Yes. You are allowed to install up to two platforms and they can be a Mac and a PC.

I talked to your guys yesterday about installing correct version of Lightroom 5 which I legally owned, and your guy provided me a download link (different from Creative cloud account), but somehow it was for Windows version not for Mac version. I would very much like to download a Mac version, so please send my correct web link. By the way my s. number for Lightroom 5 up is [removed], and I also have s.number for 4 up and 3 full.
The latest non-CC version of LR 5 is 5.7.1 and download links are available on the Adobe Updates page:

If you are asking for a LR 5 CC link, which wouldn't require a serial number, please be more clear about that. -

I have renew my Creative cloud membership on 20 July 2014. I still can log in into my account yet I get a message "We are having trouble identifying your membership" 00 days remaining. This message may refer to my old membership?! How can I reconstruct the automatic login and have the right days remaining number?

Delete the opm.db file from the following location based on your operating system.
<user account> is your user-specific folder Mac OS:
Mac HD/Users/<user account>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Note: The <user account>/Library/ folder is hidden after OS 10.7, follow the instructions here to access it: Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 Lion
Windows:
C:\Users\<user account>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder
Note: The AppData folder is hidden by default. Follow these instructions to unhide it if needed: Show hidden files, folders, filename extensions | Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7
(if you get error while renaming it, use the Task Manager for Windows and Activity Monitor for Mac to end all Adobe Processes.)
Launch the Creative Cloud app again for the Start Menu (Windows) or Applications Folder (Mac OS).
Launch the Adobe Photoshop CC and click 'Not my Adobe ID' in the Sign in window and sign in using the Adobe ID and password that was used to purchase the subscription. -
how does muse tell the difference between a temporary site and my free 5 sites i get with my creative cloud membership?

Order status for Creative Cloud memberships and CS6 subscriptions

I didn't recieve the CS6 id, and the Chat Man said it doesn't exist for my account. He thought I got duped. When I sent him the link to the dates of purchase allowing for the upgrade he said this was only applicable if I was given the second order number for CS6. Therefore I was not going to get the upgrade. So I finally got someone on the phone, Maria, although she was in tech support, because sales was not avilable, she hunted down the challenge in about a half hour and got me an order id. But if you are stuck in the loop trying to find accountability at Adobe. Just keep calling until you get Maria :O) she fixed it! But customer service at Adobe is a lot like Apple, where you first gotta find the number and then sit through a lot of irrelevent content and be transfered around before your call is dropped and then hopefully on the third, fouth try, you can hopefully find somebody who got the memo and will stay with you till the challenge is resolved. I have the month-to-month Creative Cloud membership and am curious if I would be able to cancel my Creative Cloud membership and still have access to everything still involved with my Photoshop downloaded onto my computer?
If you have licensed versions of software that you purchased separately from your Cloud subscription you can still use them. There is a chance that the Cloud will have taken over for them in which case you may have to uninstall, clean things up, reinstall.

Same way as you did the first time.
Sign in to creative.adobe.com, download the Cloud desktop app then download the software. -

You have 3 CC under same Adobe ID out of which one purchased on has expired, you are getting notification due to this.

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Team subscription can be done for only one software ( for example team for Photoshop ).
The advantage of team is that you have one charge and one invoice for all users.Also when a member of your team leave the company ,you can delete his invitation and assign it to another employee ,you can also add seats if you have additional employee without contacting adobe or changing your plan,you have more storage volume ( 100Gb ).
Here are the most important advantages but it's your decision .
