Can apple aline each country recycling program to make more recycling iMac, iPod, iPad and iPhone.
Each event to show the benchmarking for recycling, but not inline in each country.
Wish apple encouraging each of user to recycling the apple product.
Then next event can indicate the value, Apple is a real environmental sustainability company.

Hi everyone, I just need some clarification on the iPod Recycling Program, as I have never done it before. I'm want to use the Recycling Program to get a discount on the iPod Touch 5g. Now my question is, and it's probably a stupid question, but if I bring in my four older iPods I have laying around does Apple give me a %10 discount on EACH of them, adding up to %40?

If your phone is locked to AT&T, you can certainly travel & use your phone, but you'll have to get AT&T to provision your account for International use...select the country/countries & plan. This is very expensive, as the roaming partners set the rates & you generally pay through the nose.
And no, you can't use a local sim if your phone is locked to AT&T.

Mail (5.3) OS X 10.7.5 mail program crashing when opening an email with attachment. Any suggestions out there? I can open the mail program...send and receive emails...click on emails without attachments with no problem.

I am having a problem successfully opening an email containing attachment. I can open the mail program...send and receive emails...and view emails that do not contain attachments. But whenever I click on an email containing an attachment, I get the spinning beach ball for a few seconds and then the entire program closes. Any suggestions before I make a one hour trip to the Apple store for help?

I don't think an interactive portion of a PDF is an obscure problem (lots of designers I know use rollable PDF files for emailing 3D models) and while I understand that it's in a legacy program, there is no guarantee if I purchase Acrobat X, that the same problem won't exist. It's no an issue in Reader 10 but then again, it wasn't an issue in Reader 9 either. Since Adobe doesn't give trial versions for Mac (stupid), I have no way of checking this. The problem doesn't annoy me as much as being an Adobe product user who upgraded only to not have functionality and not have a way to have it resolved.

How do you remove all personal info from a notebook when getting it ready for the recycle program?

I havae purchased a new notebook and am getting my old MacBook Pro ready to submit to the recycle program at Apple. The list of "to-do's" asks that you remove all your personal info and take the notebook back to it's original settings. Does ayone have any advise on how to do this?

Boot from the original OS installer disk and do an Erase & Install.
When the Mac reboots into Mac Setup Assistant you quit and shut it down.
It's now a brand new Mac... just like when you got it.

I dont think it is possible. Once you delete a program, it is removed from data dictionary and history of deleted program is not maintained...

How recently did you switch? If it's less than 60 days, then Verizon simply reinstates your previous account. The fact that you were on the EDGE plan and mailed the devices back, and they apparently are somewhere in the system, could cause complications, and it might just work out that you just go back on the same plan and they set you up with the same devices. I'm not sure how it will go - but since you are still being billed for the devices...

I have to reopen the scan program after each picture is saved.

When I scan a picture using the HP Solution Center program, it forces me to Save and Finish after each scan and then I have to open Solution Center program all over for each picture. The older version allowed me to scan and save a picture but left new scan window open to preview and scan the next picture placed on the flatbed. How do I scan multiple pictures, each with its own file name, without having to restart the program for each and ever picture. The solution center run on a laptop that still has Vista on it will allow the multiple scans. The same program run under Windows 7 does not.

If you have purchased Acrobat Pro XI then please go through the given link: http://www.adobe.com/downloads.html?promoid=KAWQL, choose Acrobat from the list of Apps and select try to start downloading. At the time of installation enter the product key to activate it.
If in case you purchased Acrobat Standard XI retail license then click on the link: https://www.adobe.com/account/account-orders.html#myrecentorders, sign in with your Adobe id and start downloading.
For Volume licensing purchase log on to www.licensing.adobe.com and donload the software.

You need to know that this isn't a support forum. It was created by Verizon as a place for customers to help each other. You can post all you want, but Verizon doesn't respond to issues here. If you want to get a message to Verizon you need to call or chat with them.

With two cursors on just one waveform graph, how can I acquire the X values of each cursor to use them in other functions?

I can get the x values of each function to display on the front panel with no problems, but I have not been able to acquire this information from the front panel.

You use a property node to programtically retrieve the cursor values. For each cursor, first use the property Active Cursor to select (0 for the first and 1 for the second) and then the property Cursor Position:Cursor X. See the attachment.
