Camera on Nokia E6

Hi All!
Does anyone know how to turn off the camera tone on Nokia E6 cause after updating to Nokia Belle i don't know how to do it.

Have you removed microSD if present and tried camera application without it in case data corrupted?

Please is somewhere available a silent camera for Nokia 6220 Classic?
This 5 mb camera is great but it makes so horrible noice that it is impossible to take great photos while e.g. my puppy starts to follow that sound and stops playing!
It is no way to make this camera silent in this phone, but I know that a good program download would solve this problem.
Where might I download one?

Looks like they have disabled the ability to turn off camera sounds by disabling the warning tones. There are other solutions, but they also invalidate your warranty, hence we can't discuss them here.
Have a look at this link. The same applies in lots of other countries and the list gets longer by the day.

Mini CD that came with Nokia x6 and macbook pro

The mini cd that came with my Nokia X6 to install OVI on my macbook will not fit into the cd slot because it does not have the tray-loading player. what do i do?

Anyways over a period of time you need to download these from the site only so that you remain with the latest versions..and the Mini CD becomes redundant...

Camera on Nokia N8 stopped working

Hi, a few days ago I accidently dropped my phone and since then the camera has gone weird. When I look at the camera the shutter is not there and it looks like I'm about to take a photo. Its almost like the shutter is stuck. When I go onto my camera app there is no picture and it looks like I am in a dark room when I am not, but the options, exit and ect show up. I have dropped my phone a few other times especially on worse surfaces but this time it has just stopped working and I really want to get it fixed as I love this phone. Many thanks

You need to get it checked by Nokia Care technician..as most probably it looks like an Hardware issue ...

Problems with Camera on Nokia n73 music edition

I have a nokia n73 music edition and this is the issue
When I slide down bac cover to open camera sometimes the I don't get image from back camera at all but only from front.
Another this is that today I opened the camera and with the shouter I couldn't take pictures.
I pressed it but nothing occured.
I tried to update the software but no luck because it says that phone has newer software.
I also when I go to the Camera through the main menu then it shows the video of front camera

Format your memory card and try again. Remember to backup all your stuff in the memory card before formatting.
If you still have problems, then try these options one by one:
1. Turn off your phone and leave your battery out for 5-10min. Then, put them back in and turn on the phone.
2. Restore factory settings: type *#7780# at the standby screen. Enter 12345 for the security code or the one you've changed it to.
Before you try the next two steps, backup your phone memory using PC Suite.
3. Soft reset: type *#7370#. Enter the security code when prompted
4. Hard reset (Last resort, nothing else works): Turn off your phone, press and hold down these keys: 3, * and the call (Green) button. Turn on your phone without releasing them. Leave the keys only after you see the Nokia logo on the screen.
If none of these work, then take it to the nearest Nokia Care Point.

How to get Nokia Smart Cam on Nokia L720 after Amb...

Today I updated my Lumia 720 with Amber Update but I didn't get Nokia Smart Cam App. As I search no results are showing.
If I go with SysApp Pusher app or with QR Scan I got " this app is not available for your device. Tap here for more info"

Apparently Nokia has not (yet) made the app available for the 720. I'd suggest you contact Nokia Care using this link or ask on twitter through @nokiahelps

How to add safety cams to nokia maps

I don't know if this was posted before or not...
I live in Saudi Arabia and the locations of the speed cams are not listed or added to nokia maps
Is there any way i can add them manually to the app ?

Map reporter is use for long terms so changes will take effect in upcoming versions or updates .
What i'm talking about is an easy - spontaneous method that i can use to upload new data to my built in nokia maps ( in my case coordinates of speed cams and redlight cams ) .

I tried this a few times and it did not work for me. I also tried soft and hard rest as well without any luck. Is there any other way to fix this problem?? I tried updating the fireware as well, and nothing worked for me.

Lumia 1520 - Microsoft Camera vs Nokia Camera

What is the difference? Burst mode is only in Microsoft camera. Does Microsoft Camera app take pictures in both 5MP and 16MP? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I checked and Nokia Camera is Still Nokia Camera it seems
I am guessing that you refer to the stock Camera app for Windows Phone as 'Microsoft Camera'. This app has no support for Pureview so I would guess it only takes 5MP images. Not sure though but on my 1020 it does..

Latest Nokia Camera and Nokia Camera Beta won't ta...

Did anybody noticed that the latest Nokia Camera and its beta version won't tag photos taken using smart sequence if it was not reviewed on the spot?
The previous Nokia Camera before the last update was ok. I'm not sure if this could be due to the latest Nokia Storyteller that messed up existing stories. I already uninstalled Nokia Storyteller but still face the same issue.

Nokia Storyteller Beta and Nokia Camera were both updated in the last couple of days, so it might pay to check out these and see if they resolve your issues.

Camera button Nokia 6131

The camera button on my Nokia 6131 is on the side of the phone and is easily pressed by accident. This leads to the camera going on to standby in either my pocket or the belt holder and draining the battery. It is possible to lock this button off? - Angus.

Lock the keypad.
This is achieved on most Nokia phones by pressing the left menu key and then the '*' key in quick succession.
Do the same again to unlock the keypad.

Remove N-Gage that came with Nokia N95 firmware ve...

I've noticed that when you uninstall the N-Gage aplication,
it leaves in the Nokia N95's read only memory (ROM,)
the aplication ngiinstaller.exe, this causes a death link in the
aplication menu called Games.
How do I remove this link, it's no longer needed, they sould'nt even putted the N-Gage standard in the firmware, the link does'nt delete by hand, only says that it is not removable.

Unfortunately several devices affected since Belle FP2, although upon my 808 I can still use camera with Camera Pro or Silent Film Director for Video ironically.

Front cam in nokia e 71

I jus want to clarify whether there is a front side cam provided in the e 71.
if so how to activate it n use it.

Yes it does have one.
It is for use in video calls as the quality of it is too poor to be used for photos.
On some models the front camera can be used by going to camera > options > use secondary camera but not all models support that feature.
