Campaign To All0w Level Of Interleaving / i.e Turn...

Please Please, can we make it so we can turn off interleaving, i know it should come off on its own if line is good etc.
When ive had a profile reset before, ive been on level 1 as i call it, 13ms pings to BBC, after 3 or 4 days it goes to 23ms, now im on 33ms , slower than the adsl2 connection i had!
This is meant to be a top broadband, my line is rubbish i admit, 13mb down 1mb up , but better than 3mb adsl2, but when i was getting decent pings, i was happy, and my line/connection was fine.
Come on Openreach/BT sort it out.
(i know i will get people in here saying 33 pings etc are fine, they cant game then)

Are you on Faster Total Broadband? that's a rather slow connection for Infinity. Are you far from your cabinet?
If you are, interleaving would be applied on your line so you would seem to have a long line from the cabinet, which would be reducing your speeds and increasing your ping time.
Interleaving is set to automatic on Infinity, so it will turn itself on and off where applicable.

  • TS1717 I had purchased the simpsons tapped out app as I played to suppose to level 22 prior login it turns out to level 1,,, please help to retrieve my account, thanks

I had purchased the simpsons tapped out app and as grossly play along to level 22, to my disappointment the app back to level 1,,,, so upset ,,, please try to retrieve my account so that I can continue with the app, thanks

well, something is really messed up with those accounts so I would create a new admin account, log into that and go from there.
To do that [enable the root user|http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1278], safe boot, log in as root and create a new admin account, also while you are at it disable the auto login.
You can also work from the root account but I would recommend against it. It's not really safe.

  • Campaigns for FMCG Industry at different Levels

    Friends,
We are facing a serious problem to map the  Business of a CP Company to CRM especially with respect to campaigns.
The customer has a traditional sales channel through distributors to Retailers and also they sell directly to consumers.
The customer conducts campaigns at 2 levels broadly.
    First at the Retailer level:
Here campaigns should be created in CRM for Retailers and passed to distributors where execution takes place ( Discount etc ) .
Second at the consumer ( End user level ) .
Here End uses are targeted via Media.
Now we have the following 2 questions
    1.  How can campaigns be conducted at End user level ?
    2.  In the above scenario , How does customer mapping takes place in SAP CRM? If Retailers are mapped as customers then How do we map the distributors?
Please give ur expert comments and suggestions.
    Regards,
    Shaik

    Hi,
Here end users means those are Consumers for these products,so those data no need to maintain for your client level ( Bcoz those are purchasing from Distributors or Retailers ) but you want to give the awareness about products targetting them.
In this case you maintain the mass campaigns through different channels highlighting the products & brands with the respective sales area wise.
In second case you need to maintain the Trade Promotion, here you have to Target particular Customer ( Either Distributor or Retailer ) but these all Retailers comes under the particular Distributor ( Maintain BP hierarchy in T code BPH ), once you are giving any discount to distributor, than what ever the retailers comes  under this distributor those also eligible for this discount.
    Hope it helps you

  • Agent reporting for PCCE Outbound campaigns

    Hi all,
I'm running through the out of the box reports to find the relevant report for outbound campaign at agent level.
    a) Agent Historical All Fields
    b) Agent Skill Group Historical All Fields
    c) Agent Queue Interval
None of these report are showing any values for Completed Tasks (Handled, AHT, etc). Only the Agent State Times are shown
Using the same query from those reports and running it directly in SQL, the following fields are populated with values (CallsAnswered, AutoOutCalls, AutoOutCallsTime, PreviewCalls, PreviewCallsTime, ReserveCalls, ReserveCallsTime, etc)
Does that mean that is no out of the box reports for agent based outbound campaign and everything needs to be customized?
    Thanks!

looks like the call is failing while nagotiating the media at gateway.
could you please attach Dialer logs  (i see only few snippets are posted) and Gateway sip traces completely?

  • Interleaving or Fast Latency?

I have bee looking at my ADSL stats quite a lot recently and have published here a very recent one where the DL in over 16Mbps but then realise that my Latency has changed from Interleaving to FAST. Should I read anything into this? Ist this to maintain a more stable connection and will it automatically change back to Interleaving?

    HHGTTG asked:
Ist this to maintain a more stable connection and will it automatically change back to Interleaving?
    It's actually the oposite ...
An interleaved connection will give better stability but a slight cost, that being the extra overhead consumed and a degree
of latency (sluggishness) depending on the depth of the interleave. There are various levels of interleave depth, according to the amount of error correction that DLM needs to stabilise.
If your line is running fastpath ... in reality it means that it is above average in conditions condusive to transmit the DSL and is ok to go as it is .... any error correction will be done by a trellis modulation system within the code of the DSL standard.
Also ... and this is purely my own opinion. BT Wholesale who own the technical systems and such for their Dynamic Line Management systems which run the BT network, never publicly publish details of technicalities about DLM, for obvious reasons .... however it is my own opinion that more and more lines are now modulating fastpath DSL which leads me to think they have changed the goalposts slightly about interleave, simply because gamers prefer fastpath to allow for better latency free gaming.

  • Help with my interleaving ?

Okat then this is a very long story, so you may be reading for some time. This starts back on the (26/05/2012) and is still open to this date,  my broadband speed were 18.5Mb Dwonload, and 1.3 Upload at the start of this. Latency Type "Fast"
I have had my BT broadband for over 3 month now and my speed were always  18.5Mb Dwonload, and 1.3 Upload at the start of this. Latency Type "Fast", and I had never had any problem.
Okay there i go, On the (26/05/2012) I phone 0800 111 4567, about a drop in my connection and that i kept droping out every 40 minutes or so/ They told me to plug in the test socet, so I did and they did there phone line test, and said that there was allot of static on my phone line that is why I have all the Noise on my phhone. They siad to give it 72 hours to stort its self out, so I did. and siad thank you.
(30/05/2012), this problem has gotten worse, and my conection speeds drop down to 6.2 Download and 0.2 Upload, along with my nosie margin hitting 32dB / 38dB, and all the other were almsot the same as this...... I called 08000 111 4567 and told them about the drop in my speed, and that it now keeps droping out every 30 monutes.
They then ran there speed test, and then told me that there was staic on my phone line. I said..... " I know that however I was told that this would stable out over the next 72 hours, 3 das ago and not get worse" They tha told me to wiat another 24 hours, I said yeah sure that is okay, as long as it gets better. They then told me that I would get a called back on the (31/05/2012)
(31/05/2012), Came and past, i went on the phone at 01.30am about this and told them that i am not happy with this, and that I would like the sorted out ASAP, and I do not what to be waiting around any longer. They tolf me to give the 10 mins while they run some test, and they put me on hold they were on 2 mins.
They then told me that there was a problem withing to propertey, and that they would send an engineer out, I told the to NOT send an engineer out as I will check all of my wire in the morning when I wake up, and I than said that, that is all, and they would give me a call back in 24 hours to see if the problem was fixed.
(01/06/2012) So I checked all micro filter, and replaced them with brand new ones, and I checked all wired, and even truen off my microwave, anlong with anothing else that could cause any probelm. I the took my home Hum and unpluged every thing else and I was still getting the probelm, which ruled out all pronlems in my house, as this was puged right in to the Main phone socket, with a microfilter.
I waited up to 18:00pm for a called back, which I never got, so at 19:30pm I called back up and told them to look up on my account notes, about what is going on, and I hoped that they would understand what they have to do....... Well I got told to wait and let then run there test, Again !!!!!
As you can tell I'm starting to get very Inpactient by now.
Tey came back 5 minutes later and told me that there was a fault, at the excanged, I said then why did I get told yesterday that the fault was in my house ??????????????
These his words " I'm so sorry about this and that you have been given the wrong information about the fault, and that I can assure you that I will, take this fault, and handle it myself, and that I will pass the case to the BT wholesale team"
I was also told that, BT wholesale would not need access to the house, and that there was no need to be in........
(02/06/2012) Well it was just aswell that I was in as 3 BT open reach Vans were out sinde my house, the next day at 14:00pm, one of them came in and ran some test, He told me that he was a boost engineer, that there was no problem at the excahnged, (Now bare in mind that I was told that there was !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
He was here for about 45 minutes, and chancked everything, he changed the microflters, and evern the ADSL wire to the Home Hub. And the ran more test, and found that the Latency Type, is Interleaved, and told me that this is why my round trip speed is now 92 MS ping, When It was fast it was only 18 MS ping with 0 MS Jutter.
He pick his mobile up and phone some one, and asked for the Interleaving to be turned of, as It had been put on both my downstream and upstream, with in 2 minutes it was truned of and I had my full spped back to 19.1MB download, and 1.4 Upload with was fater than what I was getting. to start and my Lactency type was fast agian.
(03/06/2012) I woke up and went to ckeck my emails just to find that screen with "YOUR HOME HUB CAN NOT CONNECT" (Now by this time I was steam out of my ears !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
I turn the home hub off then back on that fixed the connection but not the spped, I was now back down to 9.5MB Download and 0.7 upload, and my lateancy type was Interleaved again. I left this (06/06/2012), as if I went on the phone I would of kicked of with them.
(03/06/2012)-(06/06/2012) My internet kept droping, and there was once that it drop as low as 1.1 MB download and 0.1MB upload.
(06/06/2012)- 17:50pm I called 0800 111 04567, and siad take a look at my note on the account as I am not saying it all agian !!!!!!!!!
2minutes later, he said "I'm sorry for all this, I will work as best as I can to fix this for you" I explained to himthat all was fine when my interleaving was off and was "FAST", I give him 5 mins to look about, and share my PC sreen,
He then tolf me to put an order in to turn of the interleaving agian, and to wait 48 hours, and he will call me back. I said Yas sure, anthing that will fix this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(08/06/2012) Came and past still no called back, so I went out for a drink, to forget this.
(09/06/2012) I phone up and told them that was was to get a called back yesterday, and that I never did, he siad two minutes, and I was put on hold, he came back and siad that an order was never placed,
I said what ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! but I kept my cool, and said can you please place an order for me about this. He said yes sure, and please wait 24 hours to this to tak effect.
(10/06/2012), my internet drop out when ever I tried more than 3 devices on the home hub at any given time. I let this pass as I just could not be fuessed with it.
(12/06/2012) Called 0800 111 4567 and another order for the interleaving to be turned of was placed....... And waited another 24 hours.
(13/06/2012)-(14/06/2012), I was not in the house, all day as I would of freaked out if the internet was still not working.
(15/06/2012) I called 08001114567, and got throught to to them, I asked to speak to their menager, I was put to him stright away, I explained what is going on and that i am paying £52.12 a month for that, and that I'm getting a service that is not what I am paying for, and that I will begoing to the back on monday moring to cancell all direct debits to BT, unless this is FIX !!!!!!!!!!!

  • BT Infinity - Interleaving OFF

    Hi All,
I've been a happy BT customer for about 3 years now. During that time I have enjoyed the full advertised boardband speed and a latency of 7ms to UK servers. Fortunitely I can see my cab which is about 50m from my house.
It's worth noting that I have fully unlocked my modem and am running an Asus NT-RT N66U.
Recently I've noticed that my pings have doubled to around 15ms presumaly because interleaving has been turned on at some point. I read a few posts where customers have requested for fastpath to be switched on (something I was able to do when I was with bethere) but apparently this can only be done via BT Wholesale. These posts were pretty old so I wanted to check if the policy at BT had changed in recent times as I really want my low pings back!

  • Audio level peaks in FCP

Is there a range that you audio levels should be while editing, such as between -18 and -12?

There are a different suggested values because you're measuring an average
of a moving target. Also different types of sounds produce different
measurements. Typically, peaking at -12dBFS most of the time works out well.
As a point of reference, you can record some pink noise at -18dbFS (RMS)
and that should produce 85dB SPL (C-weighted) from each speaker.
That way you'll know how loud your mix will sound in a theater.
Your question asked about a range of levels rather than a peak value.
That's a little trickier. How soft should the "quiet" sounds be?
I usually get the loud sounds set up with good levels (peaking at -12dbFS),
then turn down the volume of my system, so that I can hear the effects
of background noise in the listening environment. Make sure you can
still hear those soft sounds. Usually you'll have to make the softer
sounds louder that they would be in real life.

  • Volume leveling firmware update request

I once had an old mp3 player that would automatically adjust all songs to match an equal playback volume level. However, on the iPod Classic 80 GB model, my songs play at unequal levels; I always have to turn the volume up for songs ripped from audio CDs. Could Apple release a software update to add the auto playback volume leveling to the iPod? Could this be included in Firmware version 1.1.3?

    Jeff,
I have downloaded the MP3/AACgain. What folder can I find the tracks in my library that are currently stored on my ipod? Can I run the tracks through this program without having to sync them back to my ipod? Please let me know. Thanks!
The program is run on the songs in the iTunes library, then the songs are re-synced to the iPod.
As far as I know, it can't be run on songs already on the iPod (at least iVolume, which is what I use can't).

  • Sick of interleaving - how long does DLM take

Have had problems with a dishwasher tripping our electric over the past month and this has of course caused DLM to kick in any put interleave on line and limit my IP profile to always be below 60 mb.  My data rate is currently 57957 and hasn't increased for the past month steadily dropping from the 60mb ip cap last month when power cuts happened.
Before my connection was working great and my data rate was a lot closer to the Max data rate, currently it is at 57957, Max at 65760.  The Max data rate has been as high as 69000, still no increase in IP data rate.
The main thing though is interleaveing, I know that this is controlled by DLm and cannot be turned of directly, but as my IP profile seems to be stuck and steadily decreasing on every connection restart (which the hh5 seems to do on a whim sometimes)
My line stats seem to be ok SNR 6.0\6.0
    Line attenuation 18.2
Please can my IP profile be reset to remove my IP cap which would hopefully put me back on fastpath which I had been on for months and months till the power cuts

    same as mine https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Infinity-Speed-Connection/Poor-Service-from-BT-adamant-about-problem/...
Please can a mod look at my connection just reset the IP profile please, there are no faults on my line!!!!!!!!!

I feel this is the exact problem I've been having posted on here titled sick of interleaving - how long till DLM turns it off.
Could you check if your 1st hop is around 12 ms (click start, run, cmd, enter, tracert www.BBC.co.uk) my guess would be interleaving has been put on your line too.
If your router resets too many times (mine due to faulty dishwasher tripping electric)
Once this is on it seems to take ages to reset back to normal.  Like you I have the hh5 and this will sometimes do a random disconnect (firmware bug or BT messing with connection?) I always see in my event log a cwmp login from bt which will then reboot the router.
Like you my attenuation is very short (18.2)  SNR At 6.2 but it seems because my hh5 sometimes just reboots connection ( usually around 2.20am going from event logs) that interleaving will never come off.  I have read that it takes 2 weeks constant connection for speeds to return to normal and interleaving to be turned off.
Not happy about my connection for last month, after being very happy for months and months.  As soon as DLM has kicked can feel difference especially in pings more than raw speed for me.
Will run down my contract and jump ship as soon as contract runs out if mine doesn't improve.

  • MS Project Pro 2013 - Auto Level (Not responding)

    Hi,
One of our users has an issue in MS Project Pro 2013 with Automatically levelling (See below). Can anyone suggest what the possible cause of this is? The user is running Windows 8.1 Pro and more than enough RAM + Graphics card is fine.
I would start with the both the Resource Pool and Sharer projects open (as I’m supposed to).  When I select ‘Auto Level’, MS Project would then turn the mouse
into a swirl circle and state (Not Responding) at the top of the page.  If I hovered over the MS Project symbol pinned to my task bar, I would notice that it had opened a third window, though I couldn’t see what that project was as it was greyed out.
I tried this a number of times and had the same result.
    Thank you

    Intellitrain --
Given the fact that no one else has replied to your post, let me just take a stab at it.  A couple things come to mind:
Is the project in question a LARGE project with a large number of tasks and resources (maybe numbering in the thousands of tasks and resource assignments)?  If this were the case, leveling all overallocations at once would take a long time, which could
be why the software seems to go into Not Responding mode.  By the way, I have seen Not Responding messages a lot in Project Server 2010 and 2013 when opening a very large enterprise project.  Microsoft Project shows the Not Responding message, even
though it is actually working at opening the project.
If the project is not a large project, but is smallish in size, then the user might try opening both the project and the shared resource pool file in Read/Write mode, disconnecting the project from the shared resource pool file, saving and closing both
files.  Then the user should reopen both the project and the shared resource pool file, reconnect them, and save both of them again.  Then try leveling.  Does the problem still occur.
If this does not help, there is a possibility that the project is corrupted.  If this is the case, the user should disconnect the project from the shared resource pool file and save it.  Then the user should save the file as an XML file and close
the project.  Finally, the user should open the XML file and save it back as an MPP file.  This is how to resolve a corrupted MPP file.
Just a few thoughts.  Hope this helps.

  • Adjusting audio levels

    Hi
I'm working on material where the footage has been filmed by different people and (lucky me), the audio levels are not consistent. On a particular one, the sound level on the camera was turned down so low (I presume) that after capturing, it is barely audible. (and no, there is no chance of refilming the footage!)
I have whacked up the level within FCP but this is obviously causing me problems because you can hear that buzzing noise (dont know the correct term!) that you get when you turn the volume up of something.
I have sort of tried to apply the audio filters here and there to see if it makes any difference but because I'm unfamiliar with terms like frequency, band width, gain etc, I don't know exactly what should be adjusted.
Any ideas would be really useful
    Cheers
    Jenny x

If you are using FCP 5, then you should take advantage of Soundtrack Pro. You can boost audio levels (normalize) and remove ambient noise/hum/etc.
You can get a taste of how to reduce noise in the STP Quicktour:

  • Automating the Auto Levels process

As part of my work flow after importing the files into Aperture and applying meta data I then apply Auto levels to each image in turn, this is a very manual process involving the mouse and the right arrow key to move to the next image, wait for it to be read then press the auto levels button and then right arrow to the next image.
Is there a way to get Aperture to go through all the images in an Album applying the Auto levels command to each image individually.
It may even by by a keystroke macro process if there is such a one for OSX.
I do not want to lift the adjustments from one corrected image and apply them to all the images as this does not reflect the auto needs of each image.
After auto levelling each image I select the images for customised work.
    Thanks for any suggestions.

Yes it worked - you have to redefine the action for each time you run aperture as the button for the auto levels function moves around the screen according to where you have the Aperture window.
You also have to allow for Aperture slowing down so you have to build in a delay before pressing the Auto button.
While running this process you cannot run another app that will sit over the Aperture window or take focus from Aperture.
What surprises me is that the two Auto buttons do not have keystroke alternatives. (or at least I could not find them in the documentation)
