Camileo X200 - alert "Invalid" appears while recording

Hi
I've got a Camileo X200 camcorder screen and if I record more than 3 minutes or so of video it says "Invalid" in red writing on a white background on the screen.
If I put the memory card in the computer, there's a file on the card and it's size matches what how long I've been trying to record for i.e if I record for 8 minutes I get roughly double what I get after recording for 4 minutes.
I've tried playing the files on the computer in various players and with various codecs to see if that helped, but nothing plays the files the camera creates.
Recording for a minute of so everything is fine, the video and sound are there and everything looks, runs and sounds as I'd expect, it's only when I record over 3 minutes of video that the problem occurs.
I've tried
- different memory cards of sizes from 1 to 32 Gb
- formatting the cards into NTFS, FAT and FAT32
- formatting the cards on the camera
- formatting the cards on different computers
- taking the battery and memory card out and letting it depower for a week
- reset it to factory settings
It's been like this since I bought it. It was new in a sealed box and I would have returned it but the seller mysteriously disappeared and is uncontactable. Any help would be appreciated.

I think this alert means that the SD card is too low of speed or contains corrupted files.
The way to solve these conditions is to format the SD card by the camcorder instead of PC
In case this does not help to solve this problem, you should use the SD/SDHC or SDXC card which supports an higher recording speed (higher SD card class)

Invalid Leaf Count Record

When I repaired my startup disk with Disk Utility, an invalid leaf count record error was reported. From looking at other posts, it appears that one of the recommended things to do for this is trying to repair the issue with Disk Utility. I tried this using Disk Utility 4.1. I replaced my directory with the rebuilt directory. Unfortunately, when I started back up from my install CD and ran Repair Disk, the invalid leaf count record error was reported again.
Any advice would be much appreciated... maybe I did something wrong.

First, I realized that I had the error message wrong. I should have wrote "Invalid Leaf Record Count" originally instead of "Invalid Leaf Count Record". I doubt this makes a difference, but just in case there it is.
Secondly, I am running 10.3.9 and have been doing so for quite some time. My understanding based on this is that DiskWarrior 4.1 should work. I took your advice and tried running DiskWarrior again. As I did previously, I simply booted from DiskWarrior because the disk I am trying to fix is my startup disk. I rebuilt and replaced the directory with DiskWarrior 4.1 again. As a matter of fact, I ran it multiple times while I had it going. I even ran it under the scavenge mode.
After doing this, I restarted the computer, ejected the DiskWarrior disc, and put in my install disc that came with my iMac. I booted from this CD and reran "Repair Disk" with Disk Utility. The error stills shows up. One thing to note is that my install disc came with 10.3.5 on it. Could this somehow cause a problem? My understanding is that you should always use an install disc for the major OS version you are running to run the "Repair Disk" function of Disk Utility. For example use an install disc for 10.3 if you are trying to repair a disk running 10.3.x or use an install disc for 10.4 if you are trying to repair a disk running 10.4.x.
Prior to ever running DiskWarrior, I used the fsck command from single-user mode. Interestingly, the error did not show up here. I thought the "Repair Disk" function with Disk Utility was similar to this command, but maybe there is enough variation to cause the difference. Do you guys have any idea, which one I should trust?
Let me know if any of this is incorrect. Any other suggestions regarding this error would be welcomed. I don't really understand what the error itself means. For now, I guess I will just leave it since I don't really know what else to do. Maybe in the future it will get worse and DiskWarrior will recognize it... I know that's asking for a problem!

Can I use Toshiba Camileo x200 with AC power supply?

I'd like to buy the Toshiba Camileo x200 camcorder, but I have a big issue : its autonomy.
According to my research it can record only 100 min while a 32Gb SD card allows more than 5 hours.
So my question is simple : if i want to use this camcorder in a single place, can I use the AC adapter when i use the camcorder?

It is OK. I didnt want to spend a lot of money so I bought H30. I have it almost 2 years now. It is perfect for recording outside but movie quality recording inside is not so good.

Some fields are missing while recording through shdb

I am doing bdc for F-27 t.code.Some fields,cobl-gsber(business area),cobl-kostl(Cost center) are missing while recording through SHDB.But when do it manualy the fields are displaying.Also i have ddded those fields manualy in the program,stll the fields are not getting captured.May anyone pls help me,why this problem is happening?What is the solution for this.

i can tell u that few transactions wont suffice us with BDC,so for such transactions we do bdc with similar kind of transactions.
ie., The transactions FB60 and f-63 both are meant for Parking.
But we cant do bdc for FB60 Parking. So we do bdc for f-63.
similarly when we do bdc for vendor few fields wont appear...in that case, we use bapi for it....
So try to find an appropriate bapi or similar tcode which will suffice ur need

Difference in Exchange appears while clearing account 1212000 where no foreign currency is used.
Problem description: as one of my activities is clearing of account 1212000. On this account loan interests and its payment are recorded. All amounts are posted in EUR. No DIE should be recognized and while clearing this account there should be no impact on P&L:
However while clearing (doc no 20000503801 Difference in exchange in amount of 13.567,40 EUR (equal to 18.336,73 USD) were posted automatically on account 5432100.
As I have noticed while August closing this Diference in exchange will be automatically reversed late evening while valuation report is running:

What is the reason that Difference in exchange appears for transactions performed in one currency. Is it designed on purpose or is it a spin-off effect of performed upgrade? Before upgrade there was not such an issue.
1.In case if these Difference in exchange remains will it be always reversed automatically while valuation?

Yes, the SAP note is very helpful and it is indeed due to the one of the tax condition being processed and therefore its tax code flow down to the other non tax items.
I have tried to shift up the conditon type before the tax condition in the procedure, but i realised that it generate billing errors.
Initially, the sequence in my PP is
270     0     ZGX1     GST Pseudo 1
280     0     ZGSX     GST Exclusive
290     0     ZGXA     GST Absorb
300     0     ZGX2     GST Pseudo 2
310     0     ZGX3     GST Pseudo Diff.
The tax code comes from ZGSX, which is created as a tax condition type using ZGST as reference.
I tried to shift ZGX2 to step 275 below ZGX1 so that it will not inherit the tax code from ZGSX, but it gives billing error.
I tried moving ZGX1 down to step 295, but it also give billing errors.
When I removed the reference to ZGST for ZGX1, and change the calculation type to formula, it removes the billing errors. But I got zero values for both ZGX1 and ZGX2, even if i read table with key KSCHL = 'ZGSX'. I tried 'ZGST' with no success also. Good news is, the tax code in ZGX2 is gone.
Strangely, if i change the condition type of ZGX2 to reference to ZGST, and use the same formula as ZGX1, it does not gives billing error. But ZGX1 continue to be empty.
Can someone help me on this?

While recording a guitar do not record the output from other tracks

I'm an audition/recording newbie. I have Audition CC. I have recorded one guitar track. and now I'd like to record another one. The problem is that when I try to record it the output from the other one gets recorded as well. I do want to hear the output from the first track while recording track 2 but I want only to record my guitar playing in track 2.

The basic problem here is not actually caused by Audition, but by your sound device mixer, which appears to be letting you record everything you hear - so that will be the guitar part you are playing, and also the replayed tracks that you've already recorded. In Windows, the fix for this is generally to make sure that the recording source is set to be just the input you are using, and not 'what you hear' or whatever it is on your device. The playback part of the mixer should let you monitor both the wav playback and your source, which is what you need to be doing - it's only the record settings you need to look at.
If you are using a Mac though, I can't help you because I don't know anything about how they work from that POV, but I'd imagine that it must be similar.

C2-01, no way to see duration while recording vide...

Just bought a new C2-01 with the latest firmware, 11.40. You know C2 is a S40 phone. Unlike other S40 phones, i've just noticed that it DOES NOT show the remaining time count (based on free space) while recording Video. This important feature seems missing!
Has any C2-01 owners noticed this? What's wrong with Nokia!!?

Lol! It's a 'missing' feature that Nokia has hidden, or a bug because of being forgetten to implement, again by Nokia develeopers. It's no joy about being a 'high-end' device. The remaining time count costs just a few lines code in firmware, but i feel Nokia has intentionally decided not to put this simple feature to this model that 'should' appear during recording video like in other S40 phones.

The client inside works fine internally and through vpn. Login with external client also working fine. But we are getting error in MRCA as follows.
a) While testing remote connectivity for lync getting error : The certificate couldn't be validated because SSL negotiation wasn't successful. This could have occurred as a result of a network error or because of a problem with the certificate installation.
Certificate was installed properly.
b) For remote web test under Lync throws error : A Web exception occurred because an HTTP 502 - BadGateway response was received from IIS7.

Photo Booth froze while recording video and did not save

Hi-
I was in the middle of recording a video on Photo Booth for a school project. Before you go any further- I now know that I should have used iMovie or Quick Time to record, but I was having the same problem with freezing/lagging video. So I decided on using Photo Booth because it is what I am most familiar with.
It was about a 20 minute video and I noticed that the picture would freeze every so often, even right after I began recording, so I know it is not a size issue. I also do not have anything in my Photo Booth tray or library, so I know I have enough space.
Here's my issue: I pressed stop when I was done recording. But I got the infamous "spinning wheel of death." It didn't go away, even after 10 minutes so I force quit. I have located the recording in Finder. It says the name of the video, and the size, but the thumbnail is just the default QuickTime icon, not an icon.
How do I recover this? It's extremely important that I do. Hoping EZ Jim will respond! Thank you so much in advance.

Yes, you should have. Do so in future recordings that are important or longer than a couple of minutes.

Because your problem is the same with all three video recording applications, we can rule out application software as the cause of your trouble. Here are some possible causes and what you can do to try to solve them:
(1) Video recording is processor intensive. If you are also running many more apps than only the video app while you are recording, your Mac's processor may be working near its limit.
Restarting your Mac before recording video ensures you will not have interference from multiple user accounts or widgets (unless they are included as  > System Preferences... > Account > Login iTems.
Remember that things like widgets and automatic checks for Mail, TimeMachine backups, iCal alarms, etc., and other background activities also add to your Mac's workload. The actions for the apps mentioned (and for most other such apps) can be disabled in "Preferences" for the apps that control them.
Disconnect all peripherals while you are recording video, and make your record monitoring window as small as possible. These suggestions help reduce processor power requirements while recording.
(2) Installing the maximum amount of RAM your MBP can use may help you. Your retailer can help you check what you have and install more if necessary.
(3) Alternatively, the cause of your symptoms May lie in your system software.
Consider the information in OS X Mountain Lion: If your Mac runs slowly. It applies equally to your OS X Lion system.
If you are not already running the latest Lion version, apply the OS X Lion Update 10.7.5 (Client Combo) update.)

Neither freeze timing nor Photo Booth tray or library space tells you whether your startup disk has enough free ("Available") space for best operation.
Use your Mac's Finder > File > Get Info menu command to check available free space. Be sure you have LOTS of room (I keep 75% of my disk space free when recording video) on your MBP's disk.
Capture your movie clips on your MBP's startup disk rather than on an external drive which is almost certainly slower.

0. What Lion version number you are using? You can find the version with the  > About This Mac menu command.
1. Are you recording your video subjects in bright lighting?
2. Did your Mac ever record video properly? If so, what happened immediately before the problem first appeared? (new software, hardware, etc?)
3. How much free space is "Available" on your startup disk?
4. How much RAM is installed in your Mac?
5. If you added RAM, what brand (Apple, Crucial, Other World, etc.) did you install?
6. Have you used Apple Hardware Test to verify your RAM is all working? (If you don't know how to use AHT, see your MBP's User Guide.)
We will offer more specific suggestions based on the details in your response.

Click while recording deselects itself

I'm relatively new to Logic 7 (I've been a Pro Tools and DP user for years) and am having an odd problem with the midi "click while recording" option. A producer friend who is a long-time Logic user has the same issue, so I know it's not just my newbie-ness that's at work here. Here's how it plays out:
We click and hold the metronome button in the transport bar to bring up the metronome setting preferences window, and after dialing all the necessary midi path stuff, select "click while recording". We deselect the countoff and click during playback options, and close the box. We begin recording and all is well. Then we stop, and when we start recodring again, about half of the time the click is off. We return to the dialog to find "click while recording" has deslected itself, so we re-select it and close the box. Another pass, all is well, stop, hit record again, and then the problem repeats itself...or not...about 50% either way. Needless to say this means we end up checking the preference box before every record pass, which is a major PITA.
So, does anyone else have this problem and know a soultion for it? Thanks in advance...

Sony ICD PX312 screen goes blank and stops while recording

Hi,
i have two Sony ICD PX312 and sometimes while recording it stops by itself. I have Auto Switch Off disabled and i have tried with different batteries. It is quite umpredictable. Sometimes happen, other times not. Aobut 10 o 20% of the times. And it goes off a any time after the beginning of recording.
The problem appears in both of the units i have.

If the Integrated Chip (IC) recorder is not recording, stops recording or will not record to a specific file, follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue:
NOTE: Because each of these steps represents a possible solution to this issue, check the recording status after completing each step.
Make sure that the volume control is adjusted correctly.
Check the display for the available recording memory.
Verify the HOLD function is not activated.
If applicable to your model, make sure the VOR function is set to OFF.
Verify that the OPR indicator illuminates when recording.
Adjust the MIC sensitivity setting.
Install a new battery.
The troubleshooting steps listed above should resolve your issue. If you have completed all of the steps and the issue is not resolved, service may be required.

Split Tracks While Recording w/MediaSource Play

I'm converting some cassettes using MediaSource Player. Can I split tracks while recording, i.e. record the whole cassette and then split that into individual tracks? I've done that with Microsoft Plus!, but can't seem to find that functionality with MediaSource. Also--if I want the absolute best quality recording of the cassettes, am I right in thinking I'd select WAV stereo, w/96.00 kHZ and 24 bits? The cassettes are li've recordings that I'd like to?have professionally mixed in a studio and then released as CD's, so I need the optimal "starting point" as far as the digital files are concerned. Yes, recording at 24/96 wave is the best that you can go with.
If you have one of the Creative sound cards, check whether you have the Creative Smart Recorder application. It has a split track function.

Error message while recording a vocal track

If you are running your query in Web Portal, it seems your web portal is not defined in RFC connection with system. Ask BASIS to connect it.
Also, You can run your report in RSRT with ABAP Web option and check if it is working on ABAP engine.
