Camera not working, and phone not restarting.

My camera screen pops up, then when I go to take a picture or video, it just goes back to my home screen. And when I go to shut the phone off or restart it, the "goodbye" screen doesn't go away. Even after 40 minutes of sitting there. Pulled the battery and let it sit for a couple minutes and still the same thing.

If it's doing that even after a battery pull then it's likely that the phone has suffered some form of software corruption or hardware failure.
I suggest you contact the retailer or a Nokia care centre. www.nokia.com/repair

You've tried deleting and redownloading them and seeing if they then work and tried contacting the developers ? If you have and they can't/won't help then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

SSRS reports are always best viewed in IE and the report result what you see in IE always will not be same and consistent in thirdy party browswers.
So consider using IE as workaround.

iPhones are sold in carrier-locked and unlocked versions. If the phone has a carrier lock on it, you must contact the carrier to have it removed (you probably need to bring the phone to the carrier for the process). If you don't know the carrier, you won't be able to get it unlocked. US carriers will not remove the carrier lock and it cannot be removed.
How is Safari behaving that makes you say that Safari is not working? The lock status of the phone won't affect Safari, except that if the phone is locked and you aren't using the carrier (and SIM provided by the carrier) to which it is locked, then you can't use the phone or 3G service, only Wi-Fi.
The iPhone should not appear as a drive on your computer, so there's no error there.

Elements 10 does not work and I have tried to uninstall it with the intention of re-installing. When I press un-install it tells me it is still uninstalling or changing the program but this has been happening for three hours? Windows installer is saying 'cancelling' the same for two hours. Update - I am manually un-installing because as I can't get photoshop to work - (it says it is scanning for updated and never stops -) I assume it is corrupt. I have selected it and then uninstalled - had no further options offered to me and now it is saying ' please wait until the current program is finished unistalling or being changed' I am totally confused. Now I am getting the message 'Install server not responding' Please help.

Camera not working and speakers not working

My camera on my droid razr quit working it just keeps saying camera cannot initialize...has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do about it?
(it also doesn't work on safe mode).
Also, my speakers are not working. I can't play music but sound works during phone calls/notification and on speaker phone.
This all happened after I downloaded the latest update a few months ago.

Liz have you Tried one of the Following, 1. A power cycle press and hold Power + Lower volume for 20 to 30 Sec. phone will shut off after the 20 to 30 sec. hold let off and let the phone re-power, 2. If that doesn't help the issue try a System Cache Clear, If the Issue after those two suggestion still is there then you may need to Factory Reset.
But try the First suggestion first and if takes care of the issue let me know if that did work.. i'll be on for a while b33

Earlier on in the day after just getting my phone today on contract with carephone warehouse i decided to do a little water test and take pics underwater , now the first thing i did was test the pressure of the device by going in the service menu and when i did it with flaps totaly firmmly close the pressure , so i fought well there shouldnt be any problems if i put it in like 6 inches of water in clean no redisidue sink ,now i checked the flaps 6 times bettore putting in water ,now at first i was working fine taking the pics and that thne after 3 mins i pulled out then wiped it clean next thing i know the screen stop working and after the device wont come on proper ie no screen displaying ,now I bouught this because of the amazing battery life and camera now this isnt a cheap pone so it should hold up to what it says it can do , im very disappointed
I cant afford to have pay for \a new and its not my fault any help guys?

My I phone needed to be restore according to itunes. But it was not able to restore due to error 28. I took my phone to a seller who opened my phone but he was not able to fix it. After that i find out that my warranty was lost and apple can not replace my phone although it is in the 1 year warrranty. I hve installed flash player(several times) and it will not work. programs using it tell me to install it...but it IS..I can see it in my programs list. I have tried ev everything in adobes suggestions. none work. I cannnot acess my Exfintiy or any games on Facebook. This stipid program has screwed up everything!! All of which worked last week!! Why is my microphone not working and wifi not being able to search for connections.

somebody please help. why is my microphone not working? i have replaced the charging port connector, and people cant hear me still. and my wifi ,even though its on, it still unable to search for conections even after i have repladed the wifi antenna. what can this be or what parts must i change out inorder to work.

i appreciate for the response, ummm, ill check the ring on the shield(is it the shield on theupper left side of the iphone 4 that protects all the ribbons?) and actually is backwards with the speake. i have two scenarios. on one iphone4, people can hear me, but when i put it on speaker p hone, they can't hear me. the other iPhone 4, people cant heare either in speaker mode or regular call. i have replaced.the speaker box, i have replaced.the mic/cable connector as well and nothing on either cases. for sure.there is no water damage. what can ot be?

IPhoto app not working and will not update.

My iPhoto app is not working on my MacBook Pro. I have version 9.3.2 of iPhoto and when i try get into it a message pops up saying "You can't use this version of the application "iPhoto" with this version of OS X." The app won't update either. When I try to update it it comes up that there is an error with the app store. Can anyone help!?

Did you upgrade the operating system on your MBP to Mavericks? If you have then that's why the 9.3.2 version of iPhoto won't run. Here's a screenshot showing which versions of iPhoto will work with Mavericks and those that won't:
If that's the case go to the App Store to download iPhoto 9.5.1 and install it.

Value Help Not Working and Values Not Showing in BPS0

I have custom characteristics transported from a BW 3.5 system to a NW2004s. I have maintained master data and activated master data. When I try to do the value help selection from inside maintain, I don't see the characteristic values. In BPS0 the values are not registering and the variables are failing cause they say there are no master data values. How to resolve?

I also noted the anomaly only occurs with custom characteristics, transported from a 3.5 system to a NW 2004s system and have NO attributes assigned to the characteristic. Those custom ones that have attributes show up fine.
