I am afraid that out of the box this is not possible. You will need some custom scripting to achieve this. You can create an anchor to the point from where you wish to begin and then simulate a click to that anchor via using some JavaScript on load.

A wet phone is out of warranty. This is considered user damage. Even if you were able to get it to start now, the chances of it working for long are slim. I suggest going to Apple and see about an OOW replacement. One for the iPhone 4 is only $149USD and it would come with a short warranty. It is a refurbished device and you would not be worried about encountering additional problems.

You have to put them on the server where you are publishing your site to. Where are you hosting your site? If it's a MobileMe account then you have two options:
1 - put the photos in a folder, name it "Pics" and put that folder in your iDisk/Pictures folder. Then use the following URL: http://homepage.mac.com/YourMMe_Account_Name/.Pictures/Pic/FileName (don't forget the period before Pictures).
2 - put the "Pics" folder with image files in your iDisk/Web/Sites folder and use the following URL: http://web.me.com/YourMMe_Account_Name/FileName.
If you're hosting on a 3rd party server it would depend on if you're using a domain name or not. I'm not familiar with 3rd party servers so Wyodor, Ethmoid or someone that is will need to point the way.

Your LR5 license allows for activated installations on two machines. Of those two machine, only one can be using the licensed software at a given time. The same applies with CC, except with CC you won't be able to sneak in the third machine. What you can do though with CC is have it installed on all three and sign in and out of the different machines as needed.
If you intend to be using all three machines at the same time then you do need three separate licenses/subscriptions to be in compliance with the license agreement.

Plug-Ins are not Presets. You need to install Plug-in into CC just like you had to install Plug-ins into CS6.

Same problem. Created iMovie (version 9.0.9) project on 2.93 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Mac running 10.8.4. Closed down iMovie. When I reopen iMovie the project is not listed despite the fact it appears in Finder within the iMovie Project Folder. I've tried opening it direct from Finder but still it does not show up in iMovie. I've restored it from Time Machine and tried renaming it without luck. Never happened before. Yes, you can install both 7 and 8 on the same system - you simply have to specify different installation location (and different set of port numbers if you plan to use both installations at the same time).
You can also use upgrade tool which is shipped with release 8 to migrate your server configuration and deployed applications from the old installation into the new installation. See installation guide for more details on this:
