Can a gifted app be downloaded onto two different devices?

I own an iPhone 4 and an iPod touch and I received an app as a gift. I successfully downloaded the app on my iPhone but would like to download the app on my iPod touch as well. When I went back to the redemption email it says the code had already been used. Do I simply find the app in the app store again and download it directly onto my iPod touch? Will it charge me for the download?

Check to make sure that the app you want is available to the iPad too. I've seen a couple of people caught out by apps that have both an iPhone and iPad specific version. In these instances you can't load one onto the other and those people ended up buying both versions when they thought they only needed to buy one.

we both got an iPod Touch for Christmas and we have two seperate Apple IDs and I cant figure out if the music she has purchased and the music i have purchased can be combined. We are using the same computer (windows 7) and same user acct. We also have itunes gift cards and before we start buying stuff i want to know how this all works. Thanks in advance and I must admit i am new to apple and not the greatest at it.

I've tried everything..unplugging and re-setting the Apple TV, restoring to factory settings and starting over...nothing seems to work. I'm not sure why the software upgrade would have affected it, but that's what triggered this problem. It doesn't seem right that if it's accessible on my computer and it's all music purchased by me, that it's not all accessible on my Apple TV!

The recipient of a gifted app receives a Redeem Now email which contains the code. If you are reading the email on your iPhone all you have to do is tap the Redeem Now link and the app is downloaded and installed on the spot.

Yes, you can use it on 2 machines. You have to download the file on the new system or use the disc if you have.
Then use the same serial number. If you require the setup file please use the below link.

I have this question also. They were there and now they are not. Until this is fixed I will not purchase another audiobook.

Did you install it yourself are somebody else for you?
If you installed them yourself, but do not remember which AppleID you used, try all AppleIDs you might have used in turn.
If somene else set up your Mac for you, ask the person to reinstall it. If you bought the mac second hand, the previous owner needs to contact Apple to transfer the iLife apps. If that is not possible, delete the apps that you cannot update and buy them using your AppleID.

It's ok to do this even though you are already running v10.6.8
Then restart your Mac, launch the App Store.
Try updating / downloading apps.

Are you talking about accessing an ePrint account from various computers? Or having HP Smart Print on multiple computers?
ePrint account information is kept at the site. You can log on it from anywhere, from any computer. Just go to the sire and click on Sign in and enter your password and email address. You can have multiple printers on one user account at ePrint Center (EPC). But printers can only be registered on ePrint Center to one user account. If you have an ePrint cable printer you can create an account at this link here.
HP Smart Print does not require an account you can download to an Internet Explorere browser (versions 6-9) and use it with no registration.

actually, that is not correct. It can be wiped and disassociated; it is any OS or app obtained at the app store which is tethered to the Apple ID used to obtain it, not the hardware. See the SLA.
If a device was tethered forever, it could never be re-sold - obviously.
As for the OP's question: I am not sure as I could not find any reference in the legal documents available, but I believe it is not possible - one Apple ID = one account.
