I have 2 Iphones, 1 for business and a second for personal use. I want to back up each on Itunes backup, not to Icloud. Can this be done or will it merge both databases together?

Apple at this time does not allow apps to have such control. Whether Apple will ever allow theme-type applications to be developed I cannot say, but I doubt it. Apple has never been willing to allow much control over the interface elements in any of their operating systems.

Manual download of iOS for different iPhones

My company has different iPhones (3G, 3GS and 4)
Is there a way I can download iOS directly from apple without going through iTunes? That way, I can download the files for different iPhones (3 times ... once for 3G once for 3GS and once for 4G but on one computer) then distribute them to the users profile accordingly.
Right now, I have been connecting different iPhones via iTunes to download iOS manually (3 times ... once for 3G once for 3GS and once for 4G from 3 different computers) then move the ipsw to other users profile.

1. Set any of your songs on your SDcard as a phone ringtone:
Touch Apps > My music
While the music is playing, touch the phone Menu Key > More > Use as ringtone
The ringtone is set as your default incoming call ringtone and copied to your Phone ringtone list.
Note: The above instructions are for the My music player and not for other players such as Play music.      2. Choose Phone ringtones through settings menu:
Press the Menu key
Touch Settings
Touch Sound
Touch Phone ringtone (If option is greyed out, make sure handset volume is not set to Silent Mode)
Select a Phone ringtone from the list. Press OK to set. (Music files you have set as Incoming Call ringtone from your SDcard will be included in this list along with downloaded and preloaded ringtones.
3. Customize the text message ringtone
From the homescreen or from within the applications tray, touch Text messaging
Press the Menu key (On the left with 4 squares)
Touch Messaging Settings
Touch Select ringtones (if option is greyed out, make sure Notifications is turned on / actived)
Touch on any Notification ringtone to select and hear a sample.
Press OK to set as notification ringtone

4. Assign a ringtone to a specific contact:
Press Contacts icon on homescreen or tap on Contacts application from the Applications Tray
Touch and select the specific contact
Press the menu key
Touch Options
Touch V (down) icon next to Ringtone
Choose a Phone ringtone from the list and tap OK to set.
Note: To assign a music/song from your memory card as a ringtone, first follow step1 above and follow step 4 again. 5. Download ringtones from the Play Store
From the applications menu, touch Play Store
Touch search to search for ringtones.

If you mean the glass ,no .Apple does not sell spares
In Greece it seems your carrier handles out of warranty claims ( User damage is not covered by the warranty )
If you purchased your iphone in Greece then it is covered for service in any EU country .
If you are travelling to a EU country which has Apple retail stores they would swap out for a price of Euros 229 (in Italy for instance )
The above only applies if your iPhone came from Greece or the EU

If you create an Apple ID for your daughter, signing out of the existing Apple ID with the iTunes & App Store on her iPhone will not change anything on your iPhone.
All apps include DRM protection which is tied to the Apple ID that was used to download the apps.
If she starts using her Apple ID to download apps, when there is an app update for an app on her iPhone that was downloaded with the current shared Apple ID, she will need to use that Apple ID and password to download the app updates.
