Pourquoi Apple ne prête aucun appareil durant le temps de réparation de appareil défectueux ?
Apple sait le faire dans d'autres cas !
Le client a été pénalisé de longue date par ce dysfonctionnement avant qu'Apple ne se décide a rappeler les produits et en plus il faut avoir la possibilité de se passer de téléphone pendant 15 jours.

Vu sous cet angle effectivement !
Au demeurant au delà des clauses "contractuelles", le prêt d'un matériel se pratique ;

Assurez-vous également n'ya pas de saleté ou de débris dans le connecteur du câble et du port.
Utilisez un cure-dent en bois et appuyez vers le bas sur les broches sur la fin de l'ordinateur du câble, ils sont à ressort et parfois coincés.
Parfois, le port d'entrée peut passer hors de l'alignement, ou il ya un problème avec un autre composant
Si cela ne résout pas le porter pour un fournisseur de services agréé Apple

Après la mise à jour de Maverick, le bouton marche arret de mon MAC mettait ce dernier en veille ce qui m'allait très bien
Maintenant une action sur ce même bouton ne fait rien sauf si je le maintien appuyé pour obtenir l''arret
Si semble que cela se produise suite aux dernières mises à jour???
Est ce que quelqu'un connait la solution à ce petit problème

New iphones in march

i will be buying a new iphone in march [ my fist one ] i was wondering will this new phone have ios 7 include and will it have any more upgrades from the iphone 5 , because this will probably be my first iphone purchase and last , i want to have the best available when i puchase , can anyone who can help anconfirmed apple devotee since purchasing my first apple product in november [ iad 4 ] and im sold on apple , i feel safe anf love apple products , wont go back , so ant infomative help will be appreciated , cheers dillon.

If you were a true "anconfirmed apple devotee", you would know that Apple doesn't pre-announce new products.
You'll have to wait like everyone else to find out when the next iPhone is announced and the features it will have.
You should also know that Apple forbids speculating about future products in these forums.

Bought iPhone in March 2010 - possible to upgrade or buy the new iphone 4?

Can it be possible to upgrade or buy the iPhone 4 without canceling my A&TT plan? I got the iPhone 3GS and the unlimited plan in March 2010.

From what i understand, Jobs stated at the WWDC that ANYONE under an expiring 2010 contract (expiring within 6 months of iPhone 4 release), At&t is allowing us to upgrade to the iPhone 4. Here's the exact quote and the link to the press article --

Windows on Intel Macs
There are presently several alternatives for running Windows on Intel Macs.
1. Install the Apple Boot Camp software. Purchase Windows XP w/Service Pak2, Vista, or Windows 7. Follow instructions in the Boot Camp documentation on installation of Boot Camp, creating Driver CD, and installing Windows. Boot Camp enables you to boot the computer into OS X or Windows.
2. Parallels Desktop for Mac and Windows XP, Vista Business, Vista Ultimate, or Windows 7. Parallels is software virtualization that enables running Windows concurrently with OS X.
3. VM Fusionand Windows XP, Vista Business, Vista Ultimate, or Windows 7. VM Fusion is software virtualization that enables running Windows concurrently with OS X.
4. CrossOver which enables running many Windows applications without having to install Windows. The Windows applications can run concurrently with OS X.
5. VirtualBox is a new Open Source freeware virtual machine such as VM Fusion and Parallels that was developed by Solaris. It is not as fully developed for the Mac as Parallels and VM Fusion.
Note that Parallels and VM Fusion can also run other operating systems such as Linux, Unix, OS/2, Solaris, etc. There are performance differences between dual-boot systems and virtualization. The latter tend to be a little slower (not much) and do not provide the video performance of the dual-boot system. See MacTech.com's Virtualization Benchmarking for comparisons of Boot Camp, Parallels, and VM Fusion. Boot Camp is only available with Leopard or Snow Leopard. Iphone 5s écran bleu, reboot

J'ai un Iphone 5s depuis 2 mois.
Durant c'est deux mois j'ai eu deux mises à jour (version actuelle 7.1.1)
Mon probléme est le suivant :
sans aucune raison et utilisation particulière, l'écran devient noir avec l'icone apple puis devient tout bleu, aucun des boutons ne fonctionnent à ce moment là
la solution trouvé est de faire un reboot en appuyant en meme temps sur le bouton home et marche/arret
J'ai trouvé des forums qui ont le meme souci du à Iwork, une application que je n'utilise pas

Could it be the A7 64 bit and logic board is too much cpu for the 4 inch sized phone ? Usually bsod's happen for any of a number of reasons ? Defect in a memory register ? Not enough battery power ? Short somewhere ? The iPhone 5s is passively cooled. Then there's always a buggy application ? There was a day when G4 and G5 Apple computers ran much warmer than pc cpu's from Intel & AMD ? Thus a reason why Apple moved to Intel cpu's ? The A7 is also going to power the next gen iPad ? Perhaps even the MacAir ultralight notebooks. Makes no sense to not have more powerful cpu & infrastructure to power those ? Any smartphone that is passively cooled uses the aluminum case to cool and dissipate the heat over the entire unit and use the smartphone as a 4 inch cpu cooler ? I have a HTC One and when I use an after market battery charger, the larger battery sets off overheat warnings during charging, especially with a Otterbox case cover to smother and keep the heat in. The One has a 4.7 inch aluminum case and larger battery too, might cool better but not as effectively as anticipated in a design. No bsod's but it does get quite warm on a hot summer day at times.

How can I sync my iphone from itunes? It seems to be "blocked"

Hi! I bought my iphone on march in NY & when I came back to argentina and configured it, I discovered it isn't able to sync music, videos or photos from itunes. I also have an Ipad but I've never had problems with it. I don't know what to do. When I press the sync button it just doesn't download the files to the iphone. I 've tried to manually choose the music I wanted to sync, but I'm not able to press the buttons as they don't seem to work. Also, on the phone it shows there's no music files.

IPhone 4 - extreme errors downloading iOS 5

Hello, please help me!
My name is John and I am 16 years old.
I attempted to download iOS 5 a few hours ago, and have since been dragged through a series of errors. My ability to recount every error along the way is impaired, and I hope that the information I am able to provide will be enough.
I plugged in my iPhone 4 and began the download process for iOS 5. I had to leave the room for about 20 minutes. When I left, I "think" my iPhone was in the process of backing up. When I returned, the screen on my laptop had gone black. I moved the mouse and found I was at my login screen. I typed in my password, and was returned to the screen, where an error message informed me something about there being an issue backing up or restoring my iPhone's content. the error tag (-50) was at the end.
I've since gone through a quadzillion amount of steps, nearly all of which I have forgotten, and am now at this point:
EDIT: When I clicked "John's iPhone" page again, I can see all of my phones information. If I click Restore, it asks me if I want to back up my settings. Before I had been clicking Back up, and kept arriving at the same error. If I click don't Back Up, it warns me that if I restore my iphone to factory settings, all of my media and other data will be erased. I obviously don't want that... but do I have to do it?
When I plug in my device, the page under "John's iPhone" is titled: Set Up Your iPhone. I can set it up as a new iPhone, or restore from backup. My only two backups are some time during march, and an option for a few minutes ago. The option from a few minutes ago would probably be the backup of an empty, content-less iPhone. Earlier I was able to view the amount of data stored on my iPhone, and it told me that it was empty.
Anyway, the main issue right now is, when I try to restore from the backup of my iphone from march and a few minutes ago, I get the error message: "iTunes could not restore the iPhone "John's iPhone" because the backup session failed".
At this point I am going crazy.
MY IPHONE ITSELF is at the stage where when I press the home button, the big word "iPhone" appears with the scroll bar at the bottom reading "slide to set up" in a million different languages. I then choose to enable location services, choose a wifi network, and either setup a new iphone, restore from icloud backup, or restore from itunes backup. I choose iTunes backup. I click next, and it tells me "connect to itunes"
I am connected to itunes. I am being bombarded with this error message and have no idea what to do. I'm afraid all of my contacts and images have been lost. Please help ASAP. I appreciate it so much.

If this is on the actual download from itunes then this is an issue with your ISP.
If this is on installing the IOS to your phone (after extracting file), then it could be a security software issue.

IPhone 6 bottom speaker quiet

I bought my iPhone in March, I've not had any problems with it apart from every so often the sounds decide to suddenly become quieter. This includes camera shutter sound, lock noise, notifications etc etc. When the phone is restarted it goes back to normal and the sound is at the volume it should be, however after a while (this could be 30 mins or up to a few days) the dound level goes back down again. I know a restart is only a minute or so job however it's getting quite annoying.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Note - I'm running 8.3 and it has done it on the previous software version.

First try a restore using iTunes. If you have a software problem then it will be solved. If you have a true hardware problem you can go to a cell phone repair shop or talk to Apple to see what they can do to help.

Error Occured Installing iOS 5.1 on my iPhone 4S, how do i fix this?

I was able to download iOS 5.1 via wifi on my iphone since March 7, but after downloading, it keeps on saying that an error occured installing iOS 5.1. How can I fix this? been trying to download it on my pc but it takes a while. the file is almost 1GB unlike ota update on my iphone, its just 183MB.

Next step in troubleshooting is a reset. You hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will restart. This will not have any affect on your data. If this doesn't help, the next step is a restore, however before I did this, I would call the carrier. Most SMS/MMS issues can be traced to the carrier. They may have to reset SMS on their end.

Je ai Fait en puissance + maison et il me Demande de me CONNECTEUR sur itunes.
