Camera connect kit disturbs/cuts wlan connection when plugged in... why?

My camera connect kit disturbs/cuts wlan connection when plugged in to my iPad 2 ... why? It is impossible to keep wlan-connection while using the camera connect kit... does anybody have similar experiences?

... It was not really the cam connection kit... It was infact the radio dongle plugged in to the connection kit what created problems... The signal of the dongle was disturbing the WLAN antenna of the iPad... I was looking for a possibility to have a external soundbox connected without cable and for listening to live streamed news... Now, I need the cable for connecting the dongle with distance to the iPad... Not really a  satisfying solution... Nö way arround, I guess?!?

  • Losing smart camera connection when using web server on NI1762 smart camera

    Hi
I am using 2 smart cameras ( old NI1762 and the new NI1772) with Vision builder 2011 .
I am trying to find a way to retrieve data and image to a Visual Basic 6 application. i could not find an elegant way to do it , so instead , i am sending TCP command to the smart camera as an input and the smart camera send me back a TCP command a as an output. by this way i could communicate with the smart camera . For transferring images I could not use the TCP step , so I turned on the smart camera web server to get the image by a browser Object . But the problem is that everything is going well with the TCP, but when I turned on the web server and try to communicate with it, sometimes I loose the connection with the smart camera. That is happened with the 1762 smart camera. But when I use the NI1772 it rarely happed.
Please help me. is there any other elegant way to communicate with the smart camera , and if a TCP and web server is a solution , Why the NI1762 web server is not stable ? Why i am losing the connection when browsing to the inspection page???
    Thanx

Previous versions of Vision Builder had a COM library that you could use from Visual Basic 6 or other environments and talk over the network to a Smart Camera running Vision Builder AI and control its execution just how you are requesting. In more recent versions, this has been replaced by a native .NET and LabVIEW-native API that is much more fully featured. Unfortunately, I do not think the older COM mechanism is still available/supported (but I certainly could be wrong...).
However, one avenue you may wish to persue would be to call into the .NET interface from Visual Basic 6. Microsoft designed .NET to allow COM interoperibility in both directions (.NET can call into COM libraries and COM libraries can call into .NET). Take a look at the following document from Microsoft:
    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/zsfww439(v=vs.85).aspx
You could then look at any of the .NET (C#) examples to get an idea of the API:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\Vision Builder AI 2011\API Examples\dotNET Examples

I don't know why, but the fix is here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2090
(Apple has changed the built-in camera's name on newer Macs from "iSight" to "FaceTime" and then to "FaceTime HD."  Regardless of the name of your built-in camera, the same info and troubleshooting applies.)

  • 4th generation shuffle blinks orange constantly when plugged in, why?

When plugged in, my 4th generation shuffle doesn't ever go to green.  It constantly blinks orange.  It's new, is there a problem, or is this just different from the 2nd generation which I had before?

It's orange when it's charging, so nothing to worry about that

  • My ipod touch won't connect when plugged into Bose speaker

Whenever I plug my iPod touch into my Bose speaker system, nothing happens. It doesn't say that there is an error or anything. It starts charging just fine but it won't play when it's plugged in.
I know it's not an issue with the iPod's abililty to play music because headphones and the built in speaker work just fine. Other iPods connect fine to that speaker, just not this one. I'm just not sure why it won't connect to the speaker.

    - Does Bose say it is compatble with your 4G iPod and iOS 6.1.6? Sometimes an iOS update will break compatibility
    - Did it work before the iOS update?
    - Have you went to Bose's support site/contacted them?

    Error 1604
This error is often related to USB timing. Try changing USB ports, using a different dock connector to USB cable, and other available USB troubleshooting steps (troubleshooting USB connections. If you are using a dock, bypass it and connect directly to the white Apple USB dock connector cable. If the issue persists on a known-good computer, the device may need service.
If the issue is not resolved by USB isolation troubleshooting, and another computer is not available, try these steps to resolve the issue:
Connect the device to iTunes, confirm that the device is in Recovery Mode. If it's not in Recovery Mode, put it into Recovery Mode.
Restore and wait for the error.
    When prompted, click OK.
Close and reopen iTunes while the device remains connected.
The device should now be recognized in Recovery Mode again.
    Try to restore again.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, try restoring using a known-good USB cable, computer, and network connection.

  • IPhone will not charge or connect when plugged into my Mac

The past few weeks I have had a major issue with my iPhone. When I plug it into my Macbook via the USB port it will neither connect to my iTunes or connect. However, when I put it into a iPod speaker system that I have, it charges. I thought maybe it was a bad wire so I got out my spare one and still no luck. My iPod will connect and charge on my Macbook when it is plugged in with the same chords. The speaker system has a port for the USB connector to plug into and I tried that. Once again, the iPod will connect to my Mac, but my iPhone will not. I don't know what to do so that I can sync my iPhone to my Macbook. Can anyone help?

  • Changed from XP to Mac OS X and now wont connect when plugged in?

Hey folks, I have recently bought a MBP, updating from a Windows XP SP3 laptop and tried to plug my iPhone 3GS in today for the first time and a message pops up saying that it cannot connect, error occurred (0xE80006B)
I then updated iTunes to the newest version and the same thing happens, except the error code now is (0xE8000001)
I then tried plugging my Iphone back into the Windows XP machine and it sync'd correctly.
I have also tested an Ipod cassic 80gb in the Mac and it connected perfectly (using the same USB Lead)
Please can anyone shed some light on what may be the cause of this problem?
    Thanks so much
    James

  • HT1923 Stuck on Connect to Itunes screen, wont connect when plugged in.

I have a 5th generation ipod touch. I've been trying to get my ipod to connect to itunes, it would connect to the computer but not to itunes. I went through the steps of checking everything. Eventually i got to holding down the home button and the lock screen button. After that it connected. I was trying to restore the ipod because it keeps crashing and its awful. It restored, now connect to itunes is stuck on the screen. itunes was working until it fully restored now it will no longer connect. I'm very upset about this. This is why I hate apple products its nothing but issues. Will some one please help me to get this to work again?

There is nothing wrong with the cord either. Ive had this ipod since October 2013.

  • There is no camera connected after i upgraded the software from apple

There is no camera connected when i open facetime and photo booth...I've tried to reset the PRAM using cmd+alt+P+R, but the problem still remains...

If you went from 10.8.1 to 10.8.2 and haven't picked this one up yet, there is also a supplemental update which might fix it: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1600

  • I use my camera for video and photos.  When I download my videos to my ipad1 using the camera connection kit, they will not play on my ipad. Is there a way I can get them to play?

I use my camera for video and photos.  When I download my videos to my ipad1 using the camera connection kit, they will not play.
Does anyone know how I can make this work?

    Yvonne-
I haven't tried videos on my camera yet.  Do you use the Videos App to play them?  I don't think they will play in the Photos App.
If yours are in a format that is not in Vazandrew's list, you may need to sync them to your computer and convert them to M4V or MP4 format.  You can use a program like HandBrake to do the conversion.  <HandBrake>  Once converted, you can sync them back to the iPad and they should play.
This may not meet your needs, but the alternative appears to be getting a different camera.  I don't know of another Video App that might work.

  • I recently got a iPad camera connection kit hoping to directly download my photos from the memory card for my camera, a Sony Cybershot. When I put my memory card in the adapter and plug it in to the iPad nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

I recently purchased an iPad camera connection kit hoping to directly download pictures from my camera to my iPad. When I put my memory card into the adapter and plug it in to my iPad nothing happens.  My camera is a Sony Cybershot and the memory card is a Sony memory stick PRO duo 512 mb.  I don't think I am doing anything incorrect.  Is my camera/memory card incompatible with this adapter?

The Camera Connection Kit works with SD cards, not Memory Sticks.
Maybe you can find an MS to SD adapter, or use the USB connection with the USB cable that came with the camera.
