Can any1 PLZ help me with my ipod?????I put my ipod in my pocket on lock, and when I took it out again it said on the display screen ipod is disabled..underneath it,it says connect to itunes ,however it wont let me in or anything..
can any1 help me out with my ipod touch....I had my ipod in my pocket on lock and when i pulled it out to use it,it had ipod disabled and underneath that it had connect to itunes....unfortunately i am unable to get into my ipod its like locked me out....hope some1 out there can be of help...any advice given is much appreciated
The screen is telling you to connect the iPod to your computer and restore via iTunes. You may have to also place the iPod in recovery mode in ordrer to allow a restore. For recovry mode:

Never before have i ever updated my iphone off the computer, there has been issue with backs up. So i went to back up my iphone 4s, it needed to be updated. so i updated it, during the update something had occur and my iphone 4s screen says connect to itunes be it wont connect???? i tried so many things. Try:
Placing your device into recovery (DFU-Device Firmware Upgrade) mode:
Follow these steps to place your iOS device into recovery mode. If your iOS device is already in recovery mode, you can proceed immediately to step 6.
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, but leave the
other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds
until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
* If you cannot turn off the device using the slider, press and hold the
Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the device turns off,
release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
3. While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the
device. The device should turn on. Note: If you see the battery charge warning,
let the device charge for at least ten minutes to ensure that the battery has some
charge, and then start with step 2 again.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen.
When this screen appears you can release the Home button:

My friend sold me his iPod touch 3 gen 32gb but the problem is it's disabled an it ses to connect to iTunes an when I do connect it ses first I have to enter the password on the iPod but I can't cuz the screen stays the same what should I do

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Open current iTunes on computer, connect iPhone to computer with lightning cable, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode, click Restore button of iTunes.

Try the standard fixes to rule out a software problem:
- Reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod
if still problem that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
