Camera 9320 cannot take pictures

my bb is not even ^ months old and my camera first started showing error 5 pictures remaining even though there were no pictures in the folder. when i remove my battery after i have taken a pic it deletes the camera pics automatically. now there is no space on this device to store more pictures, dlete some pictures to free up space. i have 65 pictures in my folder not in the camera file itself. please help

Do you have any Media Card on your device ?
If you have then be sure that Media Card support is enabled on your setting , for that On your Homescreen Go to Options > Device > Storage > On that screen make sure that you have enabled Media Card Support .
Also On your device Open Camera Application > Press the menu key > Options > Scroll down to Storage > Change the storage to " On Media Card "
If your previous Images are stored on your device memory then transfer those to your Media Card , for help refer to this KB :

Try it and let us know.

Iphone cannot take pictures

my husband and i use the same apple id, but i am not sure if this is causing a big prob i am having w my iphone. I cannot take pictures without deleteing many of my only 34 pics saved on my phone. it says to manage my storage so i bought more storage but i think if i can somehow change the icloud account to my apple id, this prob would be solved...if this will fix my issue, how do i change that id?

You would create a new ID for yourself to use and set up a new iCloud account. Keep in mind that any apps purchased will not be transferred and will have to be repurchased/redownloaded under the new ID (unless you want to keep putting in the old password when they want to update).

Cannot take pictures with 5s

Hey Guys, I just got my iPhone 5s yesterday and it works great, except the camera. When I take a picture, it shows on the bottom left corner of the preview box, but when I go to my Camera Roll, it says no pictures are there. I have tried everything but no luck. Please Help.

Are you getting any errors when you try to save other data on your iPhone besides pictures? For example, are you able to record a voice memo?

If you can save other data to your iPhone, but not pictures, I would suggest updating your iOS. Your profile indicates you are using iOS 7.1. Since the camera app is part of the operating system, I would suggest backing up your iPhone and then updating to iOS 8.2.

Im an engineering student and my classmates and me got a project. For this project we need a cheap way to let labview give the photo camera the assignment "take a picture" and "zoom". What is the best way to do this? I found something about Vision Acquisition but that's quite expensive, isn't it?

For acquiring image, use USB camera (DirectShow compatible), and the USB camera acquisition driver (IMAQ for USB) is freely available.

I cannot take pictures with my webcam anymore on Facebook. It works with Internet Explorer though :|

In facebook there's the option to take pictures using your webcam directly on their site. It worked perfectly untill April or so when it stopped recognizing the device. Everything is up to date...so what could be the problem?

Everytime I use manual mode my camera stops taking pictures properly. I hit the button to take a picture and it takes a few seconds to take the picture or it wont take it at all. This does not happen when I am using the LCD to take the picture. I have it in manual focus and if i put it in auto I use auto-servo. The lens is on tight.

Probs with the New Camera-ui -- Cant take pictures

As you know that ive reflashed my device few days ago. And installed CSSU. No Vostok and not overclocked yet.
So ive just open my camera to take a picture. But it got stuck..I mean i can shoot the first pic. But i when i shoot the second pic, the cam get stuck with the taken picture. I dont know how to explain it..
And i have to manually kill the camera-ui from xterm (killall camera-ui) if i wanna take another pic. But again it stuck with the second shoot.

wait wait wait before you reflash or anything, firest of all the modified camera ui in the cssu is outdated, so here is an updated version .
first of all it looks like you have an icons problem, so download an icon pack that can replace the original one, so use the symbian-anna icon pack .
than download this file and place it in MyDocs .
than open xterm and type :
sudo gainroot
cd /usr/bin
tar -xzf /home/user/MyDocs/camera-ui.tar.gz
and that will update your camera-ui .
new binary uses some extra icons. download them, unzip them and You have to put them
in
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/hildon/camera_isoAuto.png
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/hildon/camera_iso1600.png

"Take Picture" workflow -- what cameras are supported?

Hi everyone,
I'm new to Automator, and trying to build a workflow to send a live picture from a digital camera into a photo program. Apple has the "Take Picture" component, but I can't seem to find a list of cameras that are compatible with it. Does anyone know where I can find it? We have a Sony CyberShot W5, and Automator says "Camera cannot take pictures" when I plug it in.

The other "support" is about iPhoto recognizing and transferring pictures when plugging in the camera directly into your Mac. That shouldn't be an issue with any modern camera. And even if you have a camera that is not supported that way, you can always use a USB memory card reader. Actually, I've been doing that exclusively for years with multiple cameras, as I find that more convenient anyway.

Cannot take a picture from the lock screen

Hey,
I cannot take pictures from the lock screen. I push the home button, i see the icon of the camera but when i try to push it the whole screen bumps slightly up and then settles back down without opening the camera app.
Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Press down on the Camera icon, and then drag the screen up. iOS 5.1 introduced the slide camera rather than the button to press on. I believe people were complaining about accidentally pressing it, not sure though.

No room to take pictures???

Hi There,
I have the 8 gig iPhone (not 3g), with over 2.3 gigs of free space using the 2.0 OS.
When I try to use the camera, i get the following message:
"There is not enough room to take additional pictures. Please delete some existing photos"
SO, I went through and deleted about 100 of 300 or so pictures that where on my iPhone. I still get the same message.
Any ideas?

I've just had the same thing happen to mine. (original) I have tried everything, deleting all pics on camera roll (I only had 4 on there)turning off the Geotagging, "restoring" the iphone twice and once (as I read here in discussions) before restoring the personal info. taking the camera off to take picture to see if the camera works before my personal data is downloaded, but it still brought up the message, put it back on the dock and downloaded older information from 2 weeks ago, hoping any new problem would disappear. My shutter is just stuck shut, it just doesn't open. So after reading all of the discussions, I think it's come down to go to Apple and get a new phone or wait and hope they do an update to fix the software problem....... I was hoping that when I saw the title of this discussion, that someone from Apple would have answered you.

I cannot move pictures from iphoto to the desktop

I have a MacBookPro.
I cannot take pictures from iphoto and then drag them somewhere else, whether its on the desktop, in a folder or on a usb key: they do not want to more out of iphoto.
I have tried to put my computer to sleep and wake it up: it doesnt work.
I have tried to 'export' the photographs: it doesnt work.
I cannot afford to loose any of these photographs therefore reseting my iphoto is not an option.

You do not ever directly access the contents of the iPHoto library - use the media browser - in the lower left of the insert window under media ==> photos ==> iPhoto

Camera not working, takes pic, but is not in the memory, gives no save or delete option when taken

Having a bunch of probs with this phone lately, Camera works to take picture, but does not let you view it with the save delete or email option like it used to, now I go to look for the picture and it shows a blank screen with a red x in the corner, tried to take one without memory card in, and it does the same with the internal memory, any help here would be nice.

Try closing the Camera app via the taskbar and see if it works when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Camera app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Camera app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
