Can any version of IAS be installed on Win XP ? If so which one ?

When I try to install IAS 6.0 SP3 Testdrive on Windows XP the install aborts with the message that the "System not support. Supported system is Win NT 4.0 SP5/6 " .

The latest version iAS is iAS SP4 which is certified with Win2K Adv Server only. Although I did not have opportunity to test XP & iAS, I believe for trouble free working it is best to stick with the certified products and the support also would help you only if you stick with them. Please feel free to raise more questions on this regard.

LabVIEW 7 does not officially support Windows 95. You may be able to install and use LabVIEW 7 on Win 95, but

Can any version of Excel save to a CSV file that is either UTF-8 or UTF-16 encoded (unicode)?

Are there any versions of Excel (chinese, japanese, russian... 2003, 2007, 2010...) that can save CSV files in Unicode (either UTF-8 or UTF-16)?
If not, is the only solution to go with tab-delimited files (save as Unicode-text option)?

I have the same problem. Trying to save my CSV file in UTF8 encoding. After several hours in searching and trying this also in my VSTO Add-In I got nothing. Saving file as Unicode option in Excel creates file as TAB separated. Because I'd like to save the
file in my Add-In application, the best to do is (for my problem) saving file as unicode tab delimited and then replacing all tabs with commas in the file automatically.
I don't think there is a direct way to save CSV as unicode in Excel. And I don't understand why.

This is the wrong forum, as it is not related to oracle webcenter.
Also look at what a small google search for "install oracle webcenter" turned up:

So I'd suggest you do what everyone else who'd install webcenter need to do: go through the documentation and try it yourself before asking someone else to abstract the manuals for you. If you get into troubles there is nothing wrong with asking for help in the correct forum.

Can't get 8.1.6 installed on Win ME... Need Help

I'm trying to install 8.1.6 on Win ME. When I try to specify a destination on the 'Source' and 'Destination' frame of the Universal Installer, I get the error message... "There was a problem in accessing the staging area. Please make sure the specified values for 'Source' and 'Destination' are valid. I have tried several destinations and I cannot get past this point. ITunes (any version) can not handle Thai MP3 tags

I need some brain thrust here... I have a great deal of mp3 cd's that I have bought in Thailand during the last many years. When opening the cds and looking at the files it looks great and I can read the thai script that are in the tags. When inporting it into iTunes (any version) all tags turns into garbage. Example:
in finder this one looks great:
01-เมื่อถูกความรักหาเจอ จั๊กจั่น วันวิสา.mp3
drop it into iTunes and it crashes all the tags and the file name - I think we're talking a dual byte character set conversion bug here:
01 àÁ◊èÍ¶Ù¡€ÇÒÁÃÑ¡ËÒà¨Í ¨Ñê¡¨Ñè_ ÇÑ_ÇÔÊÒ.mp3
It looks just as bad in iTunes as well
This goes for all the meta tag versions as far as I am concerned.
Any ideas folks ?

This should not need to be a problem - in my opinion - we're living in 2009..:-)
Unfortunately there is still a lot of legacy encoded material around, and I suspect it will be awhile before everything comes in the Unicode standard. If you think iTunes should be modified to handle old stuff, or has a bug, you can tell Apple here:

Can't startup from OS9 retail install disk on iMac G3 DV

Hi All,
I'm trying to bring my old iMac DV (slot load) back to life and am having a problem trying to install OS9 from the retail install disk (I don't have the original disks that came with the system). Hardware-wise, all is ok with the iMac. However, when I try to start the system from the OS9 install CD (by holding down C during startup) the machine refuses to start from the CD. The disk is is good shape and I am able to startup from CD if I use any of my OSX install disks, but I can't get it to start for the OS9 install disk. As I said, it is the retail version of OS9 so I don't know if that has something to do with it.
Any help would be appreciated.

An iMac DV (Slot Loading) model originally came with OS 8.6, which means that it should be able to use any version retail OS 9 Install CD (white label with gold 9).
Since it boots okay to an OSX install disk, that the machine's firmware has almost certainly been updated, and that the optical drive is okay. Nonetheless, I would suggest using an audio CD cleaning disk in the drive to clean its lenses.
That pretty much leaves the OS 9 Install CD as the problem. Check it carefully - unlike audio disks, the Mac is far more fussy about a data disk such as an install CD. Make sure there are no scratches, no smudges or dirt on it at all.

Anyway, your sum doesn't sum M. What you are doing is adding each element in M array to the same element in the N array, and each time you over-write the previous result in Sum. To add the elements of M together, you need to add each element to the sum variable. Inside of the for loop, something like so:
