After taking the photo the camera turns itself off and the screen goes blank. I guessed the camera roll was full so moved photos and deleted from the phone. Same problem continues ... can you offer any help? Thanks.

I proved it with complete accuracy.
It happens as long as the Network Mode is set to either 3G or Dual Mode, regardless the presence and strength of GSM signal.
Guess the trouble when you are driving and talking at the phone or using it as GPS device.
All of a sudden it turns itself off and reboot/restarts.
My E7 has Symbian Anna version 022.014
I was wondering if this *serious* problem has been recognized and fixed yet.

Welcome to the Nokia forum.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues with your E7. Try a hard reset by entering *#7370# into your phone. The default security code is 12345. Don't forget to make a back up of your data as well so that you can easily move everything back onto the device after the reset. You can make a back up with Nokia Suite
If this doesn't fix it, reinstall the current software with Nokia Suite. This should solve any errors in the phone. Belle will be rolling out soon as well, so if reinstalling Anna doesn't work you can try Belle instead, when it becomes available.
If, after trying all the above, the phone keeps switching itself off, I would definitely recommend bringing it to a local care centre where they can check it out and fix the issue for you. Your phone has a 24 month warranty period so this won't cost you anything.
You can find a local care centre by visiting your local Nokia web page and clicking on the Support tab. To find out the expiry date of your warranty, you can call your local care line. The only thing you need is your IMEI, which you can find by entering *#06# into your phone. The phone number for your local care line can also be found under the Support tab on your local Nokia web page.

The phone turns itself off every night

Every night my iPhone 4 turns itself off so that nobody can call me, and I do not receive any messages. If someome calls me, they are told that I can not be reached. To "open" the phone again, I have to make a call. Then it works all right the rest of the day. But the next morning it is "closed" again. It is a new phone. I complained and I got a new one, but it has the same problem.

IOS7 - After taking a photo the lock screen zooms in and I can not enter my password. Does anyone know why?

Everytime I take a photo on my phone either when it is locked or not, when I come back to my phone to use it next the lock screen has zoomed in and I can not enter my password. I have to either switch the phone off or keep playing with the side button. Its only happened since iOS7 has been installed. Can anyone help?

On the Home screen, double-tap with three fingers to exit zoom.
Then go to Settings > General > Accessibility and make sure Zoom is turned Off.

Photo Stream keeps turning itself off in Aperture?

Anyone having trouble in Lion with Aperture 3.22 where, almost every time I start Aperture, I find Photo Stream has been turned off again?

If you are completely confident that you didn't hide it, then you purchased those with different apple id. If you completely confident that you purchases with same apple id then you have hidden it. One of the other or you are speaking about a miracle. While miracles are possible they are not very likely. Remember

MBP turns itself off just 2 seconds after I turn it on

Hi,
Since yesterday my 15" MacBook Pro (older model)cannot boot. When I turn it on, I hear the fan starting, the white light lits up, and after 2 seconds (hence before the Mac startup sound), the laptop turns itself off! With this same typical sound on the left hand side corner as when you force it off by pushing the power button for 10s (which I didn't do here).
I've tried the recommendations on the help page http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1365?viewlocale=en_US. I've also checked if the RAM was properly in place. And of course, I tried with and without the MagSafe and the battery.
When I turn the MacBook Pro on and keep the power button pressed, it stays on for like 5 seconds, until the white light flashes 3 times, then after another second or so, turns itself off again.
What's going on?

IIRC, the three flashes (used to be beeps) indicates bad RAM. Do you have any other compatible RAM available to try?

Most likely you have Office 2004 which are PPC-only applications and will not work in Lion. Upgrade to Office 2011. Other alternatives are:
Apple's iWork suite (Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.)
Open Office (Office 2007-like suite compatible with OS X.)
NeoOffice (similar to Open Office.)
LibreOffice (a new direction for the Open Office suite.)

Camera closes after taking a picture & pic not saved

Hi there,
My iPhone has worked fine but now when taking a picture the camera closes and the phone doesn't appeared to have saved the photo at all. Nothing in the Camera Roll album!
I have tried shutting the phone off and powering up again but still experiencing the same issue.
Phone has the latest 1.1.4 firmware

Yes I'm having the same problems. Taking pictures, then only seeing faint squares on the camera roll, with not pictures. When trying to raise photo, camera goes back to setting. This is my 4th Iphone, first one I purchased, took 100 pictures and downloaded them on a Dell Laptop, then faint squares on Camera roll showed up, taking it back to an Apple store in Louisville, Ky, getting a new phone, doing the same thing to a second party, another 100 photos, downloaded them, and again no pics, just empty squares, then I sent it to Apple, got a loaner service phone, and loaner phone wouldn't take pictures either, got a brand new phone from Apple service, invoice saying "replaced with new unit", and it again would not take pictures. 4 phones, and two service phones, and the last one a brand new phone from Apple service direct to my ole Indiana home, and still it doens't take and then store pictures, does just what the other phones have done, nothing different, still doesn't work, still doesn't take pictures, still not I wanted, and I'm going to keep trying. Camera Problems after 2.3 Update

Hi Folks,
My Xperia X10 was updated with 2.3 prior to my receiving it from the wireless team at work. The camera is behaving as if it is not the correct version, or can't be run properly by the phone. The symptoms are:
When the camera app is started, there is a long delay before it actually opens.
When I press any on-screen icon (to change the resolution or scene type, etc...) there will be a long delay between each menu coming up, so long that the error always pops up saying: "Sorry! Activity Camera (in application Camera) is not responding. Force close / Wait. I can click 'wait' and eventually the menu is accessable and I can make my choice.
The main problem is when I try to take a photo. When I first press the picture button half way, it should turn the photo target box green while the proper lighting and focus settings are applied, after which I would push the button all the way and take the picture. In stead, when I press the button (half way or all the way) all icons on the camera go away, and will not come back after the button is no longer depressed. I simply have to quit the camera app from there.
Is there some problem with 2.3 and the camera app? Any suggestions for a fix would be much appreciated.

step 1:
open your default camera application and dont close it.
step 2:
flick the rear camera using your finger at the top side and the back side of the camera lens,
and that same time too try to tap your screen to help your camera to force/help/make auto focus function to work.
and now your camera + auto focus is working!!

Cam problem after ios 7 update

After ios7 update, I have some cam problems.
I can not manage to turn on the cam perf ectly when I slide the screen for using cam or when I press on the cam icon.
I have to try more than 5 times to turn i t on, then sometimes I succeed.
Can someone tell me the problem, is this a temporary problem or should I have to send my phone to a service?

I tried reset, restart and restore!
But it is still the same. When I turn on the camera to shoot photo, it is still blury and there is no view.
I have to press sleep button and come to lock screen to use the camera 5 or 6 times. After these actions, I can barely manage to turn on the camera to shoot photos.
Is this hardware or software problem?

If you are having an issue with your iPhone's camera not functioning, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -
iPhone: Hardware troubleshooting
Specifically -
Camera isn't functioning or has undesired image quality
If the screen shows a closed lens or black image, force quit the Camera app.
If you do not see the Camera app on the Home screen, try searching for it in Spotlight. If the camera does not show up in the search, check to make sure that Restrictions are not turned on by tappingSettings > General > Restrictions.
Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from any obstructions. Use a microfiber polishing cloth to clean the lens.
Cases can interfere with the camera and the flash. Try gently cleaning the lens with a clean dry cloth or removing the case if you see image or color-quality issues with photos.
Try turning iPhone off and then back on.
Tap to focus the camera on the subject. The image may pulse or briefly go in and out of focus as it adjusts.
Try to remain steady while focusing:
Still images: Remain steady while taking the picture. If you move too far in any direction, the camera automatically refocuses to the center.
Note: If you take a picture with iPhone turned sideways, it is automatically saved in landscape orientation.
Video: Adjust focus before you begin recording. You can also tap to readjust focus while recording. Exiting the Camera application while recording will stop recording and will save the video to the Camera Roll.
Note: Video-recording features are not available on original iPhone or iPhone 3G.
If your iPhone has a front and rear camera, try switching between them to verify if the issue persists on both.
