd generation/UBS ports

I bought my brother an ipod nano and after several weeks of it working correctly, we've encountered a very odd error. My brother loaded a few songs on the iPod one night and after disconnecting it from his computers UBS ports it froze. I was able to reset it for him but after resetting it, will no longer work on his computer. The USB port does not read the connector or the iPod itself.
The iPod works perfectly fine on my computer and my father’s computer as well. I've got the most recent version of iTunes on all three computers. My question is could this possibly be a problem with the iPod or my brother's UBS ports on his CPU.

First of all, try another port on your computer. Some ports are not connected direct to the motherboard and do not recognize the iPod as well as those that are. Reset the iPod each time you connect it to another port.
Then try with the iPod in forced disk mode.

I am trying to use itunes, it will not open at all, have uninstalled and downloaded new software and 64bit for windows. i have an old ipod nano from about 5 years ago. anything i can do, even to view my purchases and watch/listen to music etc?

ok i have a advent roma laptop with window 7. my itunes used to work fine, completely. every time i plugged in my ipod it was ok. recently my ipod was not working so i never bothered with itunes, however i have movies/tv prog that i purchased and would like to view them. i have an ipod nano from about 5 years ago, the problem with thet is, it switches on, but the circular control panel does nothing, all you can do is lock and unlock it - nothing else.
i tried to download new version of itunes, then uninstalled my origonal version, incase it was corrupted etc, i then again tried to down load new version and also version that is windows 64bit. still when i select the downlaod to open as son as it is finnished nothing happens. and now my desktop shortcut has dissapeared. before when it was there, id double click it, nothing, right click to open it, nothing.
im not the best technically minded but i just dont see what im doing wrong here, please help

Can i have an ipod mini and an ipod nano on same account

My daughter got an ipod mini 2 christmas's ago and so we have an itunes account. This christmas my son got an ipod nano because they had discontinued the minis. My son likes a lot of the songs that my daughter had on her ipod and i really dont want to use all that money just to rebuy songs. I was wondering if there was any way that I could use one account and they both have the same songs on their ipods.

There are a couple of methods for using more than one iPod on a single computer. One way is is to set your preferences so each iPod is updated with only certain playlists within one library. You could create one playlist for the Mini and one for the Nano. Each playlist can have whatever songs you like in it drawn from the single library. IPod Nano 4Gb (2nd Gen) not detected by Windows or iTunes

I am hoping someone can help me with this as I am at my wits end.
When I plug my iPod into the usb port, it begins the charging process, but neither windows, nor iTunes will detect any new devices. I have tried the 4 R's (the fifth needs a connection with iTunes), putting it into disc mode, and even on 3 different windows computers, but no dice. To save the no doubt normal questions, The usb ports are 2.0, and brand spanking new, which i have tested sucessfully with other usb devices, so I know it's not the usb port. I have the latest drivers & updates installed, and the latest version of iTunes also installed.
Other potentially useful info:
The model is iPod nano 4bg alu 2nd gen
It's not new, i was given it as a gift by a friend who upgraded to the video model.
Though I can't be sure, I suspect that the dock cable isn't an apple product. Given that *very few* places where I live sell official iPod accessories, it is difficult for me to check.
Like I said, i really hope someone can help me, I really don't know how long i can go listening to my friends rather dubious music tastes...
