Can an IDOC without destination be triggered using a LS partner ?

I dont know if it's a problem or there is no other way to accomplish this.
I have an IDOC that is sended nowhere. It's only triggered to parse and map a txt file. So this IDOC points to an ABAP Logical Port (custom function). Everything works fine.
My problem is that I want to be able to create a PO and trigger this IDOC, the only way around was to define a generic vendor for example 9999999 in WE20 I cant use LS (logical system, because it tells me that the destination cant be the same system).
Trought customizing I can redefine this generic vendor  to n amount of vendors. The thing is that I dont want to set up every vendor. What I want is that when a PO is saved trigger the IDOC, no matter what vendor that PO has.
What I tried to do and didnt work:
- Setting ALE. I Cant set up an ALE setting because you cant set up the same logicial system like sender and receiver.
-  In WE20 create a LS parter, so trought customzing I can redifine a LS partner for a specific sales organization or document Type. The IDOC is triggered but it says that was an error because the destination is the same system.
Any can give me any ideas about this ?

Is like u say... there is no point. At first I told them that the best way was implement a BADI and then mapping and save the file. But they WANT Idoc, dont know the real reason... perhaps having a log of the process... to avoid making a table Z, no idea.
The thing is I can trigger the IDOC, and works. I created a Logical Port type ABAP where you put a custom function, this custom function (copy of OWN_FUNCTION). Reads the Idoc, realize the mapping and save the file. This works. The problem is that only works when I use a partner type LI (vendor) and doesnt work when I use LS (logical system). So if only works ofr this type of partner I have to manually via customizing asociate each vendor to one "generic" vendor.
When saving the message in the PO I use EDI type of message class I cant use ALE type.
