Campaign not working in 8.1

I created the campaign in the Weblogic workshop 8.1 as per the steps specified in the tutorial but the campaign does not work at all. Can someone pls tell me how to create a campaign & place it on the placeholder. What type of content search query should this placeholder have? Pls guide me through creating a campaign & deploying it.

If I am understanding you correctly, it sounds like Siri may be cutting you off when you are attempting to speak to her. Here is a suggestion for how to resolve this issue, from the link below:

Control when Siri listens. Instead of letting Siri notice when you stop talking, you can continue to hold down the Home button while you speak, and release it when you finish.

Campaign hyperlinks not working

Good Afternoon,
We are currently installing WEB CRM 6 and are experiencing a problem that was first added to the forum several months ago (see below). Does anybody know if this continues to be a known problem? We have been unable to create any valid links thus far. Sending individual e-mails from a campaign does however create the links correctly.
"When sending an email campaign that has hyperlinks to websites in the layout of the campaign, the link starts with /common/controls/link.ashx?subscriberid=32&campaignid=24&link=http: when it is received. As a result, the links do not work. Can anybody help please?"

I just worked this issue out with a customer. We put the domain name with the http:// in the Admin->Setup->Config Settings->Messaging->Web Site field. (http://www.YOURDOMAIN.com) We also had to restart the Web Tools Messaging Service for this change to take affect.
Note: If you leave the http:// off, your links may not work in Outlook 2003 and older email clients. Won't work on yahoo mail either.

Re-execution of campaign Automation Not working

We are using Campaign Automation Process to execute Multi Wave
Campaigns with Campaign Elements.When i use the "Start Process" button
in the Campaign Automation Graphical Modeler to execute the Campaign, it
works fine for the first time.However if i again re-execute the Campaign
Process using "Start Process" button in the Campaign Automation Applet
modeler,re-execution fails and it says that the "Execution of Campaign XXXXXXX has already
started" and "Campaign was not started".Please note that i have re-triggered the execution process only after the First execution has been successfully done.
Is it not possible to re-execute the Campaign once it has been already
executed using Campaign Automation Process?May be i have missed some customizing steps.
We are using SAP CRM 7.0.Any help will be appreciated.

Two report join not working

I have two reports: Lead History(registered reciepents) and Campaign Reciepents History(email click-thru reciepents) with columns Full Name, Company/Account Name, and Job Title. I want to do a join that pull out the click-thru's that registered. Union and Union All gives me everything, Minus gives me just the click-thru's, and Intersect gives me nothing. What complicated join can I do to make this possible?

First, you are right - I am using the 17" MacBook Pro (but not the ltest version).
Second, I looked in the Library folders and found Sidetrack in the Startup items. I deleted it (although I had already removed it from the Startup items in the System Preferences.
Third, I reset the PRAM.
However the 2-finger scrolling is still not working. I did notice (and I don't know if this is something new) that the cursor is now immobile when trying to use two fingers although it is fine with one finger. It as though the trackpad recognizes that two fingers are different from one, but it doesn't know what to do with two-fingers.
On a more general note, thank you all for your interest and quick responses. But...what should I try next? Apple suggests resetting the Power Management.

Custom Attributes in Target Group Email Campaign Not Refreshed

We have a campaign sending emails to a target group of BPs. To fill our custom attributes with values we have implemented our code in badi CRM_IM_ADD_DATA_BADI method CRM_IM_BPSELE. We tested our code using the Test Send feature from the email form and all worked fine.
But when we ran the campaign in the background for a Target Group with multiple BPs it would not work correctly, our attribute values were incorrect.
We discovered while debugging the job, that the badi gets run once for each BP, but the attribute values from the previous BP do NOT get refreshed. In fact there are 2 entire sets of attribute records in the CT_ATT_VALUES table parameter. Each time through it multiplies by another set of our attributes.
I have put code in the badi as a workaround that deletes the previously filled attributes for the previous BP, but I'd like to figure out what is causing this problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am facing the similar problem.
Though the BADi is not used for these two mails (it is used in some other mail forms), it is actually called in 'CRM_ERMS_MAIL_COMPOSE' Function Module and the process is same as u said. There are 2 sets of values.
I am using a Mail Alert functionality where in a 'Mail Alert ON' is sent to field engineers (FE) and then upon FE accepting the work we will send a 'Mail Alert OFF' to FEs.
Problem is, we get one or two fields data incorrectly sometimes. I am not able to find out the root cause yet.
Please let me know if you have had any resolution to this!

Absolute links on hml page in local directory not working

All the absolute links on my html pages (which are on my hardrive) are being treated as local links and are therefore not working - i.e. Firefox is adding the local file path before the url. For example, the original link is: http://www.insidehousing.co.uk/legal/criminal-conviction-for-illegally-subletting-tenant/6518844.article
But Firefox is adding the directory path so the url string becomes: /www.insidehousing.co.uk/legal/criminal-conviction-for-illegally-subletting-tenant/6518844.article%E2%80%9D
It is also being appended with: %E2%80%9D (which, when tested from a Word page, leads to site but generates page not found error).
For testing purposes, is there any way I can reconfigure Firefox to parse my links as absolute?

HP Mouse x1000 not working in Windows 8

I picked up the x1000 mouse in Argos yesterday as I needed a cheap temporary replacement for my excellent Logitech mouse that I left at my parents house. Naively I assumed that like the Logitech and all other usb mouses I have owed in the past it would simply plug in and work but this was not the case.
Supposedly the driver installs, the light comes on the bottom of the mouse but it does not work. every couple of minutes windows makes the noise so as to suggest that something has been disconnected and reconnected, but the usb is securely plugged in the socket. Looking online on the hp website there is zero support whatsoever for this mouse, no drivers or anything.
My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 7720 running 64 bit Windows 8. Is there any quick fix or should I just return this mouse and get another?

Reverser Replication not working for 2 Publish Instance

We have setup environment for 1 author and 2 Publish servers. Configured replication agent and reverse replication agent for both Publish Instances. For custom created comments (Java code from external Portal to create comment node) then reverse replication does not replicate comment on Author Instance. But when I post comment for campaign through CQ publish environment then it works properly. It gets replicated on Author Instance. So can anyone let me know what could be missing part for comments generated through custom java script.

In one of environment we are using publish and author server. Custom comments are replicating on Author environment. We are not using custom workflow or JCR observation.Created one more environment for Production setup where 2 publish and 1 author instance. For this comment are not auto replicated on Author instance.
Default comment modification and comment activation launcher are in place, no change in this. Does it not working due to additional Publish Instance and if so what additional setting will required to address it ?

Go to V/N1 transaction select your self defined access sequence then go in to the accesses and fields and check all fields are activated.
Make sure that these fields are flowing in your sales order.
