Camera filters, exporting with the filter..

I just bought my first iPhone about 2 weeks ago, i like it, but today, I took some photos with the built-in filters and i use dropbox to atutomatically save the photos, BUT my issue is, when exported to dropbox. The photo is not in black/white it is in the normal setting.. I am not a computer software wizard(photoshop or other) so I cannot just apply the filters that I want, if I want to use them outside of the iPhone
Is there a way for the filters to be saved to the image file in some way?.. please help, this is quite annoying because I like the filters!
I hope some apply genious will assist me!
Lots of xo's to the person who gives me the answer.. no workarounds, or emailing photos and such, i just want it to save the file WITH the filter, if this is not possible, then I urge apple to make it an option in their next update because, why else have filters? :S

I am sorry to hear this has occurred to you, I am very glad to hear you are enjoying your new iPhone. As for Dropbox, there could be a feature built in, but not being a Dropbox user I am not 100% sure? Try to check for an in app feature, if not I would plug your phone into your computer and log into iTunes, go onto the tab that says iPhone or similar and look for 'on this iphone' then try to find and drag the image to your computer, then use Dropbox from there. I frequently use the BPelt Flatten and Multifill plugins and they have always worked perfectly until today. Now I get the following error: "Could not complete the [Multifill/Flatten] command because of a problem with the filter module interface."
I use Photoshop CS6 Extended with the Creative Cloud membership, and just recently updated to version 13.1.1 x64. I believe this may be related, as the plugins worked before the update and nothing else has changed. Any recommendations on how to fix this? Is it possible to undo the update?

Usually this means a bug in the third party plugin that you are using.

Could not complete the ... command because of a problem with the filter module interface

I just reinstalled Photoshop CS6. I'm running OS X 10.8.2 .
I use the Nik plugins suite, and reinstalled them as well. Now whenever I try to use one of those plugins I get the error "Could not complete the ... command because of a problem with the filter module interface."
The reinstallation was a bit of a struggle due to issues on Adobe's end, and I am hesitatnt to just dive in and reinstall without wome idea as to what might cause these errors.
Any insight appreciated.

Not sure I know what you mean by "disabling the Nik filter folder".
I have the latest updates for the Nik filters and they are compatible with CS6.
Since yesterday I tried uninstalling the Nik filters, manually locating and removing every file related to Nik/Nik Software, redownloading the Nik installers, uninstalling/reinstalling Photoshop, and reinstalling the Nik filters. Same result.
I am pretty sure this is something on the Photoshop end, but am not sure what to do next. Maybe repeat the above and use the Creative Suite cleaner before reinstalling?

I can isolate a bookmark with the filter, but how can I "find" a bookmark in the hierarchy of the ShowAllBookmarks window?

I want to find a bookmark in its location in the hierarchy of bookmarks, but all I can do with the filter is isolate a bookmark[s]; either using the filter of the bookmarks sidebar, or in the ShowAllBookmarks window. For instance, I know I have a certain bookmark, but I want to move it into a new "folder" and rename it, perhaps; for this I need to be able to *see* it in the hierarchy, as in the Finder of a Mac, when the filter turns up a file, then "Show Original" of "Open Enclosing Folder."

I'm just trying to understand how to use these add-ons, having just added them on, to borrow a phrase, but have now found a comment re Go Parent Folder, "This extension does not seem to work in MacOS X. " <http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=659690>. Sadly [altho I really like Snow Leopard] I'm running OS X.6.7. Nonetheless a contextual menu mousing down on a "found" bookmark indeed does give the working option of "Go to Parent Folder" from the found list of the ShowAllBookmarks window, *or* the that of the sidebar window. Bravo!!

HELP! What are the settings to export with the highest quality (I will show my project in a cinema.)

I have a project I will be showing at a local cinema, and I need to have the best possible quality for that......
My source footage is SD, so I am exporting it as a MPEG2-DVD project, the first time I exported (with the default MPEG2-DVD settings) and burned it, it looked good (at least on my 34" TV) but I am not sure if that quality will be as good when projected on a cinema screen...
So, what I need to know is, which of the MPEG2-DVD export settings I must change in order to get the quality I am looking for.....
BTW I am using Adobe Premiere CS4 and the whole Creative Suite 4....

If it looks good on your tv it will look good at the cinema.
The resolution will still be 720x480/576 if a dvd player is hooked up to the projector.

With the camera connection kit you're able to plug in regular SD cards with one adapter, while the second adapter does include a USB port to plug your camera in. I just remember reading that "most cameras" are compatible.

I also recently bought the camera kit and found that it worked fine as long as you don't format the SD card using PC. Once I re-formatted using my camera I could once again upload my photos. that was until I switched formats to Adobe RAW, it seemed unable to upload again. So I switched to S RAW and that worked fine. Sometimes my kit won't upload photos but I find that by just re-inserting the card it works fine.
Haven't tried video yet, but I recently learned that the devices are quit sensitive to the "Format"(that needs to be FAT32, or exFAT- but in this instance it needs to be formatted by a Mac).

I have a requirement in which i have to create a Service Request and enter some particular Account ID for it through which any particular Account is assigned to the partner function "Account owner " automatically.
Then again before saving the user changes the Account ID entered before to some other.As for this Partner Determination settings has been done in the spro.But now the partner function "Account Owner" is not changed accordingly.
To make this happen i implented an Enahncement Spot ES_CRM_PARTNER_REDETERMIN with the filter value BUS2000223.
But this implementation is not getting triggered, it triggers only once the first time when we try to create a Service request.And teh partner determination is not working.
Please, suggest regarding the same.

partner re-determination is only available since crm 6.0.

Normally it works only for BUS - types which are maintained in table (these entries are also supported)

Magnetic Charger Port in Z2 came out along with the Charger

Hi Sony Users, I never ever expected such kind of quality problem from Sony. Today, I kept my phone for charging using magnetic charger. When I removed the charger once battery was fully charged, the magnetic charging port in phone itself came out along with the charger. I am really disappointed with what happened and I really dont know what to do now. If parts are getting easily removed from phone like this, then how does "water-proof" feature in phone is supposed to work? I am really really disappointed. I am actually thinking to switch to some other brand like Apple.

Is the SD card reader, but if that doesn't work you can look for adapters to plug your camera into your iPad.

I have a custom report which gives a workflow status log with date sent as one of the columsn in the report, when we click the filter button after selecting this columnthe user is shown a window with a single character field, in the same report we have another field( date field) when the user selects thsi the user is shown a proper date field for selection in ranges.

Audio doesn't export with the video.

I am using Premiere CS4 to edit a group of clips together (a couple of them with audio.) I can hear the sound when I play them on the premiere file but not once it is exported.
My audio settings are: AAC, mono, 48khz, high, and the export audio checkbox turned on. I also tried with AAC version 1 and 2 but got the same results.
The video codec I'm using is H.264, if that matters at all, but I tried quicktime too and it didn't work either.
Any ideas what might be the problem or what am I missing?

I thought I recalled reading something when CS4 was first released that indicated that its codecs process files differently than in the past and therefore it would be more critical in CS4 to keep all of your presets and sources matching more closely. That in combination with Bill's comments got me thinking that there was probably something to it. It prompted me to run some quick :30 tests on new projects with the same issues.
I used both 48 & 44.1 project presets, 44.1 .mp3 and .wav source files, and 48 & 44.1 export presets. I also threw a video track on there for comparison sake. I expected the mixed source/presets to fail and the uniform source/presets to succeed. Wrong. End result was that everything exported as one would hope, error free and all without pre-rendering the timeline.
So, go figure. I guess I can only assume that there was some kind of hiccup/corruption in my original project file that prevented the audio from exporting like it should. I am never comfortable with that answer though. I need everything to make sense if I am going to sleep at night.
