Campaign output to BP with multiple email addresses

Hi all,
I noticed that within Campaign Execution the output to email channel will only send an output (mail form) to the business partners standard email address.
Question is: how to send an output to ALL email addresses stored within a business partner and not just the one email marked as standard.
Thanks,
John

Hello John,
Don't know if it is possible but you can try making out the target group based on the email address as an attribute.
I don't think that this is a good practice. The customers will not like to have an offer more than once. What if he is not interested. So, reading multiple mails for the same purpose wll frusturate him/her.

    Hiya!
Well first off... I'm baffled that you succeeded in setting up personal email without a data plan.
You need a data plan to access the BIS network which allows you web browsing (off wifi), email, BBM and the like.

    Hi,
What is the separator character between two email addresses?  Is it a comma (,) semicolon(;) or something else?
According to the mailto URI scheme (RFC 6068), you need to use a comma (,) to separate multiple email addresses.
You can see the third example in the following Wikipedia page.

  • Im having problems with my Kids facetime accounts that seem to be because they are both using my itunes and there are conflicts with multiple email addresses? Is it possible to now set the kids up with their own accounts without losing their apps etc

    Hi All,
I have my kids using iTunes via thier ipods etc through my own account and this hase been the case for some time?
This has started to cause issues lately with imessaging and facetime, as there seems to be a limit on email addresses that can be associated with one account?
I wonder if I would be best off setting the kids up with their own accounts, but want to be able to do this without them losing their existing apps, music etc?
Is this possible, if so is there a simple process cos I can seem to find anything relating to this?
    many thanks, Jim

Not going to happen the way you want it to.
When you add a gift card balance to the Apple ID, it's available for the Apple ID.
Probably best to create unique Apple ID's for each... this will also make things easier in the future as purchases are eternally tied to the Apple ID they were purchased with.

  • When I add a contact with multiple email addresses to an email, how do I get the email to send to both addresses?

I want to send out an email to one of the groups in my address book, but when I add the group to my email only the first email address for each contact is added.  How would I make it so Mac always adds all of a contacts email addresses to the email.

I look at it like this, it was a solution to my problem. There is obviously something wrong with the new version. When everyone starts complaining, and some genius figures out the fix, then I will worry about the upgrade. Until then, I am fine with running 4.0. I have to disagree with you though. 6.0 is a downgrade for sure. There is a lot to be desired compared to this version. Who wants price gong, and screwed up emails. Not me. The problem is out there, and now someone needs to work on the bug fixes on this BETA version.

  • Down List With Multiple Email Addresses

I have created a form with liveCycle Designer which requires users to choose a email address from a drop down list. How I can submit the completed .pdf form to the specified from the list drop down email address.
    Thanks

    Hi Paul,
This worked great! I used it in LiveCycle Designer for an electronic time-off request for our field sales. They fill it out then the submitt button in their section sents it to their supervisor for his digital signature. The supervisor's section has another button that sends the form to me and HR. They love it.
I'm a newbie with this and really appreciate the help. Thanks much.

  • Is there a way on a MAC to create a Combo Box Drop Down list with multiple email addresses?

I'm trying to create a Submit To button on a form that allows me to choose between five different people and their email addresses.
This one form can be sent to five different people, and if I just want to send to one, how do I program that in a combo box?
    Can anyone please help??

Yes I believe JavaScript may be the answer because I can't seem to get anything else to work.
Currently the email will only need to be sent to one recipient at a time.
I am very unfamiliar with JavaScript and am just starting to dive into it. Would you be able to help me with the coding?
Thank you this sounds very promising!

  • How do I set up a distribution list with multiple email addresses?

I can't figure out how to do this - I am a .mac member and really have no idea how to use the desktop mail function but I am assuming that I need to set up the distribution list in mail since I can't find anywhere to do it on .mac.
I am really sorry for this lame question - is it a problem with my ISP (sbc) or is it my operating system - 10.3.9?

    Welcome to the discussions, CassC.
You may need to re-post in the pre-Tiger mail forum.
But what I THINK you need to do is use your Address Book, and make a group. Add to the group (by selecting, dragging and dropping) the contacts you need in the distribution list. Now in Mail use the name of the group in the To: or Cc: or Bcc: field to send them all mail.

  • Multiple Email Address per contact

I have more than one email address for many of my contacts. I do I compose an email to all of the contact's emails?

Each email address for the contact must be entered separately in the To: field. When typing in the first couple of letters of the contact's name, the autofill feature should pull up each email address for a contact with multiple email addresses.
If a contact with several email addresses is included in a Group mailing list and you want to include all email addresses for a particular contact when addressing a message to the Group, the contact must be listed or duplicated in the Group multiple times - one for each email address. This can be done by copy/paste of the contact within the Group.
Edit the Group Mailing list selecting a different email address for each multiple contact in the Group.

From a google search of the docs, it looks that that field is used as a FROM address... hence it's by definition only one address.
Administration Email Address - Defines the "from" address for administrative tasks that generate email, such as approving a provision request or resetting a password.

This sounds like the age old problem with keychain & Safari. I don't know of a way to solve it without using something like 1Password.
The iOS app has it's own built in browser, so it has more control over what gets autofilled. Safari on OS X has an 1Password extension that handles account selection & autofill etc.
Keychain is great in principle, but it quickly falls down when you need tight integration with many ID's & different use cases (work, home etc).
I'd suggest you submit feedback to Apple about your thoughts. I did so years ago about this issue & this is how far we have come (back to the point where me.com synced passwords) :^)
    http://apple.com/feedback/macosx.html
Other tools like lastpass or keypassx may also help if you want to truly segregate password storage, but that doesn't fix autofill, the way around that issue is to dedicate one browser for work.

  • Multiple email address with one server account

Why can't Mail have multiple email addresses on one email account? Like Thunderbird calls them Identities. As I remember, Outlook also supports this. I like Mail but it seems rather dated and clunky in this respect.
I am using mainly IMAP so maybe I should switch to Thunderbird but I do still have some old messages in pop accounts in Mail.

You can have multiple accounts, but only one "identity." Configure new mail accounts for all the different email addresses you may have. They can each have different configurations, different servers, etc. as well as be individually made active or inactive. All incoming mail will funnel into a single Inbox, but you can use rules to transfer incoming mail to separate mailboxes based on the account.
What you cannot have are distinct "personalities."
Bear in mind that Mail is intended for a single user and the vast number of single users only have one email account. I actually have four different email addresses but three of them are set to forward mail to the account I use with Mail. Mail works quite well with IMAP, POP, and Outlook mail accounts.

  • Address book groups: can't customize contacts with multiple email

I have many groups setup in address book and frequently like to use them. Additionally, several of my contacts assigned to groups have multiple email addresses. Is there a way to specifiy which email address of a contact's associates itself with the group? I have not been able to figure this out and am aggravated when I send out personal emails to my friends' work addresses, much to their chagrin.
Thanks in advance for the help and ideas!

Thanks Lanny, but that is related to an iCloud issue. My issue is not iCloud related at all, rather when I use a group on any platform.
I am hoping there is someway to set a default email to a group for a contact having more than one email? I haven't seen any other forums discussing that issue, but if you are aware of one I would very much appreciate your help. Thanks!
Then you would use the, "Edit Distribution List" from the Address Book's Edit menu. Select the applicable group and then select which email address that you want the group to use.
