You are not going to find Chrome on the drop down list, there is no driver to install on chrome, as it doesn't support the concept of a device driver. The only way to print is using cloudprint.
Cloudprint on a hp printer, means you get an email address for that printer by signing up for hp eprint.

HELP! How can i restore/recover files from Bootcamp with Boot Failure - Missing operating system error?

Hi,
I am having a few problems with bootcamp on my imac. When i tried to move the bootcamp partition on windows 7 into free space, it crashed and turned off. Ever since i have had the error 'Missing operating system' and it fails to boot. I have some very important files on the bootcamp partition. Is it possible to recover these files or even to restore the bootcamp partition to it's original state? I do not have a backup of my bootcamp partition. Another problem i have is that ever since i tried to expand my macintosh HD partition into free space, when i hold alt while booting up (to choose which partition to boot like i normally do), the bootcamp partition has stopped appearing. This means that i cannot even boot the windows 7 bootcamp partition anymore!
So basically here are my 2 questions:
How can i restore/recover files from Bootcamp with Boot Failure - Missing operating system error?
How can i make the Bootcamp partition appear in Startup Disk and when i hold the option key while starting up my computer to allow me to boot windows 7?
Any solutions are very much apreciated!

I know that bootcamp (disk0s4) hasn't been fully deleted since it appears in disk utility (i cant do anything to it though)

WinClone 3 is OS X and saves Windows image it makes for restore - that should work but you will have to try and you would need to make a new image unless it also works with a native Windows system restore image. It is now supported and has come a long way.

Paragon Clone OS works and does disk-to-disk clone just like CCC you end up with two bootable drives. But does not work with your setup. It would let you clone and move your Windows install to an SSD or another disk drive though and be bootable.
During its clone process it checks for errors which is very helpful and lets you know - something CCC and others should adopt more of.

There are a number of things to do like chkdsk and others as well as Windows DVD to do automatic system repairs and find out why.
AppleHFS - the abilty to mount and read HFS volumes can be notorious.
I would rearrange and redo your storage setup and how you use the 4-5 internal hard drive bays.

Just bought a verbatim sure fire 500g 800 firewire portable hard drive for my new macbook pro. I have not did bootcamp yet because I am deciding on wether to use Vista or the new windows 7 that will be coming out soon. Either format it to MS-DOS from the DIsk Utility, or install a tool such as MacDrive into Windows and keep the drive in its current format, or install the NTFS-3G driver into Mac OS X and format the drive to NTFS in Windows.

I would like to help.
I am wondering, is your phone line analog or digital?
If your phone is analog it will go direct to a wall jack.
If your phone is digital it will go to a modem.
I am asking because fax is a analog technology that sometimes does not work well with the new digital phonelines.

How to print from iPad to a portable printer wherever you are:
Issue: bluetooth portable printers cannot communicate or work with iPad.
Solution: only work-around but works for me...
1) app- PrintnShare Pro for iPad
2) mobile hotspot, e.g., Verizon MiFi or other
3) netbook e.g., Acer or other running windows and must use both Google Chrome browser & Google Cloud Print beta ---> assign your "classic printer" (no portable printers are "Air Print" or "e-print") in Google Chrome go to the wrench icon (top right), options, under-the-hood, and manage printers. You must let Google Cloud Print connector find your printer either hard wired to your pc on your network or via bluetooth.
your netbook is online via wifi; when you use Print n Share Pro, it will see the portable printer as available on the google cloud. Whatever you want to print, with this app running, you will be prompted to select "open in PrintnShare Pro". When you hit print, it goes to Google Cloud, then through your wifi on netbook (or laptop), then bluetooth from your netbook/laptop to your bluetooth portable printer. Voila. We are using t.code MN05 to assign a printer to each Purchase group. How can we tell the printer to use a different paper cartridge so that purchase orders ( output type ZNEU, ZEU, ZEN) can be printed on a paper with company logotype. Local team are removing most of the printers an we have only one multifunction printer availabel for a large number of employees.

It looks like they could be powered off the USB on the AEX, so at least no power brick. Unfortunately, they don't look geared to wall mounting, and who knows what the audio cable connections look like (because the ad deceptively photoshopped them out of the picture.)
The Express's low power analog output, plus optical, not to mention an Ethernet port, router, bridge, a/b/g/n wireless access point and USB printer port in such a tiny package with a self-contained power supply is a such a generalist's piece of connectivity I can't imagine asking for anything more.
It is a pretty impressive package. But, I'm still asking for GigE in the next rev.

Remember security on a TC is an illusion.
Simply press the reset button for 1-2 sec.. you must not do too long .. it will then hard reset.. but soft reset will revert all passwords to default for 5min. ie TC password is now public.
Remember this the next time because anybody at all can change your passwords.
Once into the TC you can then open the view passwords if you wanted any weaker security. Click and open the TC.. and click on edit.. then go to the top menu..
Voila .. all your passwords in plain sight to any Tom Dick and Fred.
