Can a behavior affect the individual points of a vector line?

Hi All,
I've drawn a vector line in Motion using the pen tool, and would love to apply a random motion or wiggle so that the points of the line themselves would shake, as opposed to the entire line shaking as one solid object. Is this possible? I've been unable to fine a way to achieve this. Thanks in advance.

Apologies Cory, I can see how to make the Wriggle Behaviour apply to individual points of Shapes, but not Paint Strokes. If you take a look at Wiggle Star in the content folder, check out the Behaviour. There's an Apply to Points setting. IF your Paint Stroke could be a Shape instead, you can choose Outline and an offset to make it look like a line instead of a closed shape. If your Paint Stroke is not too jagged or complicated, that is. Otherwise, I'd go for the Record method. Hopefully someone who knows better will chime in with a better solution for you.

If the mouse clicks something on its own then it looks like you have a hardware problem with the trackpad or possibly the battery that is right underneath the trackpad.
I have read that the battery can swell and that would put pressure on the trackpad.

Not only can i not see the individual chaptes -- apparently like you and everyone else suffering through the "improved" iOS7 -- when my audiobook repeats a "file" within chapter, which it sometimes does, I cannot get "inside" the chapter and move forward to where I'm supposed to be.

Can not associate with the access point

Greetings!
I am just new here. I am trying to set-up a wireless connection from our linksys router. I recently purchased a linksys wireless internet receiver thru USB connection. Now, my problem is the pc that is supposed to receive a wireless connection is stating " can not associate with the access point". I am not too good about computers, that is why I am seeking you help.

Lets start with the bad news, no wireless connection. Good news, fixable.
Make sure all your security settings on the usb adapter are correct. If router is set for wep set adapter to wep,and so on. Also check all your firewalls, in windows, and on any virus suites that you may have running. Try turning off all firewalls, other than router, and see if that helps. Also download the easy link advisor from the linksys home page. Make sure your ssid, and network names are set the same for router, and adapter.

No, there is no way of doing that from any of the filter plugins - they don't calculate like that internally, so there would be no easy mechanism for doing this. Even if you looked at the preset data, you'd only find the setup conditions for each filter band, not the total responses. The only place you can do anything like this is the Frequency Analysis window. Because this does an FFT of the entire waveform, the data is available - hence the 'copy to clipboard' option.

Since iPhoto 7 (iLife 08) the old iPhoto Library Folder is now a Package File. This is simply a folder that looks like a file in the Finder. The change was made to the format of the iPhoto library because many users were inadvertently corrupting their library by browsing through it with other software or making changes in it themselves.
Accessing the files via the Finder has never been supported in iPhoto.

There are many, many ways to access your files in iPhoto:
*For Users of 10.5 and later*
You can use any Open / Attach / Browse dialogue. On the left there's a Media heading, your pics can be accessed there. Command-Click for selecting multiple pics.

Many internet sites such as Flickr and SmugMug have plug-ins for accessing the iPhoto Library. If the site you want to use doesn’t then some, one or any of these will also work:
To upload to a site that does not have an iPhoto Export Plug-in the recommended way is to Select the Pic in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export and export the pic to the desktop, then upload from there. After the upload you can trash the pic on the desktop. It's only a copy and your original is safe in iPhoto.
This is also true for emailing with Web-based services. However, if you're using Gmail you can use iPhoto2GMail
If you use Apple's Mail, Entourage, AOL or Eudora you can email from within iPhoto.
If you use a Cocoa-based Browser such as Safari, you can drag the pics from the iPhoto Window to the Attach window in the browser.

For users of 10.6 and later:
You can download a free Services component from MacOSXAutomation which will give you access to the iPhoto Library from your Services Menu. Using the Services Preference Pane you can even create a keyboard shortcut for it.

Create a Media Browser using Automator (takes about 10 seconds) or use this free utility Karelia iMedia Browser
Other options include:
1. *Drag and Drop*: Drag a photo from the iPhoto Window to the desktop, there iPhoto will make a full-sized copy of the pic.
2. *File -> Export*: Select the files in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export. The dialogue will give you various options, including altering the format, naming the files and changing the size. Again, producing a copy.
3. *Show File*: Right- (or Control-) Click on a pic and in the resulting dialogue choose 'Show File'. A Finder window will pop open with the file already selected.
Of course you should have a back up of your Photos too.

Can apps installed affect the iOS environment?

I have been told that apps can never affect the performance or functionality of the iOS operating system of that iPad.
Is this true?
Has anyone installed an app and found that any of the iOS functionality has stopped working or started behaving badly?

Apps having an impact on the entire iOS instance is extremely rare, and generally corrected by deleting the app. Typically if an app has issues due to an actual bug, it is confined to the app.

Why can't I install the My Points "Score" toolbar???

Is there a function to output the crossing point of two plotted lines

I got some data plotted on a graph, I need to find the crossing point of the plotted lines on the graph (The plotted data curves are not linear lines) and detect it by an indicator. I could compare the to data arrays plotted and output the two closest data numbers, but the really crossing pionts is sertainly an intercept of two Interpolated values made by the graph, wich are not in my data buffers. any suggestions will be full Stared

I only did a cursory look and didn't find any built-in function that jumped up screaming "I'm it! I'm it!", but that doesn't mean something doesn't exist given the large number of functions available with LabVIEW. An alternate solution is to use linear interpolation between successive points. If the points are close together then you can assume a straight line between the points and break this down to the simple case of finding the intersection of two lines, which is trivial. Not sure how computationally intensive of an algorithm this would be, and there would clearly be some error involved, and you will need to determine if the error is tolerable for you.

Is coloring the individual points possible in Numeric Axis-- Date Axis line

Hi,
I have a requirement to be able to chart with specific points in the "Numeric Axis-->Date Axis line Chart", in a different color, I can do that easily in "_XY Scatter_" chart with "Color Highlight Tab" in CR XI.
Any idea if the same functionality is possible/available for "Numeric Axis-->Date Axis line Chart" chart, it lets me define the rule to define color based on the Table.value, but doesn't show in that color even when the data has met the definition (ex:Profit=100k).

The Color Highlight works fine. Did you try with some other options you have in 'Color Higlight' maybe like 'Greater Than' or Less Than...just to test it.....

You can't. If you have a sheet with 9 shots on it and you want to make 9 individual shots you'll need to either
Import 9 times
Or
Duplicate 8 times
And crop accordingly.

Can power outages affect the IPod 5 cable cord and how it charges my IPod?

I have an IPod 5, i ordered it off of Amazon. Recently we have had two lightning storms that have knocked out the power in my house. My Ipod was not plugged in, i dont believe, at the time but my Ipod cable charger was. After the storm my ipod stopped charging. I could only charge it in certain positions and after a couple of days my charger just wouldnt work. What is the cause of this? Do i need to replace my IPod or just get a new charger? I see nothing wrong in the IPod itself so im guessing its the charger? Also, i cant try out a different charger because i do not have another one. Thank you for answering!

Also, when i try to plug it into a computer it shows an error and says something along the lines of "Power supply has exceeded" ??
