Can anybody answer a QuickTime Player question?

Is Quick Time Player assocated with ITunes? I never use it otherwise, but when I couldn't download the new update for ITunes I thought it might be because my Quick Time Player was outdated. So I updated it. (didn't solve the Itunes download, tho). But now when I clicked on the QuickTime Player icon a message came up that says "some of the file types associated with Quick Time applications are currently associated with other applications. Should I restore these file type associations to Quick Time?" And then it gives a choice of Yes or No.... not knowing what to do, I just clicked out of it. But now I notice that my current version 10.6.1 of ITunes is doing a few "strange things" that it didn't do before I updated QuickTime. Should I answer "yes" if I get that message again?

I'd say "No". Typically that one indicates that iTunes has taken some file associations from the QuickTime Player, and if you click Yes in the QuickTime Player dialog, you'll just have to deal with the same dialog for iTunes next time you try to open that.

Norton is probably the issue. It can really screw things up, that is one reason I never use it. See if you can temporarily disable it and then try the sync and see if that works.

Not any more, no. There was a free bumper program back when the iPhone 4 originally came out. It has long since expired.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

2) What is the maximum no.of records that can be displayed/entered in a datablock? Is it 250 ? If it is then, is there any way to enter/display more than 250 records in a datablock ? I am using forms5.0. what is the use of TABLE_FROM_BLOCK builtin ?

You may have thousands of records. Only, be careful how you handle the data, for fetching once thousands of records may choke the network.
1) Use reports. You should call the desired report using run_product and passing to it a parameter indicating the desname (printer name).

It is not possible to set the *Item Type* of any object in Oracle Forms during runtime. This property can only be set while editing your form in the Forms Builder. What you can do, during runtime, is set other properties of an item to make it *appear* as a "Display Item". The best way to do this is to create a visual attribute and call it something like "Display_Item" and then set the following properties:
Foreground Color: Black
Background Color: Gray32
Then set the following properties using the Set_Item_Property built-in:
Enabled: No
There are other properties you could set as well, but these are the basics.

New quicktime player: can I move the play buttons off the video?

Can I organize the Quicktime player like the old version? With the play buttons / time line on the bottom, outside and away from the video?
E.g., I do not want the play buttons / time line to "float" over the video window. It's distracting for times when I need to pause and scroll over video to find certain spots. It is really in the way.

Wow, that is unfortunate. It's really annoying to have that in the screen.

Some DVDs and Blu-Ray movies come with a "digital copy" that allows you to download a copy of the movie for use on computers and portable devices. You might see if any of the DVDs you have come with such a feature. Walmart/Vudu also has a service that basically gives you a digital copy of a DVD you already own. See:
