Can a pick slip for ingredients, be generated, while processing a batch.

Dear All,
I have a question:
While releasing a Batch, can we issue a Pick Slip for the ingredients to be picked.
As, how my store keeper will come to know that which are all the ingredients (raw materials) required at Plant (shop floor).
Please reply at the earliest..

My answers to your thoughts/queries
1. Bang on. Go for a separate FG warehouse (however the process at the site) can decide wether production should be directly stored in FG or transferred via a move transaction
2. Avg. Cost is ok in OPM. However, bear in mind dont have an open batch at the end of a month (or might land up with CLS entries which are quite difficult to explain). This is true if you are using PWAC method of costing. Search for OPM SSTK and search a white paper in Oracle that explains this. I will try to search this and give you something (if I can though honestly I am not sure I will find it)
3. Not sure of the kind of documents between inventory and plant you are looking at?
4. Upto 11.5.10 you cant do the same as per my understanding. I havent ever see this. You can tough use a DFF and catpure the same in the header and built a customization report for cross refercing the same. I belive in Release 12 this feature has been introduced. I think I have updated this on another query

Can't pick fields for calculation

This is very frustrating.
I am editing the fields of an invoice form and want to use the last field of the line to create a total. I select the field and go into its properties. Under the "Calculate" tab, I select "Value is the 'product' of the following fields" and then click the "Pick" box to select which fields to calculate. I'm then provided with a list of all my fields and I tick my selections and click OK. But once I click OK, I am taken back to the Calculate tab with none of my selections in the fields box. Basically, it does not register my selections.
I have tried this every possible way I can imagine, restarted everything, etc. Still, no matter what I do I cannot get it to register the field selections I make for calculation. I managed to do this successfully for the first line in the form (seemingly at complete random) and haven't been able to reproduce any success for subsequent fields. I check the fields and once I hit OK it completely ignores them.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Consider using one of the other calculation options. For example, to use the simplified field notation option you'd enter something like this:
Text1 * Text2 * Text3 * Text4
This will work if your field names don't have any spaces or punctuation characters in them. It's possible to escape space and punctuation characters with the \ character, but it can get messy
The other option is JavaScript, which would look something like this:
// Set this field to the product of some fields
event.value = getField("Text 1").value * getField("Total1.1").value * getField("Another field name").value;
Note that you can include any field names you want inside the quote characters, so it's more flexible/cleaner than the previous option.

hello, please contact the support of the sites where this is happening - there is not much that firefox or any other browser can do about it, since it only displays the content that gets transmitted from the sites - they might use your ip address to find out your approximate location and adjust the language/currency settings accordingly...

I can not resolve a plugin-container.exe error while processing payroll through ADP &have been unable to find the right fix for this. I can send error report.

I have been receiving this error now for a few weeks and have been through multiple layers of IT help trying to resolve it with ADP/Chase Payroll services. When I go to print pay vouchers I get the plugin-container.exe error and I can not print the vouchers. I can provide screen shots if this would help. Can you please advise on how to proceed to resolve this?

This is an issue with that plugin crashing, which isn't something we can really resolve for you. Try to disable it, find a replacement, update it, or contact their support

Error for the fact table while processing the cube - attribute key cannot be found when processing

Please help as I am new to SSAS and this is urgent requirement. This is a MOLAP cube and below is the error that I am receiving when processing the cube. The cube is set to Prrocess Full. Several similar errors are popped up for various dimensions.
"Errors in the OLAP storage engine: The attribute key cannot be found when processing: Table: 'Fact_Table', Column: 'ID', Value: '1'. The attribute is 'Id'. Errors in the OLAP storage engine: The attribute key was converted to an unknown member because
the attribute key was not found. Attribute Id of Dimension: 17 - Ves - PoC Cont from Database: DB, Cube: IPNCube, Measure Group: iSrvy, Partition: Partition1, Record: 1."

It will be really great if you can clear some of my doubts:
To my information, all the dimensions need to be processed first and then the fact table will be processed.
So if the ID's are not present in the dimension tables, then it should not be present in the Fact table either.
Here we found null values in the dimension table and the ID's were present in the Fact table. What might be the reasons causing such situation?
Also how frequently the cube needs to be processed? Currently the ETL which processes the cube, is scheduled in a SQL Job Agent on hourly basis everyday.
Is there any possibilty that the cube might be under processing state and the SQL job for the next run getting executed trying to access and process the cube while it was still processing?

R42520 Pick Slip Print

I am having difficultly using the XML output from the P42520 Pick Slip Print UBE to generate a BIP form. The XML output doesn't have multiple indentations for internal for each processing. Has any one used the raw XML without modifying it for multiple levels?

The only way I could get this to work was to modify the R42520 to add the pick slip to the header.
I played around with it for a while, but gave up. I'd just go for modifying the R42520.....
But if anyone has successfuly done it without modify the R42520 I'd like to hear how they did it!

Following through with what JB suggested. The steps involved in replacing the inner for loop with a while loop are outlined below.
You can replace the inner for loop with a while by doing the following.
1) Right-click of the for loop and select "Repalce" then navigate to the "while loop".
2) Make sure the tunnels you where indexing on with the for loop are still indexing.
3) Drop an "array size" node on your diagram. Wire the array that determines the number of iterations your for loop executes into this "array size".
4) Wire the output of the array size into the new while loop.
5) Set the condition terminal to "stop if true".
6)Drop an "OR" gate inside the while loop and wire its output to the while loops condition terminal.
7) C
reate a local of the boolean "stop" button, and wire it into one of the inputs of your OR gate. This will allow you to stop the inner loop.
8) Drop a "less than" node inside the inner while loop.
9) Wire your iteration count into the bottom input of the "less than".
10) Wire the count (see step 4 above) into the top input of the less than. This will stop the inner loop when ever the inner loop has processed the last element of your array.
Provided I have not mixed up my tops and bottoms this should accomplish the replacement.
I will let others explain how to takle this task using the "case solution".

Thanks for the suggestion concerning the file path. And certainly it would have been nice to have done this before beginning. However this is a project that has been around for quite a while, and the files have been moved into different bins. And now the project sequence is being revised.
So the problem is, worded slightly differently, how can I search all of the bins for the files that are used just by this sequence, ignoring the files which are used by other sequences? Or, how can I get a list of the file paths of the files that are used in the sequence?

Can I pick which GPU is used for CUDA? I have 3 X GTX480

I'm taking a gaming pc and getting in to video. Asus Rampage 3 extreme, 980x, 12gb ram, and 3 GTX 480's.
I plan on hooking up 3 (or 4) monitors.
If I hook up the monitors to cards 1 and 2, can I pick to use GPU 3 as the CUDA GPU in PPro?
I know sli won't help the cuda process. Should I just sli (and thus mean only bridge) the 1st 2 cards?
Should I sli at all? I don't see what the benefit would be as I'm focusing on taking advantage of the CUDA on GPU #3.

I needed to confirm which gpu was used by adobe, thus will put my other monitors on cards 2 and 3. Might want to wander through the Nvidia forum and maybe query some specifics there. Look for some posts from Raptor, he's good. No point in sli from what I see.
I'm keeping my center monitor as primary, so when I'm not doing this, I can disable all other monitors, sli the 3 cards with center monitor and play some fast 3D gaming.
Bottleneck? If similar to this box, only thing I see is how fast can you get the cpu to crunch rendering and stay stable.

If you are using the standard tcode/print program then u have to modify the program. after fetching all the item data of the delivery, sort the internal table with storage location and at every new storage location trigger the function module for calling the SAP Script or Smartform. By doing this every new storage location new form gets triggered.
