ok first off ill start off by saying im really trying to like my playbook playbook, its been perfect for browsing,pictures,and games otherwise its been hell :
1)blackberry bridge : bbm crashes it loads sometimes and stays on a green wheel for a minute before closing,or doesnt launch at all (i know im not the only1 this happens to)
2) at times it just restarts by it self when running an app
3) at times im 20 feet away from my wireless n router and i get 2 bars of signal strength
please im asking 4 help with these issues and before any1 starts suggesting things ive already tried ill tell u ,ive backed up and restored os,deleted all bluetooth devices and re synced,uninstalled and reinstalled blackberry bridge,and im updated to the latest 1.0.3.1868 and im bridged using a blackberry torch 6.0.0.534 bell official update.
im not angry im more annoyed then anything else.i understand that features are soon to come to the playbook and thats fine ill wait but to release new features and not have them work on the get go is pretty stupid. if any1 could help i woild appreciate it thank u.
1 - Have you tried downloading the Beta version of BBM to see if that makes a difference? http://www.blackberry.com/beta
2 - Contact RIM technical support directly. You may have a faulty unit.
3 - Although the signal strength might not appear at max, have you tried using the network tools in the wifi menu to ping you're router? Is there any latency or lag?

Standard troubleshooting...
1. Try a Restart by pressing the sleep/lock button until you see the slider. Slide to power off. Restart by pressing the sleep/lock button until you see the Apple logo.
2. Try a Reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
3. Remove apps from Recently Used list...
- From any Home Screen, double tap the home button to bring up the Recents List
- Swipe up on the app preview card to remove it from the list
- Press the home button when done.
4. If still a problem restore with your backup.
5. If still a problem restore as new, i.e. without your backup. See how it runs with nothing synced to it.
6. If still a problem, it's likely a hardware issue. -

I have deleted all my videos songs and photos from my iphone 4 but when i connect to itunes it still shows 17gb free. how can I solve this issue without restore. Total storage of my iphone is 32 gb.
I don't see an issue, but if you mean why didn't you get most of your memory back you need to see what else is using storage. Go to Settings/General/Usage. Wait a bit for it to calculate storage allocation, then when it finishes you can see how much storage each app uses.

Hi, i had the same problem. Try to find the file "apple" or "itunes" don't know it anymore exactly. Ahm well you need to delet any information or just plug in your iphone into an other computer. important is that your iphone never has been pluged in this computer before. This was what i did, and it worked!

If Apple's service database says that your iPhone was replaced, then Apple will no longer provide any service for that phone.
First, get a new SIM from your cell carrier and see if that corrects the problem. If it does not, try the usual steps for addressing software problems: restart, reset, restore.

If you try restoring from a backup and that doesn't fix the problem, try restoring to factory settings and, if the problem goes away, then sync back your apps and content. You can follow these steps to save battery.
1. Turn on Auto-Brightness - The iPhone has an ambient light sensor that adjusts the brightness of the screen based on the light around it (darker in dark places, brighter when there's more ambient light) to both save battery and make it easier to see. Turn Auto-Brightness on and you’ll save battery because your screen will need to use less power in dark places.
Find it in the Settings app -> Brightness & Wallpaper -> Auto-Brightness On
2. Reduce Screen Brightness -the brighter the default setting for the screen, the more battery it requires. Keep the screen dimmer to conserve more of your battery.

3. Stop Motion (iOS 7) -It's really cool, but it also drains battery. You may want to leave it on to enjoy the effect, but if not, turn it off this way:
Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> Reduce Motion -> move slider to green/on
4. Turn Bluetooth Off- Turn off Bluetooth except when you’re using it to squeeze more juice from your battery.
Find it in Settings -> Bluetooth -> Move Slider to Off
5. Turn Off Location Services -
This allows your phone to know where you are and give you exact driving directions, give that information to apps that help you find restaurants, and more. But, like any service that sends data over a network, it needs battery power to work. If you’re not using Location Services, and don’t plan to right away, turn them off and save some power.
Find it in Settings -> Privacy -> Location Services -> Slide to Off
6. Don't Automatically Update Apps (iOS 7)-
If you've got iOS 7, you can forget needing to update your apps by hand. There's now a feature that automatically updates them for you when new versions are released. Convenient, but also a drain on your battery. To only update apps when you want to, and thus manage your battery better:
Settings -> iTunes & App Store -> Updates -> move slider to off/white
7. Auto-Lock Sooner -
You can set your iPhone to automatically go to sleep – a feature known as Auto-Lock - after a certain amount of time. The sooner it sleeps, the less power is used to run the screen or other services. Try setting Auto-Lock to 1 or 2 minutes.
Find it in Settings -> General -> Auto-Lock -> Tap your Preference
Few more things that would consume battery even when not is use are the applications that run in background.
Follow the below steps to quit all running applications.
1) Double tap on the home button on the iPhone ( this will display all apps that are running in the back ground).
2) Just click on the tiny red X to quit application ( if iPhone is running on iOS 6 and below) else just swipe yhour finger over the running app upwards to quit ( if running on iOS7). -

Remedy and other similar products are the tools which track the Action / Time taken for resolving a call. Normally, once an issue is reported, that will be recorded in a tool with an estimated fix time. If the call is not fixed / actioned within the estimated time, it go as breached.
The analyst need to update the call status in the tool. They will need to update the actions taken, call notes ..etc. Once the issue is fixed, you may set the call status as resolved. Once you set the status as resolved, the user who riased the issue will get an e-mail. They will confirm whether the issue is actually closed or not. Depends upon their cconfirmation, the status will be set to Closed or again Reopen.

Try and force iPad into Recovery Mode:
1. Turn off iPad
2. Connect USB cable to computer; leave the other end alone
3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
5. Release the Home button
6. Open iTune
7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad -
